Hi,
Ketan Tomar this side. I have a bank account with BOI Sector 12 dwarka delhi Branch with Account number [protected]. Recently there has been fraud transition in my account. I have done the Cyber crime complaint also and I was told by BOI customer care to submit the complaint and fraud transaction document to the BOI branch. I have gone to the branch but they denied to take the complaint and asking me to go to Axis bank where the beneficiary account is. But Axis bank said that the complaint will be taken by the Debited account not by us and they were right. The branch manager of my BOI Bank branch Sector 12 dwarka delhi denied taking the complaint so I am complaint here about the matter. I also called Google Pay customer care they also told me to complaint with BOI Branch. Below I am mentioning the complete fraud that has happened with me. My Cyber complaint Acknowledge no. [protected]

Scammer called my wife from [protected] telling that he have to pay money to her father. Her father usually used to receive payments like this so my wife trusted him and thats why she did not asked her father. Scammer asked if you are using Google pay then I can make the transfer. Then my wife asked me if I use Google pay because she do not use Google pay then I talked to him on conference and then from my number [protected]. We received call from the number [protected] and then he scammed us by making us transfer money to him by telling us that he has merchant account there you have to first transfer money to me then only I will be able to transfer you the money.
We have done the transaction as he has taken us in Confidence by manipulating first my wife and then me also. He has made us transfer 50000 rs in 2 transfers by manipulating us and was asking more to transfer. After that we denied to transfer more.
After that he has switched off his number and then we realised that we are scammed. This was first time we have been scammed so we were not having the knowledge. Please help us in getting our money back.

    Mera naam asha Singh hai mai apne gaon me sakhi samooh chalati hun Mera apki branch me joint account hai samooh ke naam se aaj maine apne account se 10000 rs withdraw Kiya aur cashier ne mujhe jaise hi paise diye turant branch me lunch ho gaya mujhe security guard ne paise count nahi karne diya jab maine bola ki mujhe apne paise count karna hai mai bahar nahi jaungi to wo mujhse battmizi karne laga aur mujhe branch se bahar nikal diya bola ki lunch ho gaya jis wajah se main branch se bahar nikal ayi aur maine apne paise purse me rakh liya aur ghar aa gayi Ghar akr jab paise count Kiya to paise 9000 rs hi nikla 1000 rs kam tha so please take action to security guard and branch manager also and return my thousand rupees

      Please note that I am unable to access internet banking with corporate ID from my A/c in Bank of India, in name of R.Kumar.
      I urgently need to transfer money for my Health issues and travelling but unable to do so due to faulty internet website since morning .pls pls help .
      When we input the username, password and the CAPTCHA code it shows error 155, application set up error, Please contact your Bank .
      I have contacted the BOI, local branch but the problem still persists.
      I need the online access urgently to transfer payments at the earliest.
      Kindly help to sort out the issues and oblige .

          Respected sir,
          With reference to the above we hereby bring to your kind notice that the above loan was availed by my mother, who is a Bank of India customer. Last year she succumbed to Covid. Her loan from your bank is not known to us, since her legal heirs are residing at Trichy and Madurai. Last year while we come for ceremony to Mannargudi at that time only we received from a call from your Mannargudi branch by the jewel appraiser. We surprised to know that she availed a loan in your branch, the time was November 2021, then we contacted the branch. They informed us to pay Rs53000/- and submit death certificate, legal heirs and affidavit, etc., We applied to the government of Tamilnadu, since the account holder Mrs Kala Sabanayagam expired over covid, they took too many formalities and enquiries and at last we got death certificate. Subsequently we applied for Legal Heirs certificate, the Tiruvarur collectorate took long time and issued the certificate.

          On[protected] we approached the Mannargudi BOI for closing the jewel loan at that time the officer told us to pay compound interest and penalty for overdue and NPA. Until[protected] the loan amount is Ras60500/-.

          We regret to inform that it is beyond our control, actually we did not aware of the loan, since we are residing at far off places. If the Bank of India sent any notice regarding the pending loan, it would have saved us from the harassment.

          A normal healthy person is not at expected of suddenly succumb under covid. In the early stage the Government and the officials were very very strict regarding Covid and the persons who are succumbed to it. In getting certificates from the authorities, it was a long battle.

          We humbly request you to waive the penalty, overdue and NPA jewel loan account of the deceased customer (under Covid). It is not at all expected from any family. In our distress the Bank of India should help us to redeem the Jewel loan by the legal heirs.

