Sir,
I have purchased a mobile phone from amazon on 11/02/2020 and then some personal problems I cancelled the order on 12/02 then amazon has initiated my refund of Rs 10498 on same date and they gave me a reference no. 75503720044037896480818 but refunded amount is still not reflecting in my account

Sir I am a student I haven't much money Rs10498 is too much me I am facing too much stress regarding this stuck so please solve this issue and help to make me a stress free person

    Hi,

    I do not hold any boi atm card since past 2 years and i also submitted an application in written stating the same to the bank concerned official in the year 2018.

    Then, how and why are you deducting amount from my account for atm card maint charge. When i do not hold any card, how is this possible and how do you justify your action or are you just taking the customers including me for granted and as # and deducting the amount as per your wish.

    Credit back the amount of 177 inr into my account in next 24-48 hours and revert with confirmation.

      नवम्बर में मेरा ac मुझे बिना बताए सीज कर दिया गया था। जिस कारण ac में बैलेंस होने के बाद भी बजाज अलाइज़ की क़िस्त काटी नहीं जा सकी ओर मुझे पेनल्टी शुल्क लगा।
      बैंक में पता करने पर मुझेसे एप्लिकेशन ले ली गई। पर आज दिनांक तक भी उस पर कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई। 20 फरवरी को दुबारा बैंक जाने पर mr कुलदीप सिंह पंवार द्वारा बदतमीजी की गई। दुबारा एप्लिकेशन भी नही ली गई और बदतमीजी के साथ बोला गया हमको नही पता जोनल ऑफिस जाओ। जबकि पिछली बार भी मैने गाइडेंस मंगा था इसका क्या करना है ac कैसे ओपन होगा । परहर बार वो बदतिमीजी करते हैं। फिर मुझे मजबूरी वश जोनल ऑफिस जाने पड़ा । अपने सारे काम छोड़कर क्योकि मुझ ac सीज होने के कारण बहोत दिक्कत हो रही है।
      उस ब्रांच में प्यून स्टाफ भी बहोत बदतमीजी करते हैं अगर समय से पहले बैंक चले गए तो टाइम दिखा के बोलते हैं समय से ही बैंक खुलेगा ओर अपने परिचितों को अंदर ले लेके लोक कर लेते हैं। ब्रांच मैनेजर अधिकतर फील्ड में ही रहते हैं और बाकी स्टाफ अपनी मर्जी करता है। किसी तरह की समस्या होने पर कोई गाइडेंस नही किया जाता।

        Hello sir i have not got my refund in my accout althought it was processed on 7th feb from the merchant amazon. i got this email from amazon :- "This is to confirm that refund for amount 2158.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

        Please contact your bank’s customer care center and quote these numbers to know further about the status of the transaction in case you still haven’t received the credit within 4 business days. Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this update"

          Hi sir/madam please link my aadhar card with my bank account. The issue is when i request in bank about adhaar card link with my bank account then they said that my aadhar card is already linked with bank account but when i go on uidai and mahadbt portal then they show my aadhar card is not linked with my bank account. Kindly check issue with adhaar no.[protected] and bank account no. [protected]. Due to this issue i am not able to get scholarship from 3 years.

            We complaint to Branch on 18/11/2019 but did not get any reply.
            We complaint to Zonal Office on 02/12/2019 but did not get any reply.
            we online Grievance No is:1-[protected] on 20/12/2019 but status close without solve our complaint.
            We forward our complaint to National Banking Group (Central ) - Bank of India on 30/12/2019.

            and we paid loan and no outstanding but we are not getting our documents
            we raised new complaint today at bank # 1-[protected]

                Yesterday, dated 11 feb time 6.06 pm rs. 19, 400 transfer by mistake in wrong account and after that receiver said i received and send back to you money within 2 hr but unfortunately she putted my no.in black list and not responding.. Please help me in this matter. Money was transferred by google pay app.

                I have all proofs of transfer like, recording and transaction receipt etc.

                    On 5 feb 2020 i was fulfilling my form regarding lucknow university and at the time of payment my network will slow down and it will take time but after that my balance of rs2000 has been deducted but not shown in my form of lucknow university.                           Sub: request for payment of credit card dues.

                          I am holding your credit card no: [protected] which will expired on 05/2024. I have availed auto debit facility from my sb a/c no: [protected] boi ayyanthole branch towards the payment of my credit card due. My credit card dues is rs.99, 541/- and payment due date was 06/01/2020. I have sufficient amount in my account which neither debited nor i can withdraw the same. On enquiry i came to know that bank has noted lien on the amount in my account. I contacted the branch several times but the office informed me that they are already intimated to the head office but there was no replay from the head office. Because of the issue i cannot use my credit card and which will reduce my sibil score also. Kindly do the needful.

                          On 18/12/2019 fraudulent bank transactions were takes place in my account and 38000 rs were transferred to other account by an unknown person.
                          I immediately informed about this to bank of India and police station as well.

                              I have been receiving sms from boi on transactions from few account numbers which does not belong to me. This is a gross misconduct on part of bank of india, a screen shot of smss received by me is attached herewith.
                              I shall in no way held accountable for any wrong doings because of goof-up like this.
                              The boi is fully accountable for any forgery whatsoever associated because of misconduct as stated above.

                              My self narayan ch pan vill - kola, po - gram kulti, dist - purba bardhman,. I am seventy years old in my village only bank available bank of india. I am having account with this bank since 50 years.

                              I am an farmer i am having some cultivated land in village, in the year of 2005 i am given land documents (2 and half acar) to the bank and taken loan rs 50000/- thousand[protected]. Loan account no-cc/310 and repay the loan.

                              Also take another loan rs 500000/- in the year of 2011 with land documents (Four and half acar) also repay the loan, loan account no-[protected].

                              Now the matter is that in my previous loan has been closed but bank was not return the land documents which is (2 and half acar).

                              Request to senior management that i am 70 years old. I have lost my tow pair of shoes. I have totally lost my faith against 50 years banking with bank of india. Kindly respect my age now i am going to became an super senior citizen.

                              Now in my family some part-ion going with brothers so the the documents urgently required. I am visited the branch last 2 years but branch manager was not taking the matter seriously.

                              If i am not having any solution i am ready to court or others senior management of bank of india.

                                  On approaching the senior manager (Pankaj kumar sinha), bank of india, sangli branch, kolhapur for sanctioning overdraft limit, he asks for 2% of temporary od limit as bribe and on giving the bribe through his middleman od limit for any amount say rs.50 lacs, 1 crore, etc. Is sanctioned and if no bribe is proposed, the borrower is told that your proposal for od limit will be sent to regional office for approval and might take 60-80 working days. This branch manager's total attention is for minting money through bribe and he is not concerned about proper functioning of the branch and those employees who are not happy with his functioning. Such type of two complaints is already present at the branch. Please investigate and take some serious action.
