Due to virus attack, the hard disk of my computer is de-formatted. It was in this computer that i had down loaded startoken (Bank of india) for net banking transactions. I was doing net banking through this computer. After the formatting of the computer, the startoken is not getting activated. When i enter the id in the startoken, it says that i should get activation from a previous computer where i had startoken. I have only one computer....

My widow mother has an account [protected] maintained with bank of india, ena branch, jharia, dhanbad, jharkhand where a fake note of rs.2000 was found by canara bank while processing of fd of rs.
When the case was discussed with bank of india, the branch manager and the staff provided the cash confirmed that they do have counted cash by their hands because "cash counting and fake note identifying machine" is not available at the...

On updating my sb account pass book i noticed that a sum of rs.10000/- has been withdrawn from my account on 30.07.2018. On further enquiry, i was told by the bank that the amount has been withdrawn from atm.
But the fact is that i did not withdrawn the sum and even did not operate any atm on that date. The atm card is with me only. Also i did not receive any message through my mobile phone about the withdrawal.

Respected sir i have already lodge a complaint for lost of atm card at purba burdwan police station. But sir from that bank of india atm ₹43700 has been withdrawn by someone. That transaction done by 9times o[censored]se on 27 & 28 of july 2018.

I applied a online passport application on dated[protected] and its fee was paid by boi net banking id stubp 65632445 the amount of rs 1500 was deducted from my account [protected] mithapur branch jalandhar but it was not credited to sbi account of ministry of external affairs account and status of payment was showed failed. So i paid fee again by id stubp 65650801 which was accepted sbi
Till now, i have sent two mails to boi....

I have summited kyc form alongwith address change aplication, adharcard for address proof dated on 06/07/2018 in bank of india,
Khopoli, dist. Raigad, maharashtra branch.

I have given many reminders calls in branch.
Inspite of taking all efforts they have not changed the address.
As i have to request for chequebook so it is neccesary to change the exist address.
