I jitendra das, I booked two IRCTC tickets date on 22/6/18, from my account no [protected], bank of India, kalyani branch, I cancelled tickets on 25/6/18, yet money is not reflected in my account, I contacted IRCTC they said that money was refunded on 26/6/18, contact banker, the mail send by IRCTC given full details see in photo attached below.please help to refund amount.

I booked tickets from my account no [protected], bank of India, kalyani branch, I cancelled tickets on 25/6/18, I contacted IRCTC they said amount is refunded on 26/6/18, and contact banker for refunded amount, yet money is not reflected in my account, I send pictures of photo send by mail by IRCTC, please help to refund amount.

    I have tried to pay electricity bill from mobikwik app, my transaction failed but the money got deducted from bank but haven't received the refund till date. Its almost 25 days now.

    Transaction used for purpose - cesc electricity bill payment.

    I am attaching my passbook record for the reference of the amount that got mistakely deducted from my account on 30th aug, 2018 and also attaching the text i got from 'mobikwik' app fr the transaction related.

    I have made a transaction of Rs 2111 on 13th Aug, 2018. Money was deducted from my account but wasnt received on the other end. I even filled reversal form for refund at my home branch but it has been more than 10days still i havnt received my money. Complaint Reference no is 280818

      12 august 2018 incident happens.

      On the date of 12 august 2018 i checked my account balance morning, it was showing the correct balance in my account, but when i checked my account in evening on the same day the amount was deducted (5320) without any transaction.
      Its a request you to take some active actions on that and return the amount which is deducted (I. E 5320)

        I ordered a shoes on flipkart and cancelled it but i didn't get my refund... Flipkart said that they sent my refund but the bank is not processing it... Generally it takes 5 to 7 days to process my refund but still i didn't get my refund.

        Pls do as soon as possible
        I can't go to home branch bcos i am in mumbai so pls help me...

          My complaint is regarding bank of india, they are harassing now a days deducting a lot of amount for anything they want without prior noticing the customer and without even telling them, my word are "tumhare baap ka paisa nhi h bc".

          This number is linked with account, so, fetch account number and revert back.
          For the deduction faced in february (120 ruppees), august (120 ruppees), september (17.80 ruppees).

          Return complete amount, i will not left even a single penny for you crooks.

          Person from bank has called me, but he is so rude that even on telling him account balance he want me to tell him card number. i denied because there is no linkage of card number with this matter. I told him my contact number and thats enough for checking my account details if he is from bank.

          He should focus on deduction and informing me about why deduction is being happened and how it is returned. but he might have interest in wasting my time.

          Low graded Support, not even one star for the pity and rude response.

            I have tried to pay my electricity bill through 'mobikwik app' on 20th aug, the transaction failed but the money got deducted from my bank account. The customer care of mobikwik app said they have already initiated the return on 21st aug itself. Approx 21 days passed but i haven't received the refund amount yet in my boi bank account. The bank people even refused to help.

            Actualy on dated 03.09.2018 i had trasfer money trough Bhim App to SBI Rs 3000 /-, My trasaction was failed, but Balance Deducted from My Saving account [protected], Transaction ID[protected], please refund the same amount
            I dont have any a/c in your bank, but still i get nassges of a/c no xx0305, kindely take action

I applied for atm card for many time but didn't get it. Las time on 29/08/18, i applied again and the staff members told me that you get your card with in 10 days. But yesterday 7/09/18 the staff members refuses to give me the card and when i asked why you are not giving me, the branch manager absued me and said to closed my account. Dear sir all of my family members had account in your bank. We are your old coustomers. So kindly notice my point and take some action against such type of behaviour and carelessness.

                    We wish to inform you to say that the v-set tower which is fitted on upper ward of roof on my building (Bank of india) bhangwa ki chungi infront of tvs agency pratapgarh. U. P. On the date of 15/05/2018. Because of connectivity problem are facing at time, and there will be no lease deed of this site.
                    At starting time we have told to branch manager of this site rent amount 3100/ month's and rent agreement also for valid time and increasement of rent in a given period of time.
                    Firstly, we said to branch manager for lease agreement.
                    So, from many days we have not gotten the rent and lease agreement also.
                    Kindly, requesting to the zonal officer to helpus to slove this problem as soon as possible.

