This is about relunctant behavior of bob sip in charge mr. Mayank singh. I had submitted sip closure and redumption form on june 1, 2019 at bob tisgaon, kalyan. It was informed to me by mr mayank that the process will take 15 days and market is good so i'll get some profit. After 15 days i got a message regarding installment for june month hence i called mr mayank and informed him about it. He said he is busy with some campaign so can't look into this matter for 3 days. I called after 3 days. At that time he said he is working on it and asked me my name so that he can proceed with my form on priority. After 2 days i called him again for status. He said he didn't receive any form from me and asked my details like pan card number. I refused to share my details and said i'll go to the bank and meet him there only for any bank related documents. He had informed me that he visits tisgaon branch on tuesday so i took day off from my office on july 2, 2019 just to see what has gone wrong. He didn't turn up. When i talked about it to bank person mr. Ganga, he apologized and asked mr. Mayank on call about my lost form. Then he asked me to fill another form at that time he realized that my filled form was in my bank branch only. Mr mayank did not even collect my form. So mr ganga apologized and assured me that my case will be taken on priority at most 15 days. After 15 days, my installment for july was also deducted hence i called mr mayank again, he responded saying it will take time at least 21 days. And market is down so don't close sip. I really don't understand if he want to do his work or not. I m on loss on both sides, i won't get any proft since market is down, also since its been 2 months i won't get interest as i would have got if my money was redeemed on time. Every time i called mr mayank, he used to cry about how merge of 3 banks has led to lot of work. But my question is if the client is constantly following up then aren't you supposed to look into it and work on it on priority. Many times i had reminded him about my issue which he simply ignored.

    I have ordered a product on amazon on 12 july 2019 and cancelled at same time the refund process for the product was started but my bank haven't credited the amount in my account till 20/07/2019 my account no is [protected]

    And reference refund no is[protected].
    Plzz hlo me out of this.
    When i call amazon they says that they initiated refund when i call bank coustmer care. They says that they haven't received any refund request.

      I have to open an account in ur branch&the bank has been telling me previous 2 days to come tomorrow. I have already 6 existing account in ur bank. I think the work of bob is good, so i want to open my wife account in ur bank. But it seems that ur bank has more accounts and u dont want to open an account now i dont have to open an account in yourbank

          Respected sir, we are a small costumer of your bank. On dt. 24/06/19 a tx charge of rs.10349 deduct from my a/c [protected] on a/c cash handling charges on dt 04/05/19. We deposit only 87000 rupee in big detonation. We gone to concern branch also mail to rm for refund it. But there is no responce.

            Reference to the above subject please note that the pandalam bob branch atm is out of service for the last one week and the authorities not taking any action to make it under operational. Bank is providing atm cards to all customers and their atm is out of service!!! For withdrawing money we have to approach other bank atm or travel to adoor or chengannur and there also no surety of the atm machine status.
            So am requesting to the higher authorities to look in to the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible to provide best support to their customers.

I have not received subsidy of pradhan mantri awash yojna till date. I visit bob branch many time for the same but no response received. Please provide me subsidy

                I would like to inform you that i was trying to fund transfer in my account to another account and that time time my balance was deducted in my account and third party was not received my payment so i was open my m connect app and and check his payment status and it was showing your payment status is failure.. why that was possible, So i was going to my home branch and explained my problem from your executive and he was only one word tell me ki that problem is not resolved from my side you are trying customer care number and explained your problem so i was called your customer care number and again tell him my problem and he says your money is transfered in your account with in 7 days... but the money is not transferd in my account... So i will request you please refund my money in my account...ASAP

                  I aparna banerjee, age 73 yrs. W/o. Late s. N. Banerjee having an sb account no. [protected] with your baranager branch, kolkata-700 036 (W. B.) along with jointly with late susanta kr. Banerjee, (E & s). I had sent my caretaker at kolkata br, to collect a new cheque book along with a bearer cheq. For day to day expenses. The baranager br. Refused to accept the request due to signature differ, they are not even agreed to listen my words. I had contacted with your one of the delhi br. They shown me my signature, which i couldn't matched (Due to old age) it was done (First signature) almost 16/17 years before.
                  I cann't move to other state due to my physical alignment, doctor advised me not to journey.
                  Therefore, i would request you kindly arrange to get my authenticate signature card in presence of br. Manager/ or a sr. Official of delhi branch, and the same card may be accepted by the concern baranagar br. I am very much in trouble for not in a possession to withdraw cash.
                  Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

