I have ordered on Amazon on 27th January 2021 by my debit card
Order of rupees 2999
Rs. 265
Nd Rs. 158
But cancelled it in 29th January
Refund was initiated at 29th Jan 2021 by Amazon told by Amazon executive but I did not get my refund amount in my bank account.
How much more time will it take to reflect these amounts in my bank account...

Refund initiated on Feb 3 .Today feb 6 . My refund not credited on my account . Amazon say call boi. I called and they only have hindi coustemer care . I don't know hindi . Please give back my 499 rs ....

I had made Jiomart appication online shopping using BOI debit card powered by master card on 30 DEC 2020. Particulars was mentioned MEDR PAYJIOMAR 672723 it was successful transaction. But somehow JioMart had canceled my ordered and initiated refund on 31 DEC 2020 with bank ref no[protected]. As per JioMart the refund was issued via PayU with PayU ID [protected] Bank ARN 75503721001044817960844 refund amount 1779.66 refund date 31 Dec 2020....

I made a transaction on 06.01.2021 of Rs 20, 000/-, having Transaction ID :[protected], but it got failed and neither credit to benificiary account nor reversed to my account till date.

This is to inform that I have been receiving messages that my account is overdue with certain amount and to deposit the overdue amount to avoid negative impact in credit score....

Kindly reverse the charges of Rs. 590/ dated 30.06.20 from my s/b a/c [protected].

The reason being i had given cheque to Gpo Mumbai for amount of 1.50 lacs for my PPF and when the cheque arrived to bank, balance in ac was 144510/.

Bank neither informed me by SMS or by Tel that they cannot...

Atm card maintenenace charges from my sb ac no. [protected] with boi, bhakti park branch, is unduly charged. Pls reverse the entry soon. The atm card is not received by me and not in my possession. How can bank charge me for not using, not receiving, not having atm and debit card. Further any misuse of card not received by me, the bank shall be responsible for the same.

Trust my reversal and atm card deduction on 31.12.2020...

And on (27/11/2020) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number (Reference number-30005103320332133830616) and told me to fill charge dispute form but Bank of india doesn't have such policy....

I need to update my KYC information. I have an NRO account, which is joint with my aged Mother. I live in Canada and cannot do it in person.
