My first trans. Of 10000 is debit from my account and credit to bc account. But same time i again withdraw 6800. The 6800 amount is debited from my account but 6800 is not credit to bc account and i have not receive the 6800 payment refund to my saving...

I have ordered 2 pc of women plazzo pants on 9 th of may 2021 by amazon, the price is 429×2= 858 & i also cancelled those order in same date, i talk to amazon customer care they initiate the refunds but still not received my bank & the refund reference id is 74056631130112927295770 & 74056631130112929912562...

There has been failed transaction but still amount of rs 814 has been debited...

I booked a hotel using oyo app and I paid through bank of india debit card. The amount was 1623. I paid on 16th april 2021 and cancelled on 20 april 2021. According to oyo they have refunded the amount to my debit card on 20th april 2021 but till today I havent recieved it in my bank account. Bank of india people told me to wait for another one month for the resolution. What the hell is going on.

. Till now bank has not reflected amount in my account....

An item was ordered by me from Amazon on 4th May 2021.

I am sbi account holder, this month April 2021 my account got deducted Rs- 1009 ("DEBIT- VT[protected] DT
02/04/2021-") . I have receive a message on 06/04/2021 "Dear Customer, Hold for INR 1, 009.00 created in your AC-[protected]". I am disappointed with this kind of behavior for debited. I am still confused about this deduction because I want to know the reason behind this deduction....

Boi would be responsible if any problem occurs to my existing account and if my funds gets misplaced.

Have a savings account in bank of india (chinsurah branch)acc no- [protected]...i was done a payment Rs. 49834 on Amazon on 14.04.21 by rupay debit card..but i cancelled order on the same day at evening and my refund amount Rs.49834 initiated on same day from Amazon on my bank account..On 18.04.21 i received a mail from Amazon that is my refund Rs.49834 was successfully initiated from Amazon and they also provide a refund reference code...
