Respected sir/ mam,
I have opened my account in Bank of Baroda, Ambajogai Branch, in the month of September 2016.
I've also got the ATM card from my home branch. But they didn't give me my ATM pin. When I asked them they told me to contact customer care number of Bank of Baroda. But the number is always busy.Once only I able to connect then they asked me to enter my account number And when I entered it, they said that your account number is incorrect.

    Unknown transaction message

    I have been receiving unknown transaction message on my mobile no.[protected] from bank of baroda(VM-BOBTXN) A/C...5133 since last 5-6 months.

    I am not having any accounts in BOB.

    I had called bank of baroda's helpline 5-6 times.they assured that problem will be solved within a week but i am still facing the problem.

    Hope you will look into this.

    It is with Reference to my SB A/c. No. [protected] Cheque No. 024893 Amount. 1, 510/- dtd. 27.02.17 from Dena Bank was deposit. on 28th Feb we Received message from Bank that this Cheque has been Returned. when i have asked at BoB Nagori Gardan Branch they said that they are again taking this Cheque into consideration without giving any memo/Reason to me and debited charge of Rupees .144/- in my A/c. for cheque return charges and I have Received Credit on 03rd March.

    I Request you to please advice any Valid Reason for cheque returning charges or Credit me the debit charge.

      Bank of baroda... bank doesn't maintain proper record... there's always some or the other problem is there... sometym cash collection machine is not working den sometimes passbook printing machine is not working nor ther is proper record's of entry...

        I had opened a new Savings Bank account in Bank of Baroda at 291/14/G/1, Ground Floor, Bhaskar Empire, Hitech City Road, Madhapur, Hyderabad on 17 March 2017. I received message on 17th march 2017 account be activate shortly.

        I received cheque book by courier. I visited to bank 23rd march 2017 they are telling by today or tomorrow it will get activated.

        I request them to activate my account soon, bank employee is telling me that we cannot give perfect answer when it will activate

        so i request the consumer forum team to take action on Bank of Baroda 291/14/G/1, Ground Floor, Bhaskar Empire branch about my new savings account activation.

            I made a payment of rs.4274.00. For a purchase on paytm. I cancelled such order. Paytm has already refunded the amount but such amount is still not credited in my account. The payment and refund date are both on 07/03/2017. I have lodged complaint with paytm also having ticket id 24365315 but they are doing nothing. They gave me a. R. No. 75503727067012205932038. I contracted to the bob customer care on [protected] but they said that they cant trach with this arn and said to contact to paytm. Now i m feeling very bad and suffering for my money very much.

                I m highly pissed off, I wrote at least 10 emails to ur customer care email address and every person promised a fake timeline that we r sorting this out, blah blah...I m sick and tired of this stupidity..I get a refund money from Ebay for cancelation my order and EBAY got deducted from their side but has not credited to my bank..

                i was purchse a mobile from ebay on 25th january by online payment and cancleed on 27th january after then a EBAY refund proceess is started andthey say on 3rd feb. my refund is done but i dont get this ammount in my account. bank say 7 to 10 working days they solve my problem but today 2 months completed(approximately 45 days) and my problem is at their.

                  I am a customer of Bank of Baroda

                  and having multiple accounts of my

                  family in this bank at fathepura

                  branch.

                  They say they provide 24x7 service

                  but since last 5 days there is no

                  money in ATM as well as there

                  passbook filling machine is not

                  working.

                  When I ask them that if your

                  Passbook filling is not working

                  provide me statement of my account

                  they said you need to fill a form

                  and its chargeable.

                  Can you Explain me why I need to pay

                  charge when its there issue there

                  server is down actually this is

                  money making technic.

                  To keep no money in ATM so you will

                  go to anothers bank ATM so it will

                  chargeable again so it a money

                  making technic.

                  SO for all service that are free

                  they want charges for them.

                  Without informing customer they

                  started charges for SMS Alert again

                  money making technic.

                  This is a humble request not to fool

                  common people and steal there money.

                  There is never any money in this ATM on weekends. This is the only ATM on this road. So much inconvenience to the public, very poor service. Please upscale your services.

                    I'm a customer of Bank of Baroda (S.B A/C no.: [protected]) for several years. I have lend a
                    Housing loan and then a renovation loan from it on 16/06/2008 from the Pathanamthitta branch of Bank of Baroda. Details
                    of loan are :

                    1) loan no.: [protected] (at 9.6% rate)
                    2)loan no.: [protected] (at 11.1% rate)

                    I have lend it on floating rate. But I am not getting that privilege (of floating rate) even though the interest rates
                    declined . I had complained about this in the Pathanamthitta branch but the officers (including manager) are taking
                    this matter in an easy manner and haven't made it available to me till now.
                    Today I have contacted the Pathanamthitta branch and they have responded that a circular
                    have been issued from the head office not to provide me this privilege of floating rate. The Branch Manager is behaving
                    in a rude manner while I am contacting her. Due to this, I haven't paid the last installment of this loan and also I'm
                    not keeping balance in my account. The earlier managers were friendly to the customers.
                    I ain't getting an idea what sort of harm I did to them. I have sent
                    mails complaining this matter to the zonal, regional & head offices. If I won't get a satisfactory reply from them, I will
                    complaint it to the consumer court and will inform about it to the medias .

