I have remitted Rs. 308/- through NEFT from Axis bank Ltd, Bara khamba, New Delhi. Account No. [protected] on 09/08/2010 to Bank of Baroda . India Raebareli, U.P IFSC BARB0RAEBAR to the credit of account no. [protected] of Tushar kumar dixit UTR No. AXISI [protected] but amount have not yet been credited in Beneficiary (Tushar kumar dixit) account. Both Bank of giving satisfactory reply.

NEFT AMOUNT NOT CREDITED IN BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT

We have done a NEFT to Bank Baroda Account No.[protected], IFSC Code: BARB0AKOTAX, party name - Indonet Plastic Industries, for Rs. 25214.00 on 03.07.2012. The same has been done from State Bank of India Rudrapur Code (0708) branch. It is still not credited into beneficiary accounts.

Please look into the matter and resolve the problem.

    Never ever try to get a loan from Bank of Baroda, T.Nagar Pondy Bazaar Branch (Retail Loan Factory). I have a bitter experience with them. They are advertising that the home loan will be sanctioned in 6 days. For me actually it took 4 months to sanction the loan and the executives in the branch are not customer friendly. When i apply for the loan, they told me that there will be no processing fees for the loan. We have to pay the processing charges. The amount will be reverted once the loan got sanctioned. But for me it is almost 6 months, till now the processing fees is not credited to my account. Never get into these troubles.

    We had approached the Bank for transfer of our home loan from ICICI to BOB in September 2008 and till date we have not recd the disbursement. Last week we were given a list of reqruiments and told that this is the last requirement. Today when we went to Bank with the required documents we saw that the person dealing with our case has changed. The new person now wanted to study the entire loan documents and on going through the documents he said the amount sanctioned by the legal dept of the Bank is not valid and they have missed certain things for which he has full right to challenge the legal dept of the Bank and he will do so i.e. re-open the sanctioned amount. Also the Sr Manager of the Branch (Borivali (W)) (Mr. Chandorkar) says THE BANK HAS NOT INVITED US FOR LOAN AND BANK DOES NOT NEED US (CUSTOMERS) HENCE IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY, LEAVE OUT OF BANK. This is ridiculous on part of Sr MAnager (such high level personnel of the Bank) who had no manner whatsoever to talk with customer.
    DEAR SIR,
    I NEED TAKEOVER LOAN FOR AMT.600000/-, I SUBMITTED ALL DOCUMENTS IN SURYA NAGAR BRANCH, GHAZIABAD (U.P.). OUR ALL DOCUMENTS IS OK BY BRANCH BUT LEGAL DEPARTMENT CANNOUGHT PLACE NEW DELHI MR. VIMLESH AND CHIF MANAGER IS REJECTED, ON THE BASIS OF MAP IS NOT APPROVED BY GDA. MY LAND IS 57MTR, (GDA GADGET GUIDE LINE BELOW 100MTR. NOT REQUIRE FOR APPROVAL). I ALSO PROVIDE GADGET COPY TO LEGAL DEPARTMENT BUT HE IS NOT ACCEPTED. HIS TOLD ME YOU SUBMITEED MAP IN GDA AND RECEIVED ONE REFUSE LETTER BY GDA.
    HOW IS POSSIBLE THIS WORK. SIR I AM DISTURB PLEASE HELP ME.

    Hello Sir,
    Our home lone is running in Bank of Baroda from 2000. This lone is taken on our parents name S.Harbansh singh & Surinder Kaur.Unfortunally in Dec.2007 my father has been expired and in sep.2009 my mother expired. We are suffering from a lot of grief and problems. we brother & sisters are unmarried. We are paying the lone but we wany some help from our bank. We have given so many applications to our bank to increase the time limit of our home lone 5 years but they are not responding. Now I am sending a copy of that application to you. Its my humble request please help us to reset our lone's time limit into 20 years in place of 15 years.

      I tried to log in to the internet banking portal, first time there was a message - Invalid User ID/ password, hence I re-applied for the password.
      Second time also, there is same error evenif I am entereing right Username and pw.
      Please suggest.
      P.S- I have checked Internet browser & Java settings
      THis is really annoying to see so many comlaints on this portal and still I have to log one more....:(

        Money, more than Rs. 2 Lacs from the account of the deceased was withdrawn via fraud signature after two-three days of her death with the help of an employee of that bank and duplicate pass book was also issued by the same means..

