I opened a nre account with this bank few months back. Since then they did not provide welcome kit. I haven't received a debit card or login details. Its been a 3 months and i have no idea what is thee status of my account. When i mailed to branch. They did not reply back to me. Every time i call the manager, he says he will look into it. I have received 3 satchets of boi through post containing user id, login password and transaction passsword. Then i installed star token ng app in my mobile and tried to login with used id, then it was showing invalid user id on my mobile screen i recently called customer care boi. MY SB A/c No is [protected] name ( Usha Singh) with fixed deposits of Rs 2500000 in the bank, but when I asked for a Home Loan from the bank Manager of your Bhaga branch he said to me that You are not eligible for loan and he also misbehaved with me knowing the fact that I am a senior sitizen Woman.

My father is a retired railway officer (Date of retriement 30-june-2004) and has a pension account with boi anna nagar branch, madurai, tamilnadu, india. Recently the 7th paycommission was announced and he also got a copy of ppo order to the effect of the revision w. E. F 01.01.2016. I have our company corporate account in bank of india from which i made a payment ot ptec on 06/06/2018 but the transaction failed but still money got deducted from my account. I have used the atm for withdrawal of cash, on 18/6/18, my account was debited but no cash was, delivered. I m attaching the screen shot of the transaction. I contacted my account holding branch at seraikella jharkand. I was told that they would accept my complain only after 72 hours of the transaction, as amount might b deposited in the account. When the amount was not credited in my account, the bank of india seraikella branch accepted...

This is no staff according to counter there is 7 counter but only 2 staff.
There is one single counter for receiving and depositing and that's why all time full

I did online payment through my debit card of boi, branch tiwari ganj, lucknow to amazon for some order but immediately i cancelled that order (Transaction date 14 june 2018) but my refund is not credited in account till 25. So please check it why my refund is not credited in my account.

On 11/06/2018 i was making a fee payment on a railway recruitment board site, then it showed transaction failed but the money was deducted.
I tried to contact the board but they replied that the money would be refunded by the sbi. But the money is not refunded by the bank even after 10 days
