Hello, my name is saptarshi adhikary, a customer of your bank. My account number is -[protected]. I have an issue regarding my account.
I don't receive my payment which is already send by amazon. Amazon send me the refund reference number[protected]. I went to bank (Salt lake branch) they don't provide me any solution. I fill ccf form regarding this issue, but they don't give me any receive copy or any complain i'd....

My relative is getting harassed by one of your branch manager from kable branch, rasulpur. Your branch manager name biswajit banerjee. Why i have to suffer everyday? Do i have to go to consumer forum?? I have commuted my pension in the year 2003. Now bank manager is saying he is not capable to do that? What kind of excuse is this? Is that person out of his sense or what?...

Sir, I did pay an admission fee (10424) on 11/07/18 through Bhim pay. But it got failed, then I paid that fees from another account. As the previous transaction was failed, so Bhim Pay reversed that amount. But the State Bank of India has cut it out. Then I report to branch manager about 15 din, but the responsible bank and Bhim pay both of not taken any responsibility. I want to reverse back my money along with my 15 days wages(15*300=4500),...

I had transfered the money from sbi acunt to boi acunt through imps bt the money is nt credited in the acunt.. The money is transfered from sbi acunt of vaibhav kinge to the boi acunt of sarita kinge througa imps... Bt it is nt credited in acunt... Money is transfered on date 21 september bt till today date the money is nt credited.. Pla resolve my prblm...

Sir, mera sbi me ek account hai.. Jo adhar se link hai.. Magar jab uidai.gov.in pe bank linking status check kr rhe hai to inactive show kr rha hai... Jiske karan mera scholarship ka peysha nhi aa rha hai.
Jb bank me jake bole to bank wale bole aapka aaghr link kiaa hua. Hmlog kuch nhi kr skte hai.. To sir plz iske bare me help krne ke kripa kare....

I pay Rs 1075 to amazon by my debit card for my boss parcel Ashish Agrawal of bank of india for online payment but transaction failed and amount deducted my account i again try to pay Rs 1075/-by same procedure but again transaction failed and massage appear hard transaction so bank declined it . so i pay in cash and i go to bank and ragister complaint but my amount not retured my account

Sub-charge dispute money.
I purchase a item from amazon and then cancelled it. They returned my money and gave me a transiction id[protected]. But my money is not reflected in my accont. I am customer of bank of india and my account no. Is [protected]. So please coperate me and refund my money.

I didn't received any money but 10000 deducted from my atm when i was withdrawing money. My bank is not taking any action please help me. My bank told me to wait for one month but is not taking any action. Bank is telling wait one week more. Please help me. How long i have to wait. Loosing hope. Toll free no. And complain number is of no use. Didn't received any reply no one is picking the phone.. Hoping for a positive response....

I am having saving account at Bank of India.

I paid ₹4196/- via Bank of India debit card online on 24th August 2018 to Amazon. (Transaction ID generated as "MEDR/Amazon Pay/717756"). Since there is cancellation of one order in that transaction, I have requested for a refund of ₹2198/- on Amazon website. As per their records, it's credited to the bank on 9th September 2018. I haven't received it yet.

I have tried to pay electricity bill from mobikwik app, my transaction failed but the money got deducted from bank but haven't received the refund till date. Its almost 25 days now.

On the date of 12 august 2018 i checked my account balance morning, it was showing the correct balance in my account, but when i checked my account in evening on the same day the amount was deducted (5320) without any transaction.
Its a request you to take some active actions on that and return the amount which is deducted (I. E 5320)...

I ordered a shoes on flipkart and cancelled it but i didn't get my refund... Flipkart said that they sent my refund but the bank is not processing it... Generally it takes 5 to 7 days to process my refund but still i didn't get my refund.

Pls do as soon as possible

My complaint is regarding bank of india, they are harassing now a days deducting a lot of amount for anything they want without prior noticing the customer and without even telling them, my word are "tumhare baap ka paisa nhi h bc".

I have tried to pay my electricity bill through 'mobikwik app' on 20th aug, the transaction failed but the money got deducted from my bank account. The customer care of mobikwik app said they have already initiated the return on 21st aug itself. Approx 21 days passed but i haven't received the refund amount yet in my boi bank account. The bank people even refused to help.
