[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — not received my deducted money yet

I have not received my money in to my account, is been 7 days working days. The money was deducted during irctc tatkal hours payment going to be failed but the money was already deducted from my account. I have tried two times both the times money got deducted but the payment got failed irctc provided me refund or utr id for one of my payment with a message late confirmation received from bank and for the other i have to give you transaction id please help me soon. I want my money back, bank of baroda services are going to be poor day by day, please help me
