Dear Bank Of India Team,
With due respect I would like to state or lodge a complain to you for one of your employee who did an extended misbehaviour to me as a customer and with one of my family member were present with me today on 18th July Saturday. This happened in Kolkata Rajarhat Bank Of India Branch ( IFSC- BKID0004382 ).

Today I wanted to withdraw Rs.10000/- from my account but a lady cashier (Only one cashier were present there who is a bit aged lady name is not known to me) present on the desk said that the Photo is mismatched with the account, However one kid can understand that the photo sticked in the passbook and me are the same entity and although I was in urgent need of money but she rejected & asked me to submit Aadhar card, Pan Card, Voter Card and Photo once again with KYC form.Let me tell you sir already my Aadhar card is attached with my bank account which I even did just a week ago from them only.

When my family member asked on behalf of me that where the photo is getting mismatched when the person and photo are the same, then she said in a harsh way that "I am not bound to say how I find the mismatched and how do I check ". Is this the way a banking person speaks like.

My family member just asked me that if this is the difficulty then we may not continue the account then lady cashier entered into our discussion and said ok! take a closing form and submit I would close your account immediately as like she would take decision on behalf of the customer and we are burden to them, It's like she would like to salary not serving people means less customer less work.

She was also asking me to not to be loud as like it is not my money and I can't say anything. I as a customer if facing the problem I must speak and protest against the worng. it is my right one can't not stop me to protest.

Let me state here that even called my family member "changes" this is a term in Bengali which means loafer.
Have I opened account to be accused like this ?

my question is to you sir if I deposit money today would you not you accept ?
then why so much difficulty in withdrawal ? and even let that withdrawal not happened but what is the behaviour that as that lady cashier did to me and my family member ?
No basic value and ethicates are shown.
Please take the step immediately otherwise I will have to visit right authority and I would do so by my promise and if I do not see any steps I would take this to all my social sites, Consumer forum and to the banking ombudsmen. I want a sorry from her.

    I have my account in their bank. On 13th of july i made one imps transaction, and reciever did not recieve the amount. I too did not get my money back in my account. I dropped a mail on boi. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in, but did not recieve any response. One number for imps was given to me, but nobody picks call over there.

      Hi,

      I've applied for moratorium for the months of july and aug. But amount was debited inspite of insufficient balance and my account is defaulted due to this with zero balance. This is going to affect my credit score too. Why did this happen. I've received moratorium confirmation for my loan reschedule too. Very disappointing.

      Refund of the amount and removal of default in account would be very helpful for future tenures.

          My online transaction on Shein had failed on 30th June and i raised a complaint as it was a POS failure the customer care said.
          I have the ref. no. but i haven't received any updates from the bank's end yet.
          Earlier i was told by customer care that the amount will be credited within 7 days of raising complaint and it is already over 7 days.
          Help me out immediately please.

                  When i am contact to jio mart they mail me hi vinay, since there was an authorization failure while checking out the payment gateway, there are chances we did not receive the payment. We request you to get in touch with your bank. Regards, team jiomart

                                I have placed an order of b natural mixed fruit juice 1l (Pack of 2) quantity of 6 on 01.06.2020, amount of rs.1008/- with amazon.in
                                Due to some reason i have cancelled the order on the same day ie on 01.06.2020. I have received a confirmation mail of cancellation order no.[protected]).
                                There after on 06.06.2020, i have received a mail from amazon.in with the refund reference no.#169809, confirming that the refund of rs.1008/- has been successfully processed on 01.06.2020 and the amount should reflect in the account now.
                                I regret to say that, so far the amount of rs 1008/- is not credited in my account.
                                Please do the needful as early as possible.

                                  I attempted to withdraw rs 4500 from the atm using my boi debit card on 28th may, but the money got deducted from my savings account and the atm machine didn't dispense any money. I have lodged a written complaint with bank of india on 28th may and it is now two weeks (14 days) since then and the lost money has not been refunded to me. I have contacted the bank and they also sent an email to ho. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in, but no action taken by the atm cell. I daily make calls to the boi helpline number, but of no use.
                                  The reference number which the bank provided to me is 280520data67126. Kindly take suitable action as it is high time and my hard earned money has been lost due to the bank's fault.

                                  What is the current status Sir? Today morning I checked up my complaint and found that someone by the name of Rahul Sharma claiming to be from Bank of India asked my registered mobile number. Unsuspecting, I provided my registered mobile number. Please check who is he and whether my number has gone into the wrong hands. I have not got any refund till now and the loss is uncompensated.
                                  My money has not been refunded even now. No action taken by the concerned. Very much disappointed.
                                  Rahul Sharma called me from the number [protected] and asked for my registered mobile number. I gave him my number and he sent me a typical UPI id using the number [protected]. He then asked me to message the ID on [protected]. This linked my bank acct with an Andhra bank acct as per what he told me. Kindly verify whether it is genuine or fraud.
                                  People can post their grievances on this forum. But even here, fraudsters are lurking around to trap unaware people and deprive them of their money. Very bad and pathetic.