                    Hello everyone,

                    I had applied the application for mobile number change in mathura branch 45 days earlier. But still my number has not updated. I went to branch today and asked to clerk for status of my application, he is said it will be in 1-2 years. I asked other person of branch, he said already 200-300 application pending for mobile number updation from 4-5 months. He suggest to me that i close this account and open a new account. This process would be fast. After that i contact to manager of branch, he said all process has been done from our side. Process is pending from main branch side. So i can not tell the time of this process. You should wait 15-20 days more.

                    Can anyone face this problem too? And when my number will update.

                        I had made the payment on myntra on 24th june of rs 2725 and immediately i had cancelled the order. The refund was initiated on 26th june but the refund is not reflecting in my bank account. I was asked to wait for 7-10 working days by myntra and 14 working days by bank of baroda but after waiting for these mentioned days i didn't received my refund. The reference number shared by the team is 747992091750030086661253. Please help me out and make the refund as soon as possible.

                          I had given a cheque of rs. 399 to the times of india.i have already sufficient balance in my account of rs. 426 on 10/07/19, but BOB firstly deducted rs 399 and after this credited my a/c with same amount and at last BOB deducted rs 295 for return charges with narration of insufficient balance which is very wrong.

                            Hi,

                            On june 30th, i made atm transaction of 3 times for rs.10000 each. For the 1st amd 2d transaction i got the amount, for 3rd tranaction, amount got debited but the atm did not dispense cash. But in netbanking the the txn history shows invalid txn id for 1st txn and valid txn id for 3rd txn. Till now amount not recredited. Kindly find the attachment foe more details and see below for txn reference number.

                            Atm/cash/[protected]/xxxxxxxxxxxx6930 = 2nd transaction

                              I have made a transaction on 11 Feb 2019 for electricity bill payment through phonepe but it was failed and amount deducted and got a notification on screen that amount will refunded within 3 days but till now I have not received. I have made also many applications to bank and phonepe but no satisfactory reply received from them even though bank officials also not about the redressal process and charge back complaints. Many time I called to phonepe also no satisfactory reply I received. It costs my time my money and also bothered my situation

                                I had filled form for rtgs on date 10 july 2019
                                Today is 11 july 6.30 pm till now they haven't done there job
                                Very much disappointed
                                As said the lady that i have a tds to pay as today was the last day by 1 pm she said she will do it within 1 hr
                                Got a call from the person whom i wanted to send the money via rtgs
                                He said he didnt got the amount yet
                                So failed paying my tds today
                                Plz help
                                This isn't right as they are not doing their job
                                Strict action should be taken
                                What is the meaning of rtgs
                                They might know better than me
                                Very very rude behaviour as they are working without payments or salary
                                We keeping our hard working money on such banks
                                They should have some responsibility
                                Now late tds fine i have to bear
                                Is it right
                                Even bank manager isn't not taking any responsibility

                                कल दिनांक 09/07/2019 को नई बाजार शाखा में मैं बैंक ऑफ बड़ोदा का 80000 का बैंकर चेक ले के गया एकाउंट में लगाने के लिए तो वहाँ पर मुझसे बोला गया कि 50000 से ज्यादा का आप नही लगा सकते जिसके नाम का बैंकर चेक है उसको भेजिए। इसके साथ वहाँ के कर्मचारियों का व्यवहार अच्छा नही है।

                                  This is to inform you that I have one Home loan account in BOB Sec 62 Noida Gen Next branch My account details are as below:

                                  This loan is against the Property Purchased at Blossom Logix Zest, Sec 143 and My unit number is C 1403. Till the year 2016 BOB was disbursing the Amount to my Loan account against this property and Later due to some issues with builder they denied to further disburse amount to Logix although this Project was approved by the BOB in the initial stage.

