Please send me the details why my money is deducted. Why my 120.00 is deducted from my account without any reason. Atleast they have to give the reason why the take money. Give the details of the charges taken

    My name is Ramesh Singh son Mr. Malkan Singh is my account number [protected], I had added 10000 rupees in pay zipp on 05th February 2018 but the rupees were not added but Rs 10000 was deducted from my account, then I complained in pay zipp So he talked about 10000 rupeea refund after 5 days to 10 working days to come to yoour account, then I called on the date on 10th February, he was told me my 10000 rupees were refund in my account on 9 february 2018,
    Talk to your bank. Your reference no.[protected]. Your customer care number does not pick any person, How will my problem be solved,

    TRF deducted 120 amount two times. Why deducted these amounts kindly clarify on priority basis. I am not any transaction for last 10 days . What is the TRF is deducted amount in my account. Please inform me and revert my amount. Why is deducted. Check my query and resolve it.

              माझे घरातील महिलांचे बँक ऑफ इंडिया मध्ये बचत खाते आहेत, साध्या साध्या गोष्टीसाठीअर्ज देताना ते त्यांना हजर करायला सांगतात, प्रत्येक वेळी रिक्शा भाडे देऊन शाखेत जावे लागते तक्रार अशी आहें मोठ्या रकमेचे चेक्स सही तपासून रक्कम देताना हजर रहा म्हणत नाहीत मग इतर बाबी statement मिळणे address बाबत दुरुस्ती अशा अर्जावर सहीतपासून order करण्यात खातेदाराची हजर राहण्याची आवश्यकता का,? घरच्या लोकावरविश्वास का ठेवत नाही, जर खातेदार निरक्षर असेल तर बोलवणे योग्य राहील कारण फसवणूक होऊ शकते, मुस्लीम महिला बुरखा लावतात मग त्यांना तोन्ड दाखवा असे म्हणता येईल का, मोठ्या खातेदाराच्या महिला येतात का समक्ष ब्यांकेत आल्याचा काही पुरावा असतो का, एखाद्या फसवणूक मुळे सर्व खातेदार चोर आहेत असे समजणे योग्य नाही ग्रामीण महिला रोजगार बुडवून, आजारपण असे अनेक अडचण असते

                My name is abhishek kumar s/o kamlesh. I am account holder of "bank of india" branch - mallawan ' distic-hardoi in uttar pradesh (Pin-241303).

                My acco no - ([protected]) some month ago in my account 4, 270) (Four thousand two hundered seventy) rupees reduce in my account with out my permission and this process countinue in second monthwith same ruppes (4270).
                I am very poor. I could not bear the mistake of bank..

                Even i went to go bank to know - how this money was withdraw without my permission. But in bnk any emploiee did not give any information... I am very hopeless.


                Please help me to save system of our indian bank to emprove progress of indians...

                  I am a travel agent and while booking for my client's tickets online on 9th february 2018, the amount of rs.44000, got deducted from my account of boi but the transaction failed due to some technical issues.
                  Till date the amount is not refunded. I am not able to make ticket bookings because of shortage of funds and also the flight tickets rate increased now.
                  This is the biggest disappointment i have faced and suffered by bank of india.
                  Can someone look into and help asap.

                    Hi,
                    I dont have any account in any branches of bank of india. But daily i'm receiving multiple sms to my mobile from bh-boiind stating that some amount has been credited or debited in my boi account no. Xxxx5115.
                    Regarding this issue i have already given a written complaint to boi vellalore branch on 31.01.18 & they have said that my complaint would be forwarded to the data monitoring cell of boi & issue will be resolved.
                    But still i'm receiving multiple fraudulent sms daily about cheque debit & cheque credit in account no. Xxxx5115 to which i'm not related in any way.
                    Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest & stop the fraudulent sms from boi

