Boi debited 118 ₹ from my account for no reasons saying it's TRF amount....

My name is Bimla Saini and I had ordered 2 Thermas of amount 776/- in Amazon on (19/2/2021) and after (28/02/2021) Amazon canceled the order. And on (7/03/2021) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - # 74332741060105827671204.

Want refund of Rs 776/-

Solve it at the earliest....

I purchased an item from amazon on 6th march 2021 of amount INR 27, 099. Due to some reason, the order got canceled and a refund was initiated on 7th March 2021. Today is 15th March and I haven't got my refund credit back into my account.

It's to inform you that On dated 24th January, 2021 I tried to withdraw RS.2000 from the ATM(ID[protected] which was located at Bijpur(SBI ATM).Though the desired amount didn't received by me, But it has been deducted from my account.Since then I am trying to recover my debited amount as guided by Bank of India customer service & they said that Money should be credited to my account with in 7 working days.
