Bank Of Baroda — no refund made by bank | |
I have made a transaction on 11 Feb 2019 for electricity bill payment through phonepe but it was failed and amount deducted and got a notification on screen that amount will refunded within 3 days but till now I have not received. I have made also many applications to bank and phonepe but no satisfactory reply received from them even though bank officials also not about the redressal process and charge back complaints. Many time I called to phonepe also no satisfactory reply I received. It costs my time my money and also bothered my situation

Dear Sir,
We are current account holder of your bank from Feb-2019 and we are requested for card swiping machine since 3 months.
Please arrange machine as early as possible

Sir, mera name mohit kumar hai, mera account number [protected] hai, jisse mene 9june ko rs.2000 or 12june ko rs.2000 paytm wallet main, add kiye the account se to cut ho gye but paytm wallet main add nhi hue...
