Please let me know why amount got debited after credited in account...

I paid sandeep parande rs.2000 on 2nd may 2020 by using phonepe. Transaction showing successful but parande has not received payment. Details of transaction is as follows,

Amazon has given me bank reference no. which meansthats a proof it is the central bank of india fault from there side..whenever amazon refunds my money they always delay my amount..its such an harrasment..complaining again n again with no help...

I have placed an order of b natural mixed fruit juice 1l (Pack of 2) quantity of 6 on 01.06.2020, amount of rs.1008/- with amazon.in
Due to some reason i have cancelled the order on the same day ie on 01.06.2020. I have received a confirmation mail of cancellation order no.[protected]).
There after on 06.06.2020, i have received a mail from amazon.in with the refund reference no.#169809, confirming that the refund...

I attempted to withdraw rs 4500 from the atm using my boi debit card on 28th may, but the money got deducted from my savings account and the atm machine didn't dispense any money. I have lodged a written complaint with bank of india on 28th may and it is now two weeks (14 days) since then and the lost money has not been refunded to me. I have contacted the bank and they also sent an email to ho. [protected]@bankofindia.co.in, but no action taken...

Paytm se recharge nahi hua but a/c bilance cut gaye...

I am trying to create upi id in bhim boi upi app, it will say always bank server not respond. My number register with account but i am unable to create upi.
This is very redeculas. Plz try to solve this problem...

I tried paid my NLCIL recruitment fees 354 inr by Bank of india ATM card on 09 may 2020 4:02pm. But my money is deducted and transaction was failed. NLCIL said my last transaction has failed . I have offered sbi credit card by one of the agent/representative saying that there will be no charges levied for credit card annual fees.

Suddenly i received sms from bank for bill payment of around rs. 700. Even though i have not received any pin from bank and not used the card not even single time.
