Complaint against Vrushali staff at Juhu Branch. I submitted 2 forms given by her for franking on 7th June 2021 for change in rate of interest. She said she will call me back in 4 days with new rate of interest. But till date she didn't revert with any updates. And from last week i have called her several times to know the status of my application but she is not answering any of my calls. She stopped reverting to my messages also. She is troubling me intentionally for no reason. I want you to take stern action against her for such irresponsible behavior.

    I have done shopping from Myntra and paid the amount from my Rupay BOI card ending with 4528 but I didn't get my refund yet they processed payment on 14/06/2021

          NRI CUSTOMER
          Have made a complaint about non receipt of OTP.
          I’m unable to use the internet banking for the past 3 weeks.
          The bank is in ADYAR CHENNAI
          manager is Mr Jaganathan
          Very disappointed with the banking staffs who are not able to sort out this issue.

                  I was not doing any transactions or anything I was just watching a video that too offline video I got msgs from BOI.Firstly 12rs debited from your account and secondly 330rs debited from your account. I really don't know what happened with transaction.I did not order anything or I didn't do anything.I need proper explanation and my money back.

                        I have bought an item on 19/5/21from Amazon by using my BOI Rupay debit card no [protected].Order no was[protected].But due to some issue I hv refunded the item and hence Amazon has processed a refund on 28/5/21 in my said debit card.Refund teference no #30005111401140003603129.But the refund is yet to be credited in my BOI S/B account.

                                    I have ordered fabiflu tablets in medibuddy.com, money was debited from my account but the order was not confirmed, after that the page has come back and it showed there is no order confirmation to track my order.                                         I purchased a product from Amazon by paying through my debit card on 15 may . But I returned the product due to size issue and applied for refund .Amazon refunded my payment as it is showing in my refund section of transaction but not reflecting in my bank a/c.
