rude behavior

nre account - bad customer service

I opened a nre account with this bank few months back. Since then they did not provide welcome kit. I haven't received a debit card or login details. Its been a 3 months and i have no idea what is thee status of my account. When i mailed to branch. They did not reply back to me. Every time i call the manager, he says he will look into it. poor working of website in new user registration sanction

I have applied for online banking. I have got two passwords through pin mailer but i did not get the login id. transaction failed but money got debited

amount debited from the account but cash not delivered

I have used the atm for withdrawal of cash, on 18/6/18, my account was debited but no cash was, delivered. I m attaching the screen shot of the transaction. I contacted my account holding branch at seraikella jharkand. I was told that they would accept my complain only after 72 hours of the transaction, as amount might b deposited in the account. When the amount was not credited in my account, the bank of india seraikella branch accepted...

no full staff no service

This is no staff according to counter there is 7 counter but only 2 staff.
There is one single counter for receiving and depositing and that's why all time full
Rush with big line.

my refund process is not completed.

money deducted but the transaction failed

On 11/06/2018 i was making a fee payment on a railway recruitment board site, then it showed transaction failed but the money was deducted.
I tried to contact the board but they replied that the money would be refunded by the sbi. But the money is not refunded by the bank even after 10 days
The message stating the deduction (Screenshot uploaded alongside) doesnt even have any transaction no.
