My father wants to do rtgs today at budh vihar branch but the lady of bank denied to do rtgs and tell him for go sec 24 branch and his account is in budhvihar branch so why he would go to other branch as he is sr. Citizen and rtgs needs urgent so he was harassed by her also her way of talking was very rude.I want just tell your bank that budh vihar branch has very bad staff and need to improvement.Kindly reply me what you take action.

    Respected Sir/Madam

    I was purchased one product from amazon of Rs.1659 and i made a payment with debit card and the because of some reason i was refused the delivery and applied for the refund on 29- January, 2021. but refund was not received till 5- feb, 2021. then i called to the customer care of amazon but they told me that we have already send your refund in your original payment account and my account from Bank of India bank and they send me reference number that is #30005110271027134865090 and they told reference number is created after sending a refund to your original bank account and bank only send this reference number so ask for your bank about the refund . so if there is a problem then solve this problem and send our money as early as possible.

          I have done transaction on 30/01/2021 through debit card amount to 1000 which is failed but amount debited I fill refund claim form online but still amount not credited..

            I have been receiving messages from bw-boiind rs.177 has been credited in your account xx2906 on[protected]. available balance rs.219... And
            I do not have any a/c with boi. Pls remove my mobile number (Protected) from database.
            Boi would be responsible if any problem occurs to my existing account and if my funds gets misplaced.

              I vipin marotrao katole at nagpur having a /c om maa laxmi steel and hardware at jai ganga maa housing society dhangawali nagar nagpur kharbi having the a/c nob. [protected] and [protected]cash credit and overdraft a/c and my mobile no. [protected].
              i use the services of internet banking using the star tokan first time in desktop i used properly used then i active second time in my mobile first activation and second activation.
              i had verify the identities like secret question and others.
              then, i purchase new mobile i install star tokan again verify is this ok
              but now i cant install devices and also not install in new devices
              but i verify the account verification and now i just ans and old id and pass i login but wrongly done
              please active the account and please give me the information like who used my account and i used in my system and 2mobile
              please active the account and find out whose use my account identity and login in new devices and please inform me
              please resolve the attachment problem

                      My name is Santosh Sudele and I had ordered of 4268 RS.Amount(vguard stabilizer) in Amazon on (24/12/2020) and after (4/01/2021) I returned this order as there was defect in product. And on (5/01/2020) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - # 74332741006100524977803

                      Also made pos online complaint on 18 Jan as per boi.

                      Want refund of 4268 rs

                      Solve it at earliest.

                        I have ordered on Amazon on 27th January 2021 by my debit card
                        Order of rupees 2999
                        Rs. 265
                        Nd Rs. 158
                        But cancelled it in 29th January
                        Refund was initiated at 29th Jan 2021 by Amazon told by Amazon executive but I did not get my refund amount in my bank account.
                        How much more time will it take to reflect these amounts in my bank account

                            I am Jayashri Neminath Ekhande customer of Bank of India My refund of Amazon shopping app are not reflecting in my account of bank of india since from one month it has been one month left, i was submitted the application regarding this issue in the bank of india branch which is in Nilanagar Budhwar Peth Solapur to the bank manager.                                 I had made Jiomart appication online shopping using BOI debit card powered by master card on 30 DEC 2020. Particulars was mentioned MEDR PAYJIOMAR 672723 it was successful transaction. But somehow JioMart had canceled my ordered and initiated refund on 31 DEC 2020 with bank ref no[protected]. As per JioMart the refund was issued via PayU with PayU ID [protected] Bank ARN 75503721001044817960844 refund amount 1779.66 refund date 31 Dec 2020. As per PayU it should be credited in SB AC [protected], branch BANK OF INDIA KRISHNANAGAR.

                                AND ATTECHED THE COPY OF REFUND PROVIDE BY JIOMART TO ME WITH THIS MAIL SO PLEASE FIND TJE ATTACHMENT.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      KIndly note that we have 4 accounts at Bhakti Park Branch Wadala East, Mumbai 37.

                                      Kindly reverse the charges of Rs. 590/ dated 30.06.20 from my s/b a/c [protected].

                                      The reason being i had given cheque to Gpo Mumbai for amount of 1.50 lacs for my PPF and when the cheque arrived to bank, balance in ac was 144510/.

                                      Bank neither informed me by SMS or by Tel that they cannot clear cheque, due only 5000/- less in my ac and due covid, i cudnot transfer the less amount from my family's other 4 accounts with the branch viz. [protected], [protected], [protected].

                                      When my Sr Citizen father went to bank on 1st July, he was told by the Bhakti Park branch that the cheques are not dealt by the branch and HO is dealing with all cheques, so they donot know anything about this matter.

                                      View above due no fault of mine and being preferred customer with 4 accounts of Bank of India, I request for reversal of Rs. 590/- charges levied on me and my Sr Citizen father in this covid time.

                                      Request to reverse the amount from my account and inform.
