Dear Bank Of India Team,
With due respect I would like to state or lodge a complain to you for one of your employee who did an extended misbehaviour to me as a customer and with one of my family member were present with me today on 18th July Saturday. This happened in Kolkata Rajarhat Bank Of India Branch ( IFSC- BKID0004382 ).
Today I wanted to withdraw Rs.10000/- from my account but a lady cashier (Only one cashier were present there who is a bit aged lady name is not known to me) present on the desk said that the Photo is mismatched with the account, However one kid can understand that the photo sticked in the passbook and me are the same entity and although I was in urgent need of money but she rejected & asked me to submit Aadhar card, Pan Card, Voter Card and Photo once again with KYC form.Let me tell you sir already my Aadhar card is attached with my bank account which I even did just a week ago from them only.
When my family member asked on behalf of me that where the photo is getting mismatched when the person and photo are the same, then she said in a harsh way that "I am not bound to say how I find the mismatched and how do I check ". Is this the way a banking person speaks like.
My family member just asked me that if this is the difficulty then we may not continue the account then lady cashier entered into our discussion and said ok! take a closing form and submit I would close your account immediately as like she would take decision on behalf of the customer and we are burden to them, It's like she would like to salary not serving people means less customer less work.
She was also asking me to not to be loud as like it is not my money and I can't say anything. I as a customer if facing the problem I must speak and protest against the worng. it is my right one can't not stop me to protest.
Let me state here that even called my family member "changes" this is a term in Bengali which means loafer.
Have I opened account to be accused like this ?
my question is to you sir if I deposit money today would you not you accept ?
then why so much difficulty in withdrawal ? and even let that withdrawal not happened but what is the behaviour that as that lady cashier did to me and my family member ?
No basic value and ethicates are shown.
Please take the step immediately otherwise I will have to visit right authority and I would do so by my promise and if I do not see any steps I would take this to all my social sites, Consumer forum and to the banking ombudsmen. I want a sorry from her.