        Bank officers today are nothing but fraudsters except a few good people. Please refer my complaints for Forgery by Canara Bank Officers so that you can understand how and what extend they can stoop down to save their errant Fraudster Colleagues and to victimize the poor Indian Citizens.

          last 15 june 2010 i give the request for cheque book i give the slip on 15th june till today 28th june 2010 i cant get cheque book.
          i ask the question for issuing cheque book the one of the staff member was told me why u use saving account u can open current account they do not co-operate n give free advise.
          in every time i feel bank of baroda do not give the service they give the lazyness n give the free advise
          they do not belive in service.
          see the another bank like state bank of india , icici , hdfc they understand the people listen the problem and solved the problems.
          why they do the account in bank of baroda they belive only advertisement do not belive in service.

            This is Miss Sandhya Priyadarshini(working as lecturer) in Jaipur,RAJATHAN.
            BASICALLY FROM BHUBANESWAR,ORISSA.

            I am really sorry to say that..the service provided by the Bank of Baroda(BOB),
            SANGANER branch is very bad simply Good for nothing..
            First of all let me tell you one thing it has the worst ATM counter i have ever seen just
            placed next to its office..Whenever You go to ATM for withdrawl of money almost 80% time it will
            SHOW
            case 1:"TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE"
            case 2:"YOUR ATM CARD IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE"
            case 3:"TIMED OUT, TRANSACTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED"
            Unfortunatley THE INCIDENT HAPPENED WITH ME is the case 3.That happend On 24th june 2010
            (i.e yesterday)in between time 6:50pm to 7:10pm i went to the ATM counter to withdrawl some
            amount from my Account..when i inserted my ATM card..it READ..then asked for my ATM code..
            I gave..then I opted for withdrawl of money..then it asked the amount I typed the amount Rs1100..
            then it showed transaction is being processed..so i waited..then after few seconds..I got the
            message like
            "TIMED OUT, TRANSACTION HAS BEEN CANCELLED"
            and i didnot get my amount of withdrawl...so i went to the next ATM counter(NEWLY BUILT) of BOB
            only which is just infront of bank (roadside opposite)..next to VODAFONE Customer service provider
            ...As i needed money that time once again i opted withdrawl option of the Rs1100 only..This time i
            Got my AMOUNT..BUT SHOCKED after seeing my ATM RECIEPT..Its showed RS1100 less amount..which i had
            opted before in the previus ATM counter..I realised the amount has been DEDUCTED even if i had not
            got the amount of the cancelled one TRANSACTION...Then i went to the bank,and met with one of the
            Officer...and i said the problem to him that i faced..He said I have to Give an application on my
            ACCOUNT BANK branch regarding this case and i will get my Amount after 7 to 10 days...I said Gently
            to him that i should complaint here in your branch as the problem i faced is for fault of your ATM
            Counter, if the transaction was cancelled then how come my amount reduced then..he said it happens
            in case of system and server error problem...fortunately this Account is of Jaipur only..so i will
            give appilcation..But its really SAD to say the officer's behaviour was so worst..simply i can say
            he dont know the courtesy how to behave..I said i will take help of CONSUMER FORUM against it..HE
            raised his voice and talked roughly you can do whatever you want..I replied him politely yes I will..
            This was the worst experience I had ever faced while resolving my query...

            Many things came in my mind while writing the application
            like: -
            1)Suppose the customer is not present in the location of the ACCOUNT BRANCH OFFICE..then what will
            he/ she do.
            2)If Transaction was cancelled then why the Amount DEDUCTED.
            3)If appication is given and the amount came to account after 7 to 10 days..then what will be the
            value of the amount which the customer couldn't use on time just because of the System & Server
            problem ..it doesn't matter the amount is of Rs 100 or Rs 1 lakh..but a customer is going to ATM
            Counter to withdrawl means he/she seriusly need it..(Like i went to BANK OF BARODA ATM Counter
            even if I was having PUNJAB AND SINDH bank Atm card as it was urjent)

            I WOULD LIKE TO SAY ONETHING,as oxygen is not provided to the patient on time then he dies..like that
            if Money is not there on time then WHOLE work is interrupted ..OVER AND OUT(like cancellation of
            important business deal,cancellation any function party etc..).If such type Transaction problems occur
            it should be resovled by its own just after the system is autocorrected..so that customer will be happy
            with the service..and take the advatanges of the facility provided to them...

