A cheque No. 066247 dt. 21.06.2018 was drawn from my SB A/c. [protected] at BOI Nabapally branch in favour of my account at Axis bank barasat branch. The said cheque was dishonoured on account of signature mismatch and an amount of Rs.590/- was deducted from SB A/c. [protected] at BOI Nabapally branch .I met with the branch manager of the BOI Nabapally branch with cheque No. 066247 dt. 21.06.2018 and asked the details of my signature mismatch in the said cheque. On verification from the record of branch, It was intimated that there is no mismatch in my signature but as Axis bank, barasat branch has mentioned signature mismatch we have not cleared the cheque and an amount of Rs.590/- has been deducted. How BOI Nabapally branch can act on the advice of a private bank? It is the duty of BOI Nabapally branch to verify my signature and act accordingly. Further, once BOI Nabapally branch confirmed there is no signature mismatch then how the said amount of Rs.590/- has been deducted ? Please credit back the said amount of Rs.590/- immediately to my SB account at BOI Nabapally branch .

From online d2h service I recharge Rs.900 on 30.06.2018. Said amount debited from My Bank of India A/C(Joynagar branch) ...registered Mob no. [protected]. But not credited to my D2 h service a/c...So please co operate to refund it as early as possible.

Sir I brought a bulb by Paytm but I doesn't received by some problem so the product is cancelled and the money is transferred by bank but the money is not transferred in my account so the Paytm reference no is75503728179020991458640. Please refund the money quickly. Thank you

    This is regarding Refund transactions made on 29 june 2018 with Reference No :75260828181021036643334 from Amazon to my BOI Account . The Transactions is not reflecting in the bank account Kindly look into the issued and ressolve with concerns.
    Im ordered the Redmi Y2 mobile from Amazon.in app on date 19 june 2018 and mobile was default piece so im return this product (redmi y2) to amazon on date 29 june 2018 . im not recived the refund

      WE undersigned are joint holder of SB A/c with our Warje Malwadi brach Pune bearing account no [protected]. The first holder Ms Susmita Raghunath Godbole and second holder Mr. Raghunath Bhaskar Godbole.
      On 11th of June 2018 we issued a cheque of Rs 560000/-. On thirteen of June 2018 we got message from the instrument holder that the same cheque is bounced. This cheque was issued to LIC HFL Pune (LIC Housing Finance Limited ) to wipe of some of the loan outstanding.
      After getting message we rushed to the branch where the admin office attended our issue and on request of LIC HFL we were asked to issue a draft as earlier cheque got dishonoured.
      The cheque got dishonoured due to some details from bank end were not updated.
      In this issue we got A state of shame or disgrace due to some problem at banks end.
      The cost of disgrace is irrecoverable, but the financial loss we burned must get refunded as bank fail to discharge their responsibility towards customer in this case.
      We request you to refund Rs450/- wich LIC HFL has charged us.

      As a month and half is been passed and bank management could not reply yet is as good as they have accepted the fault. on this ground I request to the bank as soon as possible they must credit the lost amount by me plus interest as inconvenience charges. Thanks

          I didn't get the refund amount till now
          Actually i booked order through amazon 20.06.2018, amount 885/ but i cancelled the order on 25.06.2018

          but when i asked bank regarding the refund they said to me that the ref* number which i provide to the bank is not vaild .
          when i asked amazon they said that please file a charge dispute

          So please requested to you i want to file a charge dispute that the amount is not credit on my account till now .

            I want to complaint against my transaction failed..i was adding "5000 rs" on my paytm wallet using bank of india debit card from my account "[protected]" on 11 april 2018 bt the amount has been deducted from my account and i didn't got it in my paytm wallet..i asked paytm bt they said we didn't got this amount ask ur bank then i reached to the bank nd they said u have to wait 45 days i waited bt then they said that no one is responding to our mails plz fix my problem as soon as it is possible..

                When my account has been in the bank of india account for the past one year, one day when i went to dehugam and deposited my money in the emergency, i went to the bank of india station next to the bus station and then i went to deogam and went to the degam branch. My mobile number and my support card gave my account number by asking an account number to me i refused to give up and when i called toll free number to do so, i got the answer that you have a solution to write the company for yourself. If all men are not well-educated and can be done by the company, then does that mean that there is no action behind this?

