regarding payment refund

I applied a online passport application on dated[protected] and its fee was paid by boi net banking id stubp 65632445 the amount of rs 1500 was deducted from my account [protected] mithapur branch jalandhar but it was not credited to sbi account of ministry of external affairs account and status of payment was showed failed. So i paid fee again by id stubp 65650801 which was accepted sbi
Till now, i have sent two mails to boi....

I have summited kyc form alongwith address change aplication, adharcard for address proof dated on 06/07/2018 in bank of india,
Khopoli, dist. Raigad, maharashtra branch.

I have given many reminders calls in branch.
Inspite of taking all efforts they have not changed the address.
As i have to request for chequebook so it is neccesary to change the exist address.
Kindly advise what should i do so that branch staff can pity me and make changes in address.

    I opened Sukanya sammridhi Yojana account on dated 23 July 2018 .they told me printer is not working come another day I visited there after 4 days ie on dated 27 July 2018 but again they told printer is not working come another day they also told passbook will be ready when customer will present

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am an account holder bearing account no:[protected]. I have paid Utility Bill Rs.1528/- on Dated: 31/05/2018 through my debit card. The said amount debited from my account. After 15 days when I get my next utility Bill came to know that the amount didn't paid. I have visited to the Electricity office the stated me didn't received my payment and suggested me to rush to bank. I have visited the bank. The banker told me the amount will be auto credited to my account. After waiting of 15 days when I went to bank the another banker told me I have to submit a refund request form. I have done the same. (Ref no: 300618DATA6581). And get a promise I will get my money within 15 days. I have lodged the said complain on 30.06.2018, till I didn't received my money.

                Please do the needful ASAP.

                    Hello sir, i am 78yrs old and disabled, i have went to bank for several times my atm card no ([protected]) was expired in may 2018. My account no ([protected]) in bank of india shahjahanpur (U. P). I was told it will regenerated in 15 days but after 2 months it is still not regenerated. I was not given any satisfactory answer by staff by telling me to contact customer care. Plz help me with this issue.

                      Pl ref to DFM SCRLy. Nanded L. No. APN/NED/0337 of 15.05.2018. As per revised PPO in my favor already issued by [censored]AO Secunderabad on 07.05.1912, @ Rs. 6010/- from 01.06.2010, as per 7th CPC fixation the same has been revised from the moth of June 2018. However, the arrears of the above still to be received by me, the same not done so far.

                        I am m. Vikraman nair. A transaction effected by me through pg instamajo.com on 14 had failed. The service provider informed that is the failure due to banks server failure. On making a formal complaint, the bank put the blame on service provider by informing me that the amount had been transferred to the service providers account, and it is the responsibility of the service provider to provide the service. After a number of emails, the instamajo.com informed that a refund for the failed transaction had been initiated at the pg end on 18th july and the reference no for the refund was given as[protected]. But the refund is yet to be credited to my account till this time of making this complaint.

                          I bought a product from amazon at the cost of rs 2999.00 on 4.06.2018. Through debit card of bank of india, puri. I returned that product to amazon on 20.06.2018 due to defective. They had returned the cost to me on 29.06.2018. According to version of amazon the said amount should be credited to my subject a/c but it has not been credited to my a/c.
                          Therefore i request you to be good and kind enough to please enquire about the issue and credit the amount to my a/c.

                            Sir/Mam,
                            I Anubhav Gupta want to say that I had ordered two product from Amazon.in, but due to some reason I have returned the product to Amazon but as it was an online payment I had already paid for it using my mastercard and as I have successfully returned the product they had already initiated refund of rs.409 and rs.3030 for both the product on 6th july and 7th july respectively and said that my refund amount will be deposited to bank account on or before 12/07/2018 but it has not been deposited yet and when i informed amazon regarding this they told me to call my bank customer care and asked them to case " charge file dispute " to process my transaction using refund reference number i.e., 566259 (provided by amazon). But it is very harsh to inform you that i have got no response from my bank regarding my issues they are simply ignoring it.
                            So, i kindly request you to please help me in resolving my issue asap.

                              Kindly connect my PPO No. WCR/2/605/2012/0863 of 15.05.2013, issued by the FA & CAO Jabalpur West Central Railway.My basic Pension is fixed to Rs.5825/- and commutation Amount is Rs.2330/-. Pension starts from 14th December 2012. On 31.01.2014, while passing arrears of Pension for the period from 14th of December 2012 to 30th of September 2013, Rs. 60, 271/- only paid to me. However, Actually I was eligible to get Rs. 78, 631/-. Rs. 18360/- less amount paid.
                              In this connection I lodged my appeal to the Manager of the branch at Mundi Distt. Khandwa (MP) on 29.06.2018, since then, no action is heard from their side and no commutation has been done so far.

                              Further, It is added that, in my appeal to Branch Manager on 29.06.2018, I prepared the Drawn and Dues particulars of my actual Pension to enable to be verified the same by your honor.
                              So, therefore requested to have a look in to the matter to accord your sanction to pass and pay my arrears of Pension as mentioned above please.
                              An earliest action in this regards is highly solicited, thanking you in an anticipation.
