My name is Harshal Gajare and I had ordered of 702 RS.Amount(sparx sandle) in Amazon on (29/01/2021) and after (02/02/2021) I returned this order was not as per expectation. And on (06/02/2021) Amazon initiated the amount to my debit card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - #[protected]

Bank of India Tukaithad manager says Reference number is of no use, money not received by the bank.
Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    28 January I ordered 3 product from Amazon each of RS 399. Out of 3 returned 2 product . which was amount of 798. Amazon said they initiated my refund on 5 th February .but the bank said it was not credited in my account the refund reference number is 30005110211021103611406 please solve my problem

      Hello there
      I am account holder in bank of india my account number is [protected]
      1/2/2021 the refund was initiated by amazone and has also given a reference number[protected]. But my account has not been refunded.
      For this i got contact in my branch but he did not give any information and he flatly refused. And both amazon and bank of india are denying their responsibility

          My name is viddya radhakrishna yadavi had ordered redmi note 9 pro max rs 1599 from amazon on 24/12/202pand after 30/12/2019 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 230/10/2019
          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

          And told me to fill charge dispute form and i file acharge against pos from my branch banktill now my money is not credit to my account. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

              Also made pos online complaint on 20 Jan as per boi.

              Want refund of 15899 rs

              Solve it at earliest.

                          Didn't get receipt and acknowledgement slip

                          I made an online payment for my ug 3rd semester admission in the college of jamshedpur co-operative college, the amount of 662 rupees has been deducted from my account as a admission charge but I didn't get any receipt and acknowledgement slip and again when I am going back by logging in into the online admission site it is showing to pay online again, but I already paid the required amount of admission. Please solve my problem fast....

                          I Order OnePlus BudsZ Steven Harrington Earphones of Amount 3699Rupees From Amazon On 27january 2021 But I Cancel The Order For Some Reason On 28Feb So Amazon Credited 1075 Rupees On My Amazon Pay Balance On 28January2021 But My Remaning Amount of 2624 I didn't Recieve So I Talk With Amazon Customer Care Service On 5Feb2021 And He Suggest Me That Refund Of Your Amount 2624rps Have Initated In My Bank Account On 5feb2021 N He Send Me On Email The Refund Reference Number #30005110271027192704843 they told reference number is created after sending a refund to your original bank account and bank only send this reference number so ask your bank about the refund But Bank Does Not Have Such Facility Of Charge Dispute so if there is a problem then solve this problem and send My money as early as possible It's My Humble Request

                            I know there was a Bandh called by Congress Party today for the first half of the day. I called the branch number [protected] at 2:11 PM and there was no response.
                            I had to walk in the mid afternoon because i had to perform some urgent work for my Mom Account.
                            I am not sure how the other banks such as Union Bank (Andhra Bank)in the same proximity was open.

                            Can you please clarify why this inconvenience was caused to the customer due to the Political Party calling for a Bandh.
                            Please let me know the reason and also the procedure to escalate this further.

                              My father wants to do rtgs today at budh vihar branch but the lady of bank denied to do rtgs and tell him for go sec 24 branch and his account is in budhvihar branch so why he would go to other branch as he is sr. Citizen and rtgs needs urgent so he was harassed by her also her way of talking was very rude.I want just tell your bank that budh vihar branch has very bad staff and need to improvement.Kindly reply me what you take action.

                                I was purchased one product from amazon of Rs.1659 and i made a payment with debit card and the because of some reason i was refused the delivery and applied for the refund on 29- January, 2021. but refund was not received till 5- feb, 2021. then i called to the customer care of amazon but they told me that we have already send your refund in your original payment account and my account from Bank of India bank and they send me reference number that is #30005110271027134865090 and they told reference number is created after sending a refund to your original bank account and bank only send this reference number so ask for your bank about the refund . so if there is a problem then solve this problem and send our money as early as possible.