                                  Logix has intimated me in the month of March 2019 that they will be giving possession letter soon so be ready with the Payment

                                  In view of this as BOB was not disbursing loan to Logix Builder so I decided to Close my Loan account from BOB and move to some another Bank as I was left without any option. I visited your bank on 16th March 2019 where I met the Branch Manager Mr. Gautam. When I requested him to give me following documents as requested by the different Bank for Loan take over. Mr. Gautam said “I am new to the branch and the concern officer (don’t remember name exactly may be Chinkal) who is handling this is not in office so he cannot help today and ask me to visit the branch again”.

                                  2. List of Documents etc.
                                  3. Statement of account

                                  So on Monday[protected] I wrote an email to the BOB team @ [protected]@bankofbaroda.com for demanding the list of documents that are required by the other bank. Mail number 1 enclosed for your reference.

                                  Next day Bank officer called me and she inquired why I am closing loan and then she confirmed that if it is full and final demand then we will disburse the loan and requested me to arrange updated demand for further disbursement. She confirmed me on 19th of March 2019 that disbursement will be done. Mail Number 2 enclosed for your reference.

                                  On 28th of June when I sent the latest demand letter to bank for giving me margin money that I need to deposit in my BOB account for further disbursement that moment they started asking me some more documents like OC certificate from Builder and upto date payment receipt from builder that I arranged and given to bank. I started following up from your team since then & after lots of efforts and follow up Mr. Gautam picked up my call on last Friday and he confirmed that he is busy and by Monday(17.07.19) he will share the required details. When I have not received any response till Wednesday (10.07.19) I started calling him since morning and till evening he didn’t picked up the call and in the evening he picked the call and stated “ I am not in office, kaam to staaf ko karna hota hai main to manager hoon, aap visit karo bank mein aur lejao letter”, then I asked him to share contact details of staff so that I can talk with them then phone was disconnected after our heated arguments. But he didn’t shared me number of any staff member.

                                  Today morning when I called him for support on this then he finally said your loan cannot be disbursed because of some mortgage issue & till registry is not done they will not give any disbursement . When I ask him why your staff confirmed me 2 months back that disbursement will be done he said he has no clue what I have discussed with loan officer and you can speak with her directly and when I requested for her number Phone was disconnected.

                                  My concerns are clear and as below:

                                  1. Why the board numbers and phone numbers are not getting picked up by any of the staff:
                                  Phone:[protected],[protected]no body picked the phone I tried at least 50-60 times)
                                  2. If BOB was not in position to release the payment then why I was made fool and harassed unnecessary and false commitment was given to me that disbursement will be done.
                                  3.Behavior of branch manager (Mr. Gautam) is not good and he is not worried about the Customer issues .
                                  4.Now if BOB will not disburse loan I have to move to some another bank and it will take some time and I need to pay the penalty that builder will raise to me who will be responsible for that.
                                  5.If other banks are doing disbursement then why BOB cannot do?

                                  Builder is after me for the payment please help me to disburse the loan amount against full and Final payment all details are enclosed.

                                  I have ordered an amazon product order no.[protected] And after return item refund not credit to my bank account. Refund reference no.[protected] provided by amazon. And after contacted to bank customer service the refused about the refund and denied about the reference no.

                                    Amazon had refunded an amount of rs.698.00 in my bank account on 6/15/2019 and that was supposed to be reflect to my bank account by 6/20/2019 as per their policies. Again and again i am calling the customer care of bob but no one is picking up the call. On[protected] i was luckily interacted with one of the representative of bob customer care and she said i will get the refund to be credit within 7-14 days after the refund initiated. After then whenever i am going to call the customer care,. It is now a long time and i haven't got my money back in my bank account.

                                    Balance detected through transection that was declined .. Bt Rs.5023 detected from account.. Still not refunded by bank.

                                      My S B A/c No. is [protected] in Bank of Baroda, Chas branch, Bokaro, Jharkhand.

                                      On 2nd July, 2019 I had deposited a cheque of ₹1, 50, 000 (chq no. 220230, SBI) Payee name:
                                      AVINASH KUMAR SINHA. After clearing bank has credited my bank account by only ₹8, 452/-.Thus my account has been credited short by ₹1, 41, 548.

                                      I am regularly visiting the Chas branch as well as Main branch, Sector 4, Bokaro to get this solved but they are unable to trace it and solve it.

                                      Its really SERIOUS and I am really fed up.

                                      Please get it solved as soon as possible.