                  As per the indian railway's information refund amount of my ticket having pnr [protected] with transaction id [protected] regarding the cancellation refund money inr 170.0 having settlement id [protected] and bank refund transaction id[protected], delivered to the bank but i haven't received money in my account till now?                     The branch manager of bank of india barnahal branch in nearly absent nearly about 45 day due to so much work are pending every time i m going to branch the branch manager is absent which could do very bad effect on branch business and the valued customer moved to other bank there is one valued customer who wants limit of 10 lakh due late course of action by branch manager he moved to other bank and many more cases are there

                        Writing this complaint to bring into notice the branch manager mr. Tiwari.. Is one of the most rudest manger i've ever come across... He can be so rude to the customers.. We are banking with you'll... It's not that you'll are doing a favour on us the way he spoke to the customer so rude banging the pass book and getting angry on the customer this is not an expected behavior form the staff.. Specially a branch manger... He shouts telling the systems are low "account khola hay tho kam karna paday ga" what language is this??? This place where the branch is. Is mostly used by not much highly educated people it takes time to understand the concept of banking.. We are banking with your bank because of the trust.. Not cuz you'll are doing a favor.. The staff represents the bank plz tell him to learn to talk and handle situation well.. Very awaiting for a revert

                          I opened a nre account with this bank few months back. Since then they did not provide welcome kit. I haven't received a debit card or login details. Its been a 3 months and i have no idea what is thee status of my account. When i mailed to branch. They did not reply back to me. Every time i call the manager, he says he will look into it. I have no clue what kind of bank they run.

                          Its worst customer service, manager give a damn about their customer.

                              Sir, i was lodge complaint last five months before in record office bombay engineer group & centre kirkee, pune regarding my irregular pension since last ten years than they replied to the bank regarding regularization of my pension but till today my pension is not regular always jumping some time 3, 4 gap and i not received arrears of 6th pay from 2006 to 2008 i was getting railways pension instead of defence they made corrections but five lac recoveries made 2 lac paid to me but no records i am very upset with this bank always manager gets change my problems remain at same place i suppose to get 25, 000 pension per month regularly and please support me to get my loss back with out making further delay, jai hind.

                                  I have received 3 satchets of boi through post containing user id, login password and transaction passsword. Then i installed star token ng app in my mobile and tried to login with used id, then it was showing invalid user id on my mobile screen i recently called customer care boi. They said, my star connect is activated only star token ng is blocked

                                    MY SB A/c No is [protected] name ( Usha Singh) with fixed deposits of Rs 2500000 in the bank, but when I asked for a Home Loan from the bank Manager of your Bhaga branch he said to me that You are not eligible for loan and he also misbehaved with me knowing the fact that I am a senior sitizen Woman.
                                    The manager also said that he is not afraid of any authorities you can complain anywhere you want.
                                    So please tell me what to do urgently otherwise I will transfer all my family accounts to another bank with fixed deposits of more than Rs 5000000.

                                      My father is a retired railway officer (Date of retriement 30-june-2004) and has a pension account with boi anna nagar branch, madurai, tamilnadu, india. Recently the 7th paycommission was announced and he also got a copy of ppo order to the effect of the revision w. E. F 01.01.2016. Dated[protected], but the revision has not been given effect by the paying branch till this date (27-june-2018)

                                      When enquired the branch says they have not received any communication from headquarters. Hence please request you to intervene and arrange to release the arrears and revision at the earliest

                                      My father has received an amount which seems like the arrears in the month of august, but no details has been communicated. This month also the amount received does not tally with the arrear amount included. also the pension calculation details is also not received by my father. hence request you to intervene and correct the calculation errors and arrange to send the pession particulars on a regular basis

                                        I have applied for online banking. I have got two passwords through pin mailer but i did not get the login id. I tried to generate it online through the given website "https://starconnectcbs.bankofindia.com/BankAwayRetail/(S(uzbkxtbmn40i2r55nwetje... under new user tab, after inserting the necessary details the form asks for when i click on the submit button it gives me this error"1 onuc: system error. Please try again after sometim". I have been trying this from few days and everytime the same error comes up.!
                                        I had also try to mail is boi. [protected]@bankofindia.com but there is error showing that the email address is not found.
                                        Then i call customer care of boi but they are not receiving the call.
                                        I have been a loyal account holder in boi from more than 2 years. I would really wish that things get better in this era of online and mobile banking.
                                        I am requesting that the please resolve the issue as far as earliest possible.
