KIndly note that we have 4 accounts at Bhakti Park Branch Wadala East, Mumbai 37.
Kindly reverse the charges of Rs. 590/ dated 30.06.20 from my s/b a/c [protected].
The reason being i had given cheque to Gpo Mumbai for amount of 1.50 lacs for my PPF and when the cheque arrived to bank, balance in ac was 144510/.
Bank neither informed me by SMS or by Tel that they cannot clear cheque, due only 5000/- less in my ac and due covid, i cudnot transfer the less amount from my family's other 4 accounts with the branch viz. [protected], [protected], [protected].
When my Sr Citizen father went to bank on 1st July, he was told by the Bhakti Park branch that the cheques are not dealt by the branch and HO is dealing with all cheques, so they donot know anything about this matter.
View above due no fault of mine and being preferred customer with 4 accounts of Bank of India, I request for reversal of Rs. 590/- charges levied on me and my Sr Citizen father in this covid time.
Request to reverse the amount from my account and inform.
