My name is viddya radhakrushna yadav and I had ordered of 15999RS.Amount(redmi note 9 pro max) in Amazon on (24/1/2021) and after (1/02/2021) I returned this order as there was defect in product. And on (1/02/2021) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - # 30005410331009144874561

Also made pos online complaint on 20 fab as per boi.

Amazon initiated the refund on Feb 5 and it was expected to come on Feb 10.amazon gave me reference I'd 30005110361036234314785 but the bank of india has still not credited my money.this is urgent please help me as soon as possible

Greetings for the day !!!

Unable to understand, how to share my views in recent times, whenever visit to my home branch B E College - Shibpur ( branch code 4185 ) !!!

Poor ! pathetic ! embarrasing ! disgusting service by your branch front desk officer along with the concerned branch manager ...don't know how to speak with the customers ! how to behave rather !!
Probably forgotten that due to this type of callous attitude, future of many nationalized banks are at stake, many banks have lost their self identity !!!

Now coming to the main point ...

I had issued multiple cheques starting from #71135, #71136, # 71130, # 71138, # 71139, #71131 ...
Surprisingly, cheque no. 71131 got returned due to Drawer's signature differs whereas the rest of the instruments were honoured !!! moreover, 354/- charges has also been levied against the same, though the same signature was there in all these instruments ...

When I enquired of it to the branch, your front desk officer rudely told me that it is the mistake of the passing officer and he has nothing to do ..didn't co-operate with me and most ridiculously the branch manager is also the same category !!!

May I know whether the management is eager to run the branch in a proper way replacing these callous people or whatever the customer service is there, okay with !!!

The attitude problem of these staffs is so rude that they didn't update my passbook despite taking it 10 minutes prior the discussion for updation --- the logic is same " Printer is not working properly " ...

Now, it is up to your consideration, whatever you decide ..please let me know so that I can think for the next course of action ..

My name is Harshal Gajare and I had ordered of 702 RS.Amount(sparx sandle) in Amazon on (29/01/2021) and after (02/02/2021) I returned this order was not as per expectation. And on (06/02/2021) Amazon initiated the amount to my debit card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number - #[protected]

Bank of India Tukaithad manager says Reference number is of no use, money not received by the bank.

28 January I ordered 3 product from Amazon each of RS 399. Out of 3 returned 2 product . which was amount of 798. Amazon refunded the amount on 9th feb but still i didn't get my amount in the account, the refund reference number is given to me by amazon which is 30005110391039144620758.

I have a loan of IDFC First Bank and this month my EMI bounced due to insufficient balance. But bank deducted the RTN charges again to again from my account.

I made an online payment for my ug 3rd semester admission in the college of jamshedpur co-operative college, the amount of 662 rupees has been deducted from my account as a admission charge but I didn't get any receipt and acknowledgement slip and again when I am going back by logging in into the online admission site it is showing to pay online again, but I already paid the required amount of admission. Please solve my problem fast....

I know there was a Bandh called by Congress Party today for the first half of the day. I called the branch number [protected] at 2:11 PM and there was no response.
I had to walk in the mid afternoon because i had to perform some urgent work for my Mom Account.
I am not sure how the other banks such as Union Bank (Andhra Bank)in the same proximity was open.

Can you please clarify why this inconvenience was caused to the customer due to the Political Party calling for a Bandh.
Please let me know the reason and also the procedure to escalate this further.
