Hi,

I have been receiving messages from BOI Star Sandesh from quite long time. I don't have any account with BOI But still receiving messages for cheque clearing related. Please check and remove my number from your database. These messages are so annoying and it could be possible fraud msgs... Please help...

    I booked a ticket through irctc mobile app on 30th june 2018 of amount 3340. Then i cancelled the ticket on 8th aug.

    A refund from irctc is not being reflected in my account [protected].

      On 21st august i had paid a landline bill of 1612 through my upi account i made calls in axis upi for details the said the payment is successful from their side there is some issue with your bank from 3 days am making calls every day but they are just telling me to mail the query with details i had done that but not getting reply or any solution even not speaking about the status of my query

        I had requested for cheque book twice and none of the request was processed stating that balance is insufficient and they didn't inform. When I Googled the no. It was a fake no. On Boi website and my account and Rs 13000 were debited from my account and later the bank authorities said that now credit Rs 500 and we will give a cheque book. Someone hacks your customers account and bank authorities don't bother at all. I don't want any accounts in BOI in future. Useless bank

          I have placed an order with a commercial site which amounted me to 747.
          On 18th aug, 2018 i have cancelled the order and they processed the amount to my bank account on the very same day.
          By Today, 22nd aug, i was supposed to get back my refund amount of 747 in my bank account, but haven't got it yet.
          Gave the bank ref no to the bank to check the status of my refund, but they not ready to help.

            I had done a transaction of rs.7, 934 (Seven thousand nine hundred and thirty four) on 26/07/2018 for ordering a phone, i had returned the phone to amazon and refund for the same was issued to my bank account on 12/08/2018
            But the amount refunded is not reflecting in my bank a/c. Refund reference no. 75503728225022096138410, please locate the refund and credit in my bank a/c.

              I have applied for online banking. I have got two passwords through pin mailer but i did not get the login id. I tried to generate it online through the given website "https://starconnectcbs.bankofindia.com/BankAwayRetail/(S(vdn1p445s2ncff45pqdtpz... under new user tab, after inserting the necessary details the form asks for when i click on the submit button it gives me this error "1 onuc: system error. Please try again after sometim". I have been trying this from few days and everytime the same error comes up.!

              Today i tried to send mail to their email account regarding the issue on id "boi. [protected]@bankofindia.com" & [protected]@bankofindia.co.in but the mail is not delivering, it says that the given email address could not be found..! They have put that email id on multiple pages on their site but its still not working..!

              Then i tried to call them up on the number mentioned on their site "[protected]" & [protected], they did not pick up the call.! I was put on hold for 10 minutes, and they cut the phone after putting me on hold for 10 minutes..! What kind of customer care is this?

While verification of my accunt the verification officer found that mistake. Due to this mistake one cheque retuned from my account. All staff of this branch is not working seriously. The manager also do not work properly. So please take care.

I want to know why this amount is debited from account without any reason.[protected] is my account no. I got msg of 3000 credit in my account by chq which i submit 2 days ago. Now after one hour i received msg of debited 3000 from account and after few minutes i received debited of 118 rs from my account

                          My father is having pension account in your bank anantnagar nagpur branch. Due to an accident he is paralysed and his left side is not working properly, he is not able to sign properly and hence we have given thumb impression instead of signature. He is not illetarate that he is being debarred from issuing debit card. While opening account it was informed to us that after 1st pension being credited in account, debit card will be issued to us, but now even after 1 year they are not issuing the card. I am not able to bring my father on monthly basis to get the pension as this is not possible for us. As we are your customer you should understand our problem and plz look into the matter as early as possible. As your tagline says relationship beyond banking, plz try to maintain it. If my words were harsh i apologize but plz consider my problem.

                            Due to virus attack, the hard disk of my computer is de-formatted. It was in this computer that i had down loaded startoken (Bank of india) for net banking transactions. I was doing net banking through this computer. After the formatting of the computer, the startoken is not getting activated. When i enter the id in the startoken, it says that i should get activation from a previous computer where i had startoken. I have only one computer. How can i activate the startoken in this computer? I need to make some urgent payment to provident fund office. Unless i activate, startoken, i cannot do net banking. Please help me to activate startoken in this computer as soon as possible.

                                My widow mother has an account [protected] maintained with bank of india, ena branch, jharia, dhanbad, jharkhand where a fake note of rs.2000 was found by canara bank while processing of fd of rs.
                                When the case was discussed with bank of india, the branch manager and the staff provided the cash confirmed that they do have counted cash by their hands because "cash counting and fake note identifying machine" is not available at the branch and it was our mistake that we were unable to identify it when we were at branch whereas this account was maintained with bank of india since august 2010

                                Also it is not possible for a old woman or a common man to identify the fakeness of note when it is around rs180000/-

                                Looking forward for the justice for the hard eared money and implementation of process so that nobody can face this problem again.

                                    On updating my sb account pass book i noticed that a sum of rs.10000/- has been withdrawn from my account on 30.07.2018. On further enquiry, i was told by the bank that the amount has been withdrawn from atm.
                                    But the fact is that i did not withdrawn the sum and even did not operate any atm on that date. The atm card is with me only. Also i did not receive any message through my mobile phone about the withdrawal.
                                    Also the bank branch is unable to locate the atm concern.
