    My Name is Iliyas Ali Joya and i had ordered a product of RS. 3199 Puma men's electro 2 ldp Sneaker In amazon i paid two ways first
    3146₹ my bank of india debit visa card No.**** **** 8227 & second amazon pay 53₹ on[protected] & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on[protected] Amazon Initiated the amount to my card and amazon pay. Amazon pay add my 53₹ Same day but 3146₹ not received my bank account .I Told to amazon costomer care and Amazon send This reference id 74332742052205100348260 and told me fill charge dispute form. I fill charge dispute form but bank of india not respond me . So please kindly Respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

      Payment of Rs 1600 to S K Motors BHARATPE[protected]@yesbankltd made from Bank of India Acct No [protected], on 13 February at 1 PM FAILED.

      But Rs 1600 debited for FAILED payment by Bank NOT YET REFUNDED even after submitting Failed Payment Record, and Bank Statement.

        UPI payment of Rs 1600 made to S K Moters BHARATPE[protected]@yesbanklte on 13 February 2022 at 13:00:18, using Paytm app failed.

        Rs 1600 debited for failed payment with refernce No[protected]/[protected]:00:18/UPI.

        This failed payment has NOT yet been REVERSED. S K Motors already paid Rs 1600 through same app successfully.

            I am Cash Credit account holder of Bank of India, After latest updates, Startoken NG is not working on Iphone an iPad. When contacted and wrote an email to support.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in but they advised to contact local branch which do not have it cell in local branch, staff has no idea to Resolve complaint.
            even local branch is sending email to ; Latha Somarajan Nambiar
            Cc: General Operations Department (Vadodara)
            but no response to even local branch email from higher authorities.

            complaint was lodge on 15 December but till date complaint is not resolved.

                Sir/Madam My name is Indranil Saha and I have ordered Chipsi sunshine meadow hay (Rabbit Food) on 3rd February 2022. The Price is 435 rupees.But I have received a wrong product on 10th February 2022. Amazon initiated refund on 19th February 2022 and it was expected to come on 25th February 2022.
                Amazon gave me the reference id 74332742052205004613132 but the Bank of India bank has still not credited my money 435 rupees.
                This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.

                          I ordered a phone on 10 Feb from Amazon which cost me 17190, unfortunately the order was cancelled automatically by Amazon and Amazon initiated my refund for the amount of 17190 on 11 Feb but I this amount has not been reflected yet in my Bank account after 12 days, bank is not helping me to solve my problem, they are just giving me false excuses

                                  I have been trying to log onto Startoken since last week with NO luck. I enter Username and password and it gives me SUCCESS. Then when i click on the next menu, its says YOUR DETAILS ARE BEING FETCHED PLEASE WAIT

                                  This has been going on since last tuesday. Very frustrating.

                                  I logged on to Star token on 2nd Feb adn it was fine.
                                  I am not in India at the moment and have to pay bills online..

                                  I hv been banking with BOI for the last 25+ years and I am really fed up that nobody ready to help or say what is the problem

                                    I had ordered a product on[protected] on Amazon by debit card but had to cancel it on the same day due to some issues. Amazon cancelled the order and issued the refund but the amount was not received in my bank account. The amount was Rs. 2447. After 4-5 days, a refund reference number was given to me saying that the refund was issued from Amazon. I also contacted the Bank of India customer care but they aren't of much help. The refund didn't reflect in my bank account till now. Please help me with this situation. I am providing the details.