                      Bank of Baroda Shastrinagar Branch A/C No. [protected]. Bank has levied SMS ALERT CHARGE RS. 17.25 twice in a month and also levied IPRU MF bldsk MANDATE VERIFICATION charge Rs.115.00. So please request you to refund this amount in our A/C which was charged unnecessarily. We owned this a/c since last 22 years and no other bank has levied such charges as Bank of baroda does.

                        I have lodged a complaint on 17th march, 2017 with you and the complaint status only shows "bank of baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint" from the date of me lodging a complaint.

                        The bank has misplaced the files containing my records for which i have been following up with the officials including the senior official of the bank from 6th december, 2016 onwards, but besides they not able to trace my documents they have no further explanations to give me, though they are fully aware that i need the documents on priority basis.

                        Besides one liner status given above no further development is noticed. At least by considering the seriousness of the issue, urgent steps could be directed to be taken to rigorously make a search of my records, or best solution would be that i should be authorised and allowed to search the bank godown/place where the files are kept or records are maintained, to avoid further wastage of time.

                        This is in continuation my Complaint lodged on 17th March, 2017 on the captioned subject.

                        My Complaint has not yet been resolved, as I have still not heard about any developments in my complaint from the Bank nor have i received any intimation from the Consumer Forum, so the question of my complaint being "MARKED AS RESOLVED" is absolutely wrong. Hence, my complaint continues to be pending.

                          A refund was made by Amazon on 9th March 2017. But it was reflecting on my account. The bank said that no refund was made . So I want to file a "charge dispute " on them. I want the bank to solve my problem as soon as possible else I'll be forced to take a legal action against the bank. Amazon said that it will also file a "charge dispute " on the bank, and if the bank don't solve my problem . I will definitely take a legal action . I'm attaching the message that Amazon send to me when they received the referencing number from the bank .

                                  I have received R.P.A.D. Ref:/BOB/RN/RR/ DEC-16/7 DATED 15.12.2016. But Letter received by dated 23rd Feb.2017 Surprised that from Hyderabad to Ujjain letter travel time is about two months. I don’t know Why??????

To Your Customers Mrs. Telakapalli Shantha w/o T.santosh Kumar is full of Knowledge of Court case of Plot no.147.And she also know that Court is given stay order on this Plot and His advocate is Mr.D.K.JAIN. . And his advocate told in court that original document of plot no.147 is misplaced in house of my claint, whenever we find, we can submit in the court. (Injunction order copy attached)

                                  Your mortgage is null & wide because court give us injunction order on dated[protected].and on dated 20th day January -2014 court of the XXVII ADDL. Chief Judge, City Civil Court Sec`bad passed the order that stay will be continue from[protected]. When order is passed His advocate is present in the court.

                                  In order I.A.NO.36 OF2013 (OLD NO.1174/10 ACJ, SEC`BAD) order is Especially Respondents /Defendants no. 02 that is Smt. Telukupalli Shantha, She can`t change nature of suit schedule property?

                                  After receiving my mail & interim injunction order copy to you. Imminently you are requested to Please Submit All original document, with party loan account statement of plot no.147 IN THE COURT OF THE XI ADDL. CHIEF JUDGECITY CIVIL COURT AT HYDERABAD. As case no 842/2016. With affidavit that Smt. Telukupalli Shantha taken loan from your Bank of this property.

                                  You also file documents in the above court - Plot Search report valuation report and Clint civil report because when she purchase this plot she played cash payment of Rs.34, 18, 000 and chq. No.503915 dt.[protected] syndicate bank Kukatpally branch (Where she does not any account) it means other person pay this cheque Amount.

                                  I want to Know When your Branch Manager Received my mail & letter, why he is not stopped the advances to the party. If you’re Advocates go in details or see the court case no.O.S.NO.65/2010 & O.P.NO.2528 on the file ACJ Court Secunderabad & O.S.65/2005 in City Civil Court Hyderabad.Pl See Attachment

                                  We also request you to please file criminal suit against Mrs. Telakapalli Shantha w/o T.santosh Kumar, as soon as possible.
                                  Otherwise we take an action and whole responsibility will be at your end.

                                    I have an account with Gulzarbagh Patna branch. The automatic passbook updating machine is not working and the staff in the branch refuse to update the passbook. My money is stuck with an online shopping site they want a copy of my passbook. They are even not ready to give the account statement. And there is so much of intolerant behavior. My account number is [protected]. If this is what the bank will behave then I am afraid I will have to close the account including mine and all the family members.
