Hello sir my account num is [protected] in bank of india branch chhatarpur,
on 14 nov 2021, near to ur branch atm, when i active my debit card, during otp entering process, one o[censored]nknown person, behind me, exchange my card. and that time i dont understand what happening there. after one hour i got messags that from my account an amount of 10, 000 debited and then 5000. and continously debited, when i go bank and complain for it, then bank oficers says that it will return within 72 hours but its will not, later from 14 oct to 19 oct from my account total debited amount was 1, 38, 000, in different denominaiton.
also when i continously call to cusomter care number of bank of india to block / hotlist of atm card, but it only say "your request can not proceed". and neither bank corporate nor police corporate. also u can check in cctv footate from point of sale or atm where it used or withdrawn.
i call on all customer care num of card hotlist and card block whic mentioned in bank website but all not working and not get response.

kindaly help me in this tough situvation and help me to get bank my money. my daughter marriage is in next month and its all my savings from my only source of earning agriculture . please

    I was issued a refund of 269rs for a product from amazon to my BOI debit card(visa) through which I earlier purchased the same product. I haven't received the refund amount in my bank account . The refund was processed on 13th October. It was supposed to come in 3-5days. Its already 11days. Please help me get the refund amount to my account. Attaching screenshot for evidence.

      My name is ( Himanshu Rajput ) and I had ordered (Product) of RS.1598 ( MI 25083 Wired in Ear Earphone with Mic (Blue) ) in Amazon on ( 30/September/2021 ) and product not received . I refund . And on ( 30/September/2021 on which refund initiated)
      Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
      [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Bank Of India doesn't have such policy.
      So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

          Dear team,
          I have taken I loan from the bank of India but due to the sudden loss of my father and then business got stopped. I have taken a loan in Aug 2017, and my died in Nov 2017,
          since then somehow I managed to pay the interest amount generated by the bank.
          right now from last one year i am not able to pay their interest amount,
          now my account is NPA and they are threatening my family that we will sell it and will take you out from your hour. my mother is a high blood pressure patient, due to which she was almost fainted because of their behavior.

          now I have connected to the bank and told them to share me a repayment plan as the amount is almost 9 lacs, and also ask to consider to removed some interest as there is no business in the last 4 years and I am doing a job of 15k, but they said they will throw us out from the house and will not give any type info.

                    I made a payment via my debit card online . But even when the transaction was failed I received a message saying amount is deducted. One of the BOI executives said it will be refunded within 36 hrs . Still its not refunded

                      I Ihave tried to placed order of xiomi product by upi transaction through mobikwik application.
                      My order not placed and amount is debited. I have complained to xiomi. Xiomi replied that payment is stuck in your bank. So i have done application to bank of india branch for charge back request.
                      I have called to upi toll free number and as per their suggestion, i have emailed details to Support.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in
                      They told me to reply in 24 to 48 hours.
                      But still not get any email reply from bank
                      I have also filled form in grievances section of website, but still not get any reply.
                      I can't understand that for my money refund, how much i have to wait
                      Amount debited of rs 14999 on 30th September, 2021
                      Its already 15 days completed of this failed translation. No one is taking action

                        An amount of Rs 728.54/- was debited in my Saving Account no. [protected] with Bank of India on 07.10.2021 Ref. BDIPG/IB[protected]/IRCTC. Since there was transaction failure no ticket was issued by IRCTC. Bank has not returned the amount. Complaint lodged with Bank Reference No. was BDIPG_[protected] dated 07.10.2021. Transaction was through Debit Card

                          I have ordered a Adata 8gb DDR4 RAM of Rs.2600/- on 03/10/2021.Because of my financial issue i cancelled my product on 06/10/2021.
                          Amazon initiated the refund on 07/10/2021 and it was expected to come on 11/10/2021.
                          Amazon already credited the amount on my bank account.They gave me the refund reference id #30005112761276203528823 but the Bank of india (BOI) bank has still not credited my money.

                          This is urgent please help me as soon as possible

                              Hi, I am Sonali Panda, holding a Bank of India, saving account of Rajkanika Branch, Kendrapara Odisha.

                              I had tried to withdraw Rs.300/- from Odisha Gramya Bank ATM located in Bentkar, Cuttack, Odisha ATM Code[protected] on 10/10/2021, around 4 pm, but the cash was not dispensed.

                              I thought, there was no 100 or 200 note. So I had tried again for Rs.500/- from the same ATM (ATM Code[protected] on the same day. Again the cash was not dispensed but received a msg it was deducted.

                              However, Rs. 800/- was debited from my savings account. So, kindly requesting your help in reversing the transaction & crediting back the Rs.800/- to my savings account as soon as possible.

                                Iam Ravi subramanian holding a Bank of India, saving account No. [protected] of Chennai overseas branch.

                                I had tried to withdraw Rs.1000/- (one thousand) from an HDFC bank ATM located in Nolambur, Chennai, ATM Code- P1ENCH76 on 9/10/2021, around 12.00 noon, but the cash was not dispensed & a message stating ' unable to dispense cash due to technical error' was displayed.

                                However Rs.1000/- was debited from my savings account.

                                Hence, I kindly request your help in reversing the transaction & crediting back the Rs.1000/- to my savings account mentioned above.
