They had returned the cost to me on 29.06.2018. According to version of amazon the said amount should be credited to my subject a/c but it has not been credited to my a/c.

I have made a purchase on Amazon.in by debit card on 5th July 2018 and for some reason I have to cancel the order and they initiate a full refund of the amount rs 999 on 12 july 2018. A refund of 501 rupees was successfully processed on 26th June 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my bank of india account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.