                    And

                    Dear sir,
                    I wish to inform you to say that my rent amount of future generali comp. Ltd. Cheq no. 172735, amount 10290/, date on 19/12/2017, and a/c payee also. A/c no. [protected].
                    The cheque amount plus fill-up form attached and to dropped in cheque box.
                    After, 2 or 3 month's we checked the passbook of my account, the amount of this cheque number is not shown in my passbook. And at that time i have told to manager this problem he said let me check. When he checked he said that the amount of rupee 10290/ is presented in another account number (Hemant mishra s/o harish chandra mishra)
                    And after 2 week again i have told to manager sir my problem pls solve it
                    He said wait kar lo. Recover karege.
                    But no response come after 2 month's also, now i have told to sir pls, give me the zonal contact number. No contact number given me.
                    After few day's again same condition but some amount of rupees is transferred to my account 8290 rupees only and remaining amount is pending today also.
                    And i'm also the landlord of my building after all this, also we are facing this kind problem very bad.
                    So. Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

                        The services in the mulund east branch of bank of india is the worst. Customers mostly senior citizens with their pension accounts suffer the most. Staff is very very impolite and rude. Branch manager never comes out of his cabin to attend to customer's grievences. Most of the time the system or server is not working. People have to wait hours but there is no polite information from the staff. Would never recommend anyone to open an account here.

                            I have a education loan from bank of india, sectariate branch, patna with following details:

                            I am unable to transfer emi to my loan account directly. Everytime i tried to transfer the message appears"unable to process the request". So i have to transfer emi in the savings account from where the bank used to transfer the money to my loan account. But the bank doesn't transfer the money from the savings account to loan account regularly. Everytime i have to call and ask them to do so. Sometimes they do it, mostly they ignore causing a great deal of inconvenience to me...
                            I want to transfer emi to my loan account directly. Kindly sort out my problem.

                              It is likly to be true...Unprofessinal ..Untrainted..Lake of custumoer stisfaction service...Caress service provided by us ...as i am also a hnlucky customer of boi...for verification [protected] was my aircel mob no..and it is continuous ataching with my acount..Without any service provider of aircel sms charge has deducted...Even i have tried barama brach to change my mob no..With my proper document..boi very poor performance...
                              Rs 590 has been debited from SB account, Bank of India, Bhadreswar branch for cheque return on 24.08.18
                              But reason of return/dishonor is not yet known even after query.

                                  ATM कार्ड मेरा पुराना ATM कार्ड की अवधि समाप्त होने के कारण मैंने बैंक से नया ATM कार्ड लिया था aytmपहली बार बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के एटीएम में उपयोग किया था उससे मैंने कैसे निकाले मेरा ATM चालू है लेकिन ऑनलाइन एप्लीकेशन जैसे फोन पर तेज Paytm जैसे अन्य एप्लीकेशन पर मेरा ATM रजिस्टर नहीं हो रहा है उसमें बताया जाता है कि आप का ATM उपलब्ध नहीं है या चालू नहीं है तथा मेरा ATM ऑनलाइन रजिस्टर नहीं हो पा रहा है इसलिए मेरे ATM को ऑनलाइन कीजिए बैंक में जाने के बाद भी वहां कोई समाधान नहीं मिला और मैंने एप्लीकेशन को दूसरे एटीएम कार्ड से चालू किया तो हो रही है पर इस ATM से नहीं हो पा रही इस एटम की अवधि खत्म होने से पहले जो पहले ATM कार्ड था बैंक ऑफ इंडिया का वह रजिस्टर्ड था नया कार्ड नहीं हो रहा है धन्यवाद

                                    Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    From[protected] my newly issued Visa Classic Debit Card declined payments on Paypal, when everything seemed to be in order. Please check whether I can use this card in future.

                                      I have an bank account with mob no [protected]... Science for with a long tern over through your bank... Opening with the other branch of boi.. And now i have tranfer the acct to my home brach.. Bank id 5050... Due to change of my mob no... I have visited my home branch before three month... And applied for changing the mob no with proper document.. But it was still pending.. Even the atm vality is going to expire but yet to reach my loc... When i was gone to bank today bank maneger has answer me that your document is missing... You can apply twice... (Is it a careful service???) even at the meanwhile i visited other branch also with ataching the proper docu... To change my mob no... Because it was a usless mob no... By stopping the servive of aircel... But bank of india yet continu charge to me sending sms charge... (How can i belive boi for further)... Ending...??? For more contact me [protected]...

                                      How can i refund my sms charge that bank has chared me to a usles service provider mobile number..Even boi call me in the eving i have not updated my pan no with my account...How can it possile..In kyc proces i have already submited my pan detail and lan zerox copy..given to barama branch assam...?What a stupid service given to me?PLs help me to solve my problem...And pls send me the refund proces of sms charge...Which is ilegilly chared after aircel service provider has stoped their service...Because lots of people will come out with this problem...

                                      Full loan not dispersed against the mortgage produced, amount of 41lacks. And the amount has not been credited in my account by this bank of India manager. Kindly help me. Dr sanjay magavi.

                                        My name is neha gaikwad customer of bank of india, i purchased an item from amazon on 9th audust 2018 of rs.1064. Amount is debited from my account on 9th aug 2018. After receiving the item i returned it to amazon. Amazon initiated my amount on 14th august 2018 of rs.1064, but the amount is not credited in my account till now date. Please solve my problem.
