Dear boi,
BOI - Rs 23.60 Debited(TRF) CWDR/028296/1248EP38/RESP_238 in your Ac XX5004 on[protected].
As per RBI circular dated 14 august 2019, it is to clarify that transactions which fail on account of technical reasons shall not be counted as valid atm transactions for the customer. Consequently, no charges therefore shall be levied. But you people have levied the charges for financial transaction, even though the transaction has been failed.
Request you to look into the above issue at the earliest and revert me back my charges and ensure that no such things happens to me or to others in future.

    I recieved a mail early in the morning by HO.[protected]@bankofindia.co.in in which I had to select "View entire message" option to view what's in it. As I opened it I saw the mail which said that they have credited 1116.16 to my bank account (kindly check the attached photo to read the whole mail.)
    Kindly let me know if my bank account is safe and not hacked or something or this could be a phising mail.

Please note that it should be verified by bank as soon as possible and kindly refund the payment to my account.

            Fraud transaction has taken place through phonepe in my mobile on[protected] and I have given cyberpolice complaint and called BOI customer care also.

            I have given an email to bank of india also...

            Nobody has taken proper action..

            Please help me

              After the gst challan is generated in the payment is routed through net banking it goes to retails banking which is blank and generates a message 1 value received null in json string.
              I uses star token ng for netbanking

                Iam getting message on my mobile no. 98*407 reg some account no. Of boi xx7443. The problem is i do not have any account with boi. So please stop sending message about the said account to my mobile no.

                    Recently I make an order on the flipkart and I cancelled with through the Debit card as amount of 774. I contacted the seller they said that " the money was already refunded and the refund date was 1 sep 2020, but I didn't get any refund amount till now.

                      On 23th august, i had applied for the group c:mathematics stream. I have filled the cap form and submitted it. When i proceeded to pay amount of ₹1550 from my father's debit card.
                      I had received otp and i properly pay the payment but then suddenly on the screen shows session expired. Then my bank balance deducted and i found in my cap form that payment is not done. But i have paid the amount and there is no response showing that payment is not done. Later i checked my bank balance from nearby atm but the amount which i had paid didn't get revert back (Kindly see in the images& pdf). And i did not get any sms from this.

                      Then i contact to the president of davv - sir. Himanshu pandit and told about my problem but my problem is not resolved and i did not get any money revert back as in the pdf shown below.

                      It's been 7days to go, but i didn't get my payment back and no response. Kindly please solve my problem and resolve it. So i could properly completed my application form.

                        मेरा करंट अकाउंट इन सेविंग अकाउंट आपके बैंक में है और यह मेरे अकाउंट आज से नहीं करीब 30 साल पुराने हैं आज मैं बैंक गया था stop payment kahani वहां रजिस्टर पड़ा था जैसा कि आज तक करते हैं कि चेक बुक कर डिस्टर्ब पर हम देखते हैं कि चेक बुक आई है कि नहीं मैंने वह रजिस्टर देखा तो मैडम ने बोला कि आपको अकल नहीं है क्या अब कहीं पर भी जाते हैं ऐसी हरकत करते हैं क्या तो मैंने बोला मैडम आप तमीज से बोलिए मैं तो चेक बुक रजिस्टर चेक किया कि मेरी चेक बुक आई है कि नहीं जिस पर मैडम ने हमें बहुत अपशब्द बोला कृपा करके कुछ मैडम के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करें

                          My name is Soumyakanta Rout and I had ordered Cloth of RS.Amount993 in Amazon on 17th August 2020 and I cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 22 August 2020
                          Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number 30005402360230208076403
                          and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So
                          please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                    Amount deduction from my account

                                    I was at home, suddenly I got message of transaction that “insufficient amount” at fist and in a min I got another message that my amount has been debited on[protected]. I opened my account[protected] and the was happend at[protected], I registered my complaint at BOI NEXT DAY i.e on[protected]. The BOI bank only send some letter and send me to register FIR but in police station they said it’s BOI’s lookout! Still no response till...

                                    I ordered a product on amazon on 9th august and paid using my bank of india debit card. I cancelled the order on 10 august and amazon stated the money will be refunded to my bank account in 2-5 days. But even after waiting for the allotted time when the amount was not refunded to my account i contacted amazon and they said that the refund was already initiated from their end. But was not added to my bank account therefore the bank must be the reason.

                                      I wanted to withdraw rs 11000/- from bank of india atm with id number arh8001, on 12th august, 2020 at about 10 a. M. When the machine just started counting notes power supply from the ups to the machine stopped. The card got loose and cash did not come out. The requested amount was debited from my bank of india sb a/c [protected]. The amount has not been credited yet.
                                      Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Please look into and solve the problem as I badly need the money for maintenance of my joint family with aged parents.