          We are ready for One Time Settlement. Kindly consider our case sympathetically and pass necessary orders regarding penal, overdue interest and other charges. We will close the jewel loan with normal rate of interest of Rs.53000/-

            I want to pay a university deposit in GBP via my Bank of India VISA Card. I am receiving the OTP for the transaction but the the bank's server is somehow unable to connect. I have no option to enter the OTP whatsoever.

              AMAZON has issued my refund of ₹598 to my bank on 28th may ..but BOI has not issued it to my account..worried ..help

                Sir i am Sanjoy Kumar Mohanty 75% disabled person having account number [protected] in bank of india has got refund of Rs16499/ from amazon against a cancelled order on 09/05/3022 having refund reference number 74163262130034544334481 but that amount is not credited in my account yet when ever i enquire about the matter the staff of bank misbehaved with me also man handled with me i am a poor handycapped person please help

                      I have ordered products from Amazon on the date of 30/04/22. It was to be received on 07/05/22. But I have not received my product on the date. So, I canceled my order on 10/05/22. Amazon initiated the refund of rs. 715 on 10/05/22 and, it was expected to come on 15/05/22. Amazon gave me the reference id # 74163262131034500658898. But the Bank of India bank has still not credited my money.
                      This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                        I order a dress from myntra and refund it and myntra credit the money in the account and also provide the reference number but the money was not come in my account after completion of 1 month. And bank was not check the status of money after providing the reference number also. First I think that myntra was not send the money so I complain against myntra in consumer form but after disposing of complain I found that myntra send the money in my account but the amount was not show in my balance so plz resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              Dear Sir, We are having our PPF accounts with BOI Mandvi branch, Mumbai. We have 7 PPF accounts with them of all family members. On[protected] we deposited cheques for ppf in all 7 accounts. On[protected] we received clearing for same and amount got debited in all accounts. While updating PPF passbook we received clearing date as 06.05.2022 instead of[protected].
                              Complaining for the same with BOI we didn’t received any proper response. In this case will loose interest for 1 month in all accounts and it sums up to big amount. Kindly advice what to do.

                                I made a prepaid order of worth Rs.3262 from myntra on 15th April 2022. Somehow I cancelled some of the items from my order and myntra initiated my refund of Rs. 2039 on 17 April 2022.But my amount has not been credited yet My tra has also provided me reference number in this regard that is: 30001021092105200525127. When I visited bank branch to raise complaint bank employee did not solve my problem.

                                  Honorable Sir/Madam, My name is Nand Kishor Sharma, I purchased a Bourge Men Loire-Z188 Blue Running Shoes-7 UK (41 EU) (8 US) (Loire-126-07) from Amazon of ₹499, on 21 April 2022, ORDER ID #[protected], And i cancelled the order on the same day in evening, after cancellation i got ₹30 refund which I had paid through Amazon pay, but ₹459 i did not get which i have paid through my bank, My account number is :- [protected], IFSE COAD :- BKID0005958, I went at my bank 2 times but no-one is ready to listen anything they are saying we can't do anything from our end, I talked to Amazon customer care they said we initiated the refund on 21st April and they provided me Refund reference ID (74332742112211147482813) to dispute charge back, but bank is denying.I have attached the snapshot of the email of Amazon.                                     The undersigned is a senior citizen and is an account holder with Bank of India, Borivali West Branch having a savings account and PPF account. My spouse also have FDs with the branch. I have visited the branch thrice in the past one week to register online PPF A/c link. Since there was an issue and the online PPF was not getting activated, the reasons for which the branch officials are unable to tell me, I have now deposited by way of a cheque for contribution to my PPF. Today also I went to update the PPF passbook. I was given to understand that the systems are down. I have been listening to this same reply for the past more than one week a similar response from the bank official i.e. systems are down, which appears to be ridiculous. Every time I visit the branch, I have to spend around Rs.75 to Rs.90 by rickshaw and being a senior citizen, it is still a risky proposition with the COVID still around. The response to senior citizens in the branch is pathetic. Further, no one in the branch is able to guide me w.r.t. registration of online PPF account. Request some one to look into the issue and advise me.

                                      I have ordered a product(SAVYA HOME Beatle High Back Ergonomic Office Chair) on (April[protected]Cost(5690 rupees), But i have not received refund of my product.
                                      Amazon initiated the refund on (April[protected]and it was expected to come on [April 22-24]
