I got a payment from google AdSense on 21st May 2021 and was said to contact bank if I don't receive funds within 5 days. I contacted my branch (Bank of India, Koyla Nagar branch, Dhanbad) in this matter but till date no conclusion came to my problem.

Till date the funds has not been credited in my account. I have also tried contacting main branch of Ranchi (of where SWIFT code BKIDINBBRMB has been provided).

Kindly look through the matter urgently and settle the funds soon for which I will be very thankful to you.

This problem was raised previously also and because of this website, my problem was solved. I wish the same this time also.

        My name is Srijan Saxena, I ordered some articles in Amazon on 18 april and the price of articles is 977 pay via Bank of India debit card but after the i didn't find the product statisfying and return the product and Amazon refund my money and gave reference number but refund not come in my bank account . bank customer care also not help me, Refund Reference number is[protected].

          Sir/madam. BOI of malipada branch ( distt = khordha, odusha) has been deducted amount 330/- rs on 25/05/21. I have seen a SMS which is came from Bank. I have to know that what is meaning of BOIJJ and why is amount deducted from my A/C. Thanks and regards.

              I had orderd a product from amazon, product value:499, but because of some reason i had return it on 16 of may, and i had told that you will receive refund by 21 may, but still now i didn't get the refund, when i contact amazon they gave this refund reference no.[protected].and they said it is stuck in bank process but bnk is not responsing properly, please help me

                I am maintaining a saving account with Bank of India, Anant Nagar Branch, Nagpur vide account No.[protected].

                I have been provided the Internet Banking facility for the above account.

                Login Password and Transaction Password were sent to me vide two separate letters dated 08.04.2021. However, in the said letters, my surname has been mentioned incorrectly as ‘TRIVEDI’ instead of ‘TIWARI’.

                Recently I transferred funds to my share broker on 16.05.2021 for purchase of shares but in the NEFT receipt, my name is printed as ‘ABHIJEET JITENDRAKUMAR TRIVEDI’ instead of ABHIJEET JITENDRAKUMAR TIWARI’. The share broker informed me that the funds transferred cannot be invested in the name of ‘ABHIJEET JITENDRAKUMAR TIWARI’ due to variation in name.

                I submitted an application directly to the bank for correction in the internet banking details on 17.05.2021. However, the mistake in name has not been corrected till now. Today I transferred fund through NEFT and the NEFT receipt is showing the sender's name still incorrectly as 'ABHIJEET JITENDRAKUMAR TRIVEDI'.

                  I Pamjeet Kaur account holder of bank of india and my saving account number is [protected] with jalalabad branch. I widhdraw my payment with aeps mode from sbi bc point on dated 17.04.2021. My trans. Of 10000 is debit from my account and not credit to bc account and i have not receive the 10000 payment refund to my saving account. I have also given a written application to my home branch jalalabad distt fazilka. So please registered my complaint and help me and my 10000 amount is refund to my saving account [protected].

                          I booked a hotel using oyo app and I paid through bank of india debit card. The amount was 1623. I paid on 16th april 2021 and cancelled on 20 april 2021. According to oyo they have refunded the amount to my debit card on 20th april 2021 but till today I havent recieved it in my bank account. Bank of india people told me to wait for another one month for the resolution. What the hell is going on.

                          Please refund my money as soon as possible or else I will go to human rights department for an interest and humiliating me for around 1 month.