                      This is to bring to your notice that the undersigned mr. Dipankar bose s/o late sri dilip kumar bose lost/theft of debit card no. [protected] (Visa) on 30.01.2018 having s/a no. [protected] & customer id[protected] at your patuli branch against which the debit card was issued. Written complaint was lodged with your patuli branch along with a copy of the gd from the local ps. Even after 8 banking working days i am in dark about the knowhow of the issuance of the new debit card. This gives a very clear image of your bank and the government at large of your digital india campaign. I also have a current a/c with your bank and am a customer for the last 30 odd years. This is the first time i felt it necessary to bring to your attention the lukoma of your branches. Please treat the matter with 'utmost urgency' and clear the gaffe of these lost working days by revert mail within 24 hours.

                        I look after my sister's affairs in india (She lives in porbander gujarat) and i have a signed letter of authority from her for me to act on her behalf and this has been forwarded to the manager at your jamkhambhalia branch in gujarat. The manager initially responded to my requests but has totally ignored my last several emails and i cannot understand such rude managerial behaviour. Briefly the problem is that my sister has a joint account with my cousin and i wanted to remove my cousin's name from the account because this cousin has stolen my sister's money and obviously to stop all payments that he could potentially make by cheque. I was considering putting more money in this account but i wanted his name removed so that he cannot access this account. Simple request. I also asked the manager for current interest rates and again no reply. I don't know what type of credentials you expect the manager to have but not replying in this day and age is a business catastrophe, naive and ignorance.                           This is to State that double POS took place at Big Bazaar on 13th Jan 2018 due to server error. After waiting for 72 hours for default reversal no amount recieved. At which on 16th jan 2018 reversal form is filled and submitted at Bank of India kaushalpuri Kanpur branch u.p..

                          Even after almost a period of 1 month no reversal took place.

                          When a bank payment get delayed by a customer/account holder without any subject of consideration deduction/penalty take place. While when any amount falling in their suspence account, they are least bothered to return without delay.

                          I m customer of this bank since Jan 2017 but still my POS reversal request is matter of no concern for them. As if it customer mistake to be a part of Digital India program using online payment portal and not cash. So any fault in server connectivity is customer headache and need to take his/her pain to get it back without any interest. As if Bank is officially allowed to keep money of their customer in their account for 45 days before they even get concerned about returning the same.

                          BOI Debit card was used at POS for an amount of Rs. 5, 114/- The transaction was declined / rejected for the first time. The card was used again and it was declined / rejected for the second time. Then I had to use another bank card for the transaction. Later on the day when the BOI a/c statement was checked, I found that the amount was debited to my a/c. At least I should have received a SMS for the amount debited. Now, after submitting the reversal form at the branch, just crossing my fingers for the reversal to happen. Today is the 4th working day since I had filed the complaint. They should rename the bank as Looting bank of India.

                                    I'm your customers in bhayandar west branch. Your cashier in this branch is very slow in transaction. Hi took 3 min to minmum to complete one transaction which 500 ₹ or 2 lakh ₹. Because of him i am let to my office more then 45 min. I get let mark & fine of₹300. When ask him to do fast then he told me now i'm going to do slower than this, don't argue with me otherwise i am gone to close the only counter which is running. When my turn comes to deposit the cash he refused.

                                      Hi My name is Lukesh Anand n im having my account in Bank of India i.e. located in Punaura Road .My account no. 46771011***14940 .Without prior information Rs.60 has been deducted from my account .For that i got one message in my registered mobile number.One more thing me n other consumers tell them to update our passbook we always get a same reply that the machine is damage .It's been approx 5 month and they don't do our updation.Sometimes they do updation n sometimes not..We consumers want a assurance regarding all these things.

                                        The problem is that the amount got deducted from my account, but the transaction was not successful since the page automatically got refreshed after entering the otp (And no money was added to my paytm wallet).

                                        Sir almost ten days has passed since this incident and i haven't got the refund yet. So, i will be very grateful of you if you look into it and refund the amount as soon as possible.
