I have made a transaction on 11 Feb 2019 for electricity bill payment through phonepe but it was failed and amount deducted and got a notification on screen that amount will refunded within 3 days but till now I have not received. I have made also many applications to bank and phonepe but no satisfactory reply received from them even though bank officials also not about the redressal process and charge back complaints. Many time I called to phonepe also no satisfactory reply I received. It costs my time my money and also bothered my situation +3 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
