श्रीमान जी मेरा नाम मूलसिंह शेखावत निवासी भूरडों का बास वाया दांतारामगढ है तथा मैं पेन्‍शनधारी होकर जीवन के 86 वर्ष पूर्ण कर जीवन के अंतिम पडाव में अपने पुत्र के पास अजमेर में निवास कर रहा हॅू श्रीमान जी मेरा खाता दांतारामगढ जिला सीकर ब्रांच में है तथा मैं लॉकर संख्‍या 44 का धारक हॅू अब जीवन का अंतिम पडाव है इसलिए मैं लॉकर सुविधा नहीं रखना चाहता हॅू इस बाबत आवेदन मय चाबी एवं अधिकार पत्र के साथ मेरे पुत्र के साथ शाखा में भिजवाया गया श्रीमान शाखा प्रबन्‍धक द्वारा यह कहकर इन्‍कार कर दिया गया कि खाता धारक के अभाव में आवेदन स्‍वीकार नहीं किया जा सकता न ही इस बाबत कार्यवाही की जा सकती हैा इससे पूर्व भी पेन्‍शन आदि आहरित करने हेतु शाखा प्रबन्‍धक द्वारा मुझे व्‍यक्तिगत रूप से उपस्थित होने हेतु आबद्व किया गया इस बाबत शाखा प्रबन्‍धक महोदय श्रीमान मीणाजी को आवश्‍यक निर्देश प्रदान करें तथा मेरा सहयोग करने की कृपा करें।

Have been requesting for online banking for 1 1/2 years but the Branch is not responding. I sent email to Consumer grievances and they responded 5 times to my same email as saying resolved and nothing was done. Please advise how i can proceed

I have ordered the product on the 14th of July from Amazon. I have cancelled my order on the 25th of July because it was running late. Order ID of the product[protected]. बैंक बिना बताए मेरे खाते से आधार हटा दिया जिस कारण मेरी छात्रवृति 33400 रूपय नही दी गयी |बैंक ने मुझसे दुबारा आधार व आधार लिंक करने हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र लिया व बैंक के कम्पलेन नंबर पर कंपलेन करने पर मुझे कोई भी उत्तर नही दिया गया एवं फिर से आज कम्पलेन नंबर पर फोन करने पर कहा गया कि ऐसा कोई कारण ही नही है इसलिए बिना, किसी उत्तर के मेरी शिकायत को बंद कर दिया गया |अतः मुझे बैंक के कारण छात्रवृति से वंचित कर दिया गया अब इसकी भरपाई बैंक करे

I Azad Kumar Chadha, Nominee of my mothers deposits with bank of India Keshopur, New Delhi branch has submit the duly filled claim almost 20 days back form for getting the same transfer to my account, at the time of submission of the claim form I inform the manager that my mother has a saving account wherein some refund of Income tax is awaited and the manager confirm me that i can claim the amount in saving account separately after getting the tax refund, after the confirmation i submit claim form alongwith required documents, after submission i visited the branch 3 time for follow up the claim amount transfer, the officer always told me that the Manager is on leave, now after 20 days i have been informed that my claim is rejected as i have to claim all the accounts at one shot this is really unprofessional behaviour and harassment that after giving 3 visits waiting 20 days i got this reply. I request an inquire why i have been harassed and if a manager is on leave than there is no one to run the branch for more than 20 days. please get my claim process at the earliest.

Bank employee customer se behavior ache nhi krte hai or customer ke acount ke paise deduct hote hai fir bhi customer ko full off information nhi di jati

I ordered a product on Amazon which cost of RS 347. Order id is[protected]. I returned the product and refund issued on 22 July the reference number is 3005111731173000824738. But I didn't get any refund from Amazon. please take a look over my problem.

My saving account number is[protected] my credit card no-is [protected] according to my credit card recovery branch should debit rupees 26864 but bank have deducted rupees 27672 on date 17/06/2021 and rupees 26864 on date 18/06/2021 i made sevral complent verbally as well as written but all in vain please return my exes amount credit rupees 27672 in my saving account

25 जुलाई को मैंने बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के एक कस्टमर का digipay से 4000 का पैसा निकाला था लेकिन कस्टमर के अकाउंट से पैसा कट गया और मेरे digipay वैलट मे पैसा अभी तक नहीं आया है । मैं digipay के साइट पर जाकर ticket raise करने की भी कोशिश की लेकिन नहीं हो रहा है । अब कस्टमर प्रतिदिन मेरे पास आता है और पैसा मांगता है । आज 28 जुलाई तक भी कस्टमर के अकाउंट मे पैसे नहीं आए हैं । इस तरह कैसे हम काम कर सकते हैं सर । लोगो का विश्वास उठजाता है । मैंने हमेशा से digipay ही इस्तेमाल किया क्योंकि यह government पोर्टल है । लेकिन किसी भी तरह से मेरी कोई हेल्प नहीं की जा रही है सर। इस तरह टोर्चर होकर कैसे काम किया जा सकता है सर। इस 4000 रूपाय के ट्रैंज़ैक्शन डिटेल्स मैं आपके साथ सांझा कर रहा हूँ कृपया पैसा फ़ाइनल करने की कृपा करें।

मुझे Digipay की तरफ से कोई भी सपोर्ट नहीं मिल रहा है और बैंक कह रही है की ट्रैंज़ैक्शन successful था । प्लीज हेल्प

I have sent several e-mails from 19th July onwards requesting BOI for the Interest Certificate to file my

I ordered a watch from amazon on 11 july 2021 whose amount was ₹350 and order ID is[protected].
I refund this product on 16 july 2021 after that amazon gave me reference ID no. 432912 on 17 july 2021 but I did not recieve money in my account no. [protected] .

I was booking a train ticket on 10/10/2019 but I didn't get the ticket. But the amount was debited from my account.

I was booking the ticket through ixigo app but the payment was done through Google pay.
I have contacted the ixigo and Google pay, but they responded that the money can be refunded by the bank only.
I have already sent email to the bank of india but not received any response.
Please help me to get it back.
