    I have ordered global desi women's jumpsuit which order ID was[protected] on 17th September 2021, which price was 1349 rs.Due to mismatch of the size I have to return the product and wanted the refund which was initiated On 21st September.But I haven't still got the refund till today 28th September 2021.So I want to register a complain about this which refund reference number[protected]

        Bank of india finance me a car On year 2016 at that time as a sequrity deposit I had submitted my LIC policy at the Branch. I completely repay my EMI on time and I close my Car loan on year 2020 after that I ask the New Manager to return me my LIC policy. unfortunately the Branch still unable to return my policy.

          I am ROHIT KUMAR A/C Holder of BANK OF INDIA. Amazon initiated the refund on 08/09/2021 and it was expected to come on 15/09/2021, but the BANK OF INDIA has still not credited my money.

          Amazon gives me the reference id:- 30005112511251173803699.

          I also called bank customer care more than 30 times but it is always busy says please try again later. When a call was connected I have waited for more than 20 minutes to talk with the banking officer but nobody picked up the call.

          Please credit me the refund money into my account.

          This is urgent PLEASE help me as soon as possible.

                      Hello sir,
                      I want to submit complaint about my Interest subsidy amount of education loan under CSIS education loan subsidy scheme. actually i taken education loan in 2017 for my B.tech for the amount of 400000 from Bank of india.I have check and communicate bank so many times for subsidy and every time they answered me by the end of the month i will received it. But still i didn't received it.
                      Now the manager has changed and new manager is saying that I didn't submit any income certificate even though I did. Please help

                          1. On 24.8.2021, i ordered 2 items from Amazon online shopping site, I prepaid(transaction id-MEDR/WWW AMAZON I/255997) for 2 items rupees 938+489=1427 through my bank of India debit card.but after 2items delivered, i returned 1item which price was rupees 938.according to AMAZON return policy, AMAZON claimed that they refund my 938 rupees & Amazon also generate Refund reference number # 6302423050456556306091 to me on 5.9.2021.But still now that amount is not credited to my account.

                          2. on 30.8.2021, I tried to order 1item from Amazon of rupees 938 through my bank of India debit (transaction id-MEDR/ WWW AMAZON I/333981/).but some issues Amazon shows payment failed, but that 938 rupees debited from my account.

                          But above 2 transaction of same amount of money (on 24.8.2021 debited amount 938 & 30.8.2021 debited amount938), I received just one time 938 rupees in my account on 1.9.2021(MEVR/000000/[protected]/VO4/VISI/) . Another amount of 938 rupees is still not received in my account.

                          From yesterday, I called BOI customer care but they didn't helpful for me.
                          Today I also visit my bank branch but they're also failed to solved that matter.
                          I beg you please resolved my matter as early as possible.

                            I have ordered a shirt & trouser on 15/08/2021 order number: 4958354 after that i returned both of them because of some personal reason.

                            Van Heusen initiated the refund on 21/08/2021 and it was expected to come on 25/08/2021.
                            Van Heusen gave me the transaction id 74839751227000024393024 but the Bank Of India bank has still not credited my money.

                                I am an account holder in Bank of India with the account number [protected]. This is in reference to the fraud specifically done by the Bank of India. I wrote three different cheques dated 24th March 2021 with the cheque numbers 013356, 013357 and 013358 in the names of Axis long term, Quant tax plan and MIRAE assest tax saver respectively for tax saving purpose (Rs. 25000/- for each cheque). Unfortunately, and to my surprise, I received the message that cheque numbers 013357 and 013358 have been returned on 2nd Apr’21. I had to suffer a tax amount of Rs. 22900/- as the tax saving could not be done till the end of March’21. Therefore, I rushed to the bank to stop the remaining cheques so that there is no unnecessary and untimely wastage and hoarding of money happens. I stopped the cheques through net banking, wrote mails to the Manager for check stopping and when I reached the bank branch, I was then assured that the cheque numbers 013357 and 013358 have been stopped by the bank officials.
                                Today dated 6th Sept’21, I received the message from bank that the cheque numbered 013358 has been cleared and credited to TR TO 902-33 Delhi SRVC BR VID.
                                I, hereby, have very serious questions to the bank about how a cheque could be cleared after five months after I have already requested to stop the cheques.
                                I am attaching the screenshot mail sent to the bank for stopping the payment.
                                Kindly resolve the issue, answer my queries, and get the amount refunded to my bank account.

                                      I have already written to Branch mr Sonal Mehra on 23.03.21, if valuation is required then I will complete the valuation from my end by my chartered engineer . Also Why don't you reply to my earlier emails?..

                                      It is taking 1800 to complete the valuation so why should I pay 2725 debit on 25.06.21 rupees, moreover your Chartered engineer have not yet visited my residence for valuation so how he has completed the valuation work

                                      Now every time says Mr Sonal Mehra I return balance amount, but do not return the balance amount till now.

                                      I request you please return the amount.
