WE HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ANYTHING ON EBANKING,EXCEPT QUARTERLY INCOME TAX.
ONE FAKE YAHOO ID ,MUMBAI BASED ADDRESS,HAVE LOGGED IN FROM LAGOS NIGERIA ON 4TH & 5TH MARCH 2010,PURCHASED EIGHT AIRLINES TICKETS FROM CLEATRIP.COM
ON 6TH MARCH I PAID INCOME TAX,I FOUND eBANKING ENTRIES IN ACCOUNT STATEMENT,I REQ NET BANKING TEAM TO STOP MY NETBANKING
AS PER LETTER FROM OUR BANK WE FILED COMPLAIN WITH CYBER CELL POLICE,THEY TOLD US THE IP ADDRESS OF LOGGING IS FROM NIGERIA.
DGM eBUSINESS HAS REFUSED TO REFUND OUR HACKED AMOUNT OF RS 49000-00
INSTEAD OF THAT HE HAS BLAMED US THAT WE HAVE PASSED ON/COMPROMISED THE USER ID & PASSWORD,TRANSACTION PASSWORD IS DIFFERANT.WE HAVE AVERAGE CR BALLANCE OF TEN LAKHS,WE WILL NEVER TAKE RISK IN NET BANKING.
TILL TODAY WE HAVE NEVER PURCHASED ON NET BANKING, BOBIBANKING IS JAVA ENABLED SCREEN BASED NET BANKING,WE CAN NOT SAVE PASSWORD ON OUR COMPUTER.
AS PER RBI GUIDELINES, ANY THIRD PARTY PAYMENT IS TO BE CONFIRMED FROM ACCOUNT HOLDER BY SMS-MOBILE PHONE-INDIVIDUAL SINGLE TRANSACTION PASSWORD.
THIS SYSTEM IS NOT ADOPTED BY OUR BANK,DUE TO REASON ,OUR ACCOUNT IS DEBITED
WITHOUT ANY CONFIRMATION FROM OUR SIDE,& WE ARE BLAMED.
NIGERIAN HACKERS CAN MAKE CLONE BOBIBANKING WEB SITE,WHEN EVER I HAVE PAID INCOME TAX,THEY MUST HAVE STOLEN PASSWORD.OR HACKED BOBIBANKING, THERE MAY BE INSIDER IN NET BANKING TEAM,PASSING PASSWORD.
OUR REQUEST IS WHY WE SHOULD SUFFER LOSS OF RS.49000-00 WITHOUT ANY OF OUR FAULT, BANK IS RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE SAFETY MEASURES IN e BANKING.
TILL TODAY BANK HAS NOT ASKED US OUR MOBILE OR EMAIL.ID.
WE WANT OUR AMOUNT BACK,& WHAT ABOUT FUTURE OF EBANKING IN BANK OF BARODA

I am having savings account in Bank of Baroda, Tilak maidan road sahicomplex Branchmuzaffarpur.I had applied for Internet banking before two months.On 16th september I have received Internet banking User ID, then I personally visited at branch to collect my PASSWORD.As per their policy, Internet banking id & password is invaled.your toll number is not responding. plz help me