            The harrasment said by Sandhya is 100% correct.
            It is happening not only in Rajasthan but all over India even in my personal I have faced such kind of problem. Where the bank employees are behaved like an animal with their customer and even the bank manager is also refusing to accept the complaint against that employee. According to the consumer law there must be a complaint register available at the bank branch and the complaint will lodge in the register higher authorities would have to re-act on the same.

            Dear higher officials ...please do not forget that we are supplying the bread and butter to you and your family and you are there because we are ready to make transactions with your branches. So please try to rectify your errors and behavior towards your customer any please don't try to take a test of customers tolerence.

              While Nifty 4980 (BOB - 750) Most of Securities and Financial Advisers told...
              Buy this script... it will touch 850 soon like this.

              I taken this stupid share 8400 at 750. From that day Nifty every day was up and it touch 5350. Almost Nifty 350 points recover. But still this stupid stock didnt up from that rate. It is down Rs.65

              I lost so much of amout. I sold everything today.

              Who gave authority as bank nifty to this stupid stock. While nifty up its going down. While Bank nifty up its down. Then what basis its trading. They why every bank of baroda officers begging buy our shares, buy our shares....

              For make lossers ah????


              Better to give Z category to this SLOW POISON SCRIPT.

                Sir,

                I had sent the following three cheques along with one pay in slip on 5th April 2010 though my younger brother Shri Pradeep Kapoor for depositing it in your Chowk Branch Lucknow for credit to my SB a/c no [protected] with it.

                My brother approached the Savings Bank counter of your branch to tender these cheques but was told by dealing staff to drop it in the cheque drop box. Thereafter he approached the Accountant of the branch but the gentleman also refused to take the cheques directly under acknowledgement and instead directed him to drop the cheques in the cheque drop box. Therefore, he was forced to drop cheques in the drop box.



                When I reconciled my SB a/c on 09th June 2010, I observed that only Rs 900/- has been credited to my SB A/c instead of Rs 28186.93 and one cheque mentioned at Sl.No 1 above (for Rs. 27286.93) out of the three cheques dropped in the cheque drop box on 5th April 2010 had not been credited to my account whereas the same had been debited to the drawers SB account with the Bank of Rajasthan. I immediately rushed to your Chowk Branch, Lucknow and met Mr.Balmiki Manager (Operation) and Shri Pradeep Srivastava Chief Manager. They took out the vouchers and told that the above cheque appears to have been misplaced on 10th June 2010. I submitted an application to the above Branch with the request to credit the proceeds of the above cheques along with interest but no response had been received in this regard.

                Meanwhile, the drawer of the cheque in question enquired about the fate of the cheque from her bankers- Bank of Rajasthan, Aliganj branch, Lucknow and was astonished to know that the cheque in question has been paid to someone across the counter on 05 April 2010 itself.

                I am at a loss to understand as to how a crossed cheque dropped at the cheque drop box of the Bank of Baroda, Chowk Branch, Lucknow for credit of my SB a/c with the Branch had found its way out and presented at the counter at the drawee Bank- Bank of Rajasthan, Aliganj Branch, Lucknow on the same date and the Bank of Baroda, Chowk Branch, Lucknow kept mum all these days when only two out of three cheques tendered along with one pay in slip were presented by it for clearing !

                This is not possible without the active connivance of the bank staff or the agency, if any, involved in the process of clearing. It is all the more surprising that the Branch management is not taking any action on my complaint and has even refused to give the photo copy of the pay in slip tendered on 05 April 2010 along with the three cheques in question. I have been visiting the branch almost daily but without any result.

                I have been put to inconvenience and loss due to the negligence and deficiency of the Bank of Baroda, Chowk Branch, Lucknow. I, therefore, request BOB officials through your forum to order for a high level investigation in the matter and also make good the loss suffered by me failing which I shall perforce be compelled to take criminal and other appropriate action against the Bank for redressal of my grievance, damages, costs, etc.

                Bank of Baroda, Chowk Lucknow — ill legal charges deduction from account

                Sir, I was opened a S.B. A/c in bank of baroda chowk branch. it was opened under a special "graahak mela" scheme where no min. balance was required and without cheque book & atm fecility. the account was opened with 100/- Rs. first time their computer deducted quarterly i.c. charges Rs. 113/- and same day it refunded the amount thus it is prooven that no i.c. charges will be applicable. but after 1st return its computer deducted quarterly i.c. charges Rs. 113/- and not refunded. so that my account balance of 778/- was deducted ill ligally. i have try more to contact and get help of superior authority of bank. but they replied negativelly .without checking my account opening form where i opened my account with 100/- Rs. while general S.B. account opening balance is min. 500/- without atm/cheque book and Rs. 1000/- with atm/Chequebook.

