Respected (Authority) sir/ madam
I mr. Saleem tamimi having savings and current account in you bank (Boi, mehdipatnam hyderabad) since from starting this branch. I am noticing there is only one cashier (Old gentleman he thinks) he gives good service to ladies and his closest customers. He does not give proper response to male customers.
On 03/10/2018 wednesday i went to take out the cash some of rs. 150000/- at 3 p. M. It took me 1 hour 20 minutes.in beetwin the cashier took some deposit forms and money from back window. When my turn came i asked him and requested him to give 2000 notes denominations which already i saw in the counter. He refused to give. Before me there were some ladies he asked them very politely and gave them what ever they asked denominations. This has happened many times. After seeing lot of times i am giving complain against him. Otherwise i have no personal issues with him.
Please kindly look into a above said matter and if it is possible change the impatient and ladies favour cashier and increase one more window for
Customers benefit as soon as possible.

    I, co applicant, of education loan account number [protected] sanctioned on 19.07.2017 .
    As per item no. 5 of sanction letter dated 19.07.02017 that the loan shall be repaid in 180 emis, six months after getting employment or one year after the completion of studies whichever is earlier.
    The accrued interest, if not paid during repayment holiday period, shall be added to the principal and emis shall be reset accordingly.
    But on 30.09.2018 interest of rs. 49936.15 deducted from my savings account . And i applied for refund the deducted amount. But branch manager reluctant to refund the same.
    Please arrange to refund the same

          Sir, My problem is i was ordered a item and return it due to wrong item received in PAYTM. so paytm initiated my refund amount which is 234 by NEFT on 9/09/2018 but bank take maximum 24 days to diposit it but as it cross my bank of india did not diposit tgis amount in my Bank. The refund reference number/bank transaction id provided by bank is[protected].So please diposit my money as soon you can please.

            Myself went to boi puttur branch for rtgs by 11 am for 10lakhs. But the manager refused to do the same as his deposits amount will be reduced and forcing me to invest in dome other policies. What right does yhatanager have to stop my ttgs to pther bank and threatening meand my parents that they will keep me in jail and all. Im not doing any illegal activities tp ybreaten me. They mafe me suffer very much. First time facing such worst situation. My friend also had the same experience with same manager. Very rude behavior. So adament. Will never go to bank of india. Will close the account shortly. All my friends will also do the same. Very idiotic bank.

              Respected sir, i have made a purchaseof an item on paytm and after successful return of that item, i got a statement from paytm about the refund amount to be credited and reflected in my account till 22 september 2018 as initiated on 8 september 2018 after 14 working days with bank reference no 30001082528247219772138, as confirmed by the bank of iindia. Still the money has not been credited to my account and it's getting too delayed.
              ​kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, and these malpractices are provoking people to loose faith.

                Respected sir, this is a mail to inform you about the fraud money transactions being done to your bank without even the consent of account holders. A total of 5000 inr was debited from my account to airtel pos, and the worst part is that i even haven't used any airtel services in my life till now, nor did i shared the confidential bank details to anyone, and to make the matter more worse was the bank sms information which was incomplete too.
                On 18 september 2018 i got various otps from boi and the moment i could figure out what is going on i got a sms of rs 2500 being debited from my account. I was shocked and immediately on the same day send bank an email of loss of 2500 inr on 18 september.
                But today i. E on 26 september when i checked my mini statement of my account i found 2500 were debited twice to the same airtel pos.
                This is insane, i mean we people trust you and this is what i got putting my money and trust in your bank, even they didn't feel to give a complete transaction details on my registered mobile number.
                Kindly sir, take this matter very very seriously, i'm a student and can't afford to see my money being flew away without even my knowledge.
                And yes it's now very difficult for me to trust any bank especially boi.
                I'm looking forward to cancel all my accounts in banks if my money is not refunded or credited to my account.

                      Now railway is saying that they have informed bank about commuted pension. Bank has done a mistake to deduct that money now ₹47000 they have given by mistake. Why tve customer have to suffer to bank’s negligence for so many years. I need a clear justification. Bank must not force me for repayment. Its bank’s fault and they have to repay for their fault

                      A transaction of Rs. 820 has been done using BOI credit card at RELIANCE NANDED IND at 16.39 but actually it is not received payment by RELIANCE but amount deducted in my credit card My A/C NO.[protected], Subhash N Rathod.                         Sir, I did pay an admission fee (10424) on 11/07/18 through Bhim pay. But it got failed, then I paid that fees from another account. As the previous transaction was failed, so Bhim Pay reversed that amount. But the State Bank of India has cut it out. Then I report to branch manager about 15 din, but the responsible bank and Bhim pay both of not taken any responsibility.                                     I didn't received any money but 10000 deducted from my atm when i was withdrawing money. My bank is not taking any action please help me. My bank told me to wait for one month but is not taking any action. Bank is telling wait one week more. Please help me. How long i have to wait. Loosing hope. Toll free no. And complain number is of no use. Didn't received any reply no one is picking the phone.. Hoping for a positive response.

                                      Sir i have sent money through google pay (tez) app to one of my friend 200rs ... but it was failed ...though money was deducted ...my transection id is :- CICAgKD858K7Qw..

                                      Please sir refund my money as soon as possible

                                        I am having saving account at Bank of India.

                                        I paid ₹4196/- via Bank of India debit card online on 24th August 2018 to Amazon. (Transaction ID generated as "MEDR/Amazon Pay/717756"). Since there is cancellation of one order in that transaction, I have requested for a refund of ₹2198/- on Amazon website. As per their records, it's credited to the bank on 9th September 2018. I haven't received it yet.
                                        As per the telephonic conversation with Amazon customer care representative, reference number for the refund transaction is quoted as "75503728253022778806016".

                                        Please look into the matter and give me proper resolution. I have called Amazon Customer service, Bank of India call centre, Home Branch for the same matter. I have not received a satisfied answer when I called Bank of India customer care number twice today. First on [protected] and later [protected]. Since as per Amazon Leadership Resource person, I can trace my refund or file "Charge Dispute" online calling customer care I called twice. They didn't give me a proper information. I have tried lodging a complaint on Online Grievance Form through the link recieved via email 2 days back. http://www.bankofindia.co.in/english/GrievanceForm_pg.aspx But its showing error as enter valid account number.
                                        Bank Of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