                  I am Sukhwindersing S. Saral awailing an account with Bank of Baroda since last Six month and my savings account number is([protected]). I had applied for ATM card when i had open account. i have recieved a ATM card which contain number with ([protected]) but i have not recieved Pin number yet. i had also given a written aplocation to the bank at Naranpura Branch for new PIN number of ATM card on 11th May 2010. after that i had visited branch 5 times but i have not get my PIN number yet. because of that i am not able to use ATM service in emergancy need of money. i am having a bad experience with branch manager also he is not responding me properly on this isse. after that when i call in customer they are saying that i have to Visit my branch only. now i am helpless, i am not able to understand where i have to communicate my this issue. because branch persons are not giving me proper resolution and customer care is diverting me to branch. so kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                      A matured TERM DEPOSIT certificate was submitted to the bank for renewal for a further one year on 10.05.2010 by my father who is also a senior citizen. The concerned officer gave a printed slip mentioning the amount concerned,name of account holder & signed by officer of bank (Mr. Pilani) and ask him to come later to take the renewed certificate.
                      On approaching the bank later my father was informed that he has not submitted any TDR certificate for renewal. On showing the slip he was told that the slip is for opening a new TDR account by taking money from the saving account. Further the new TDR account request was not honoured as the saving bank a/c does not have sufficient fund for the same.
                      Now my father does not have any certificate to prove that he had given TDR Certificate except the slip which is not being honoured by the bank.
                      The amount involved is Rs. 2.0 LACS and my father is distressed with bank personnel's attitude.
                      Please advice what course of action can be taken to retreive the Rs.2.0 LACS Term Deposit.
                      The Term deposit TDR No. is [protected] and matured on 10.05.2010.

                        Today I visited Bank Of baroda Dariyamau Branch for Making the bak draft.branch manager mr.himmat singh did not gave me the draft farm.He was using very rough language.He told me that I will not issue the bank draft.he did not tell me any reson for not making the bank draft.Many other peoples wre also complaining about the rough behave of this Branch manager.This branch opened in 11 o clock in several days inspite of regular timing 10 o clock.
                        Please look in to the matter.

                        Do you have the request made in writing.
                        Do you have the refusal statement in writing.

                        If you have these two things you can fight for the your Rights toward the said Bank Manager.

                        If you have problems with the any financial insttitute you have to give a return request first to the institutte & also counter reciept of the request should be with you.

                          I went to BOB gulabhagh branch to take a new locker, the manger first said that i should come 5-10 days after as he is v busy, i also told him about any deposits to be made i am ready for that.

                          After a week i visited the branch again, he liked screemed at me as if i had came to ask for some undue favor. he said that the branch is lacking of staffs, and a person who is lookng after the lockers is on leave. i requested him to look into the paper i brought and just open a locker whenever he is free.

                          He explains that he does not know the procedure or what documents are required to open the locker, so he cannot take any risk alloting a locker even after i make a hefty FD against it.

                          BOB is one of the oldest bank in India, Top people should look into it, so that suitable people can be recruited

                            I took loan from Bareilly Corporation Bank Ltd, whicn was later on merged with Bank of Baroda. I paid the entire money to BOB after compromise with a committment that the original documents will be returned after some times and later on they told that original documents have been misplaced by them. Now neither I can sold the property nor take a loan for my use. Even one owner have refused to give the possession of the property in lack of documents. I can not arranged even duplicate as I am not having Registration nos. of the documents.

                                I have an education loan from Bank of Baroda of 3,80,000 @10%. i was not able to pay the interest during my college period. after i completed my college the net due was 4,80,000 and it was converted to 60 installments. They said that the interest rate of 12% will be charged because i had overdue interest. it has been 2 years and i came to know about this today only that interest rate is 14% instead of 12!!!!!. All these years they have been charging 14% instead of 12%. I called manager and he couldn't give satisfactory answer. instead he started shouting at me. he said i had overdue interest but in their website it is mentioned that 2% extra will be charged on OVERDUE amount only. So i should have been charged 10% on 3,80,000 and 12% on 1,00,000.

                                Kindly tell me how to file a case against the bank. should i talk with higher BOB personnel or should i approach RBI. How can i file a complaint at RBI. is it effective. Or should i file a case in the court against BOB. Kindly suggest.
