My name is deepak c. Sutar and my a/c no is [protected]. Sir i am doing online transactions regularly from bhim maha upi mobile app but some of these transactions are showing debit amount from my account but not deposited on requested account. I chasing this problem from january 2017 to till 2018 more than 78082/- rupees i get lost some ware in our system and i raised online complaints about that and i try hundreds of time on our customer care centre. I gives complaints details below with transactions ids.
Sir my kindly request to you that resolve my problem and make feel proud about our bank thank you.

    Being customer of account when i have gone to open accounts for my daughter's for which i paid money also on 15/05/2018, still it is pending for vague reasons:
    1. One account opened in name of mrs shweta mohan though she is my daughter clearly told.
    2. Second account shraddha mohan still pending says she has to prove that she is my daughter by giving self declaration which also was given but account not opened so far.
    3. Branch staff does not have any proper follow up or answer to why it is not opened.

    I am very sorry to note such state of affairs in modern day banking. Though my husband is also a banker for my easy convenience i had opted bom which i now regret.
    Hope branch improves the services and provide solution. If not let them pay me back my money collected.

    Amount Rs 1500 done transaction on IMPS to Corporation account on 21/05/18 on evening but amount deducted from main account but it is not transferred to other bank. Plz refund the amount Immediately.

      I am ask for this problems, branch manegar say you are not my customer she ledy is my customer.
      And he say my sister ledy you come alon in the bank. (What is intention.)

        I went to axis bank atm for withdrawing rs10000 as it was not available in bom atm. I entered all d details and the transaction was processing bt suddnly transaction stopped and i didnt recieve any cash and recieved a message from bom that rs. 10000 is debited by your account
        The next day i went to bom they told me to submit a complaint form and application bt aftr so many days their is no response about debited amount from bank
        So i want to know how much time will it take to complete this procedure and credit my rs 10000 back to my account

        Thanks to BOM for crediting my amount as early as possible

          From my account approxy 141660=00 amount withdrawal on various dated. The first transaction on 12 oct 2017 amount 10000=00 and last 11 may 2018 amount is 10000=00. I am not that person who withdrawal this amount. My all deduction details are on jpg uploaded the highlighted transation did not done by me. Please help me for return my rupee.

            I have made a transaction of rs. 39600/-from itz in bank of maharastra, 29600/- rs is update in benificery account but 10000 rs not update. The status of the amount are showing confirm awaited (Request processing error :http status code 500: internal server error)

                My father hold the account with bank of maharashtra, yamunanagar branch, nigdi. They have made transaction to withdraw some amount through the atm (Hdfc bank, rbl bank), the amount didn't receive at that time, but amount was debited from his account. We have submitted the complaint form and application with the proof to the bank on 26/4/2018.

                Also, we have contacted to bank of maharashtra's help center, according to them it happened due to system issues.

                But bank yet not credited that amount in his account.

                After this much days, bank people asked for another application to credited that account.

                Please look into this issue and we hope that the amount will be credited asap in account.

                I had purchased an agricultural commodity from JK Sales, baramati... The amount was Rs. 2500.. But due to some error, the amount was debited from my account but not added in beneficiary. The transaction was made by Swipe card(Union Bank).. I have complained regarding this for more than 8-9 times but they failed to give me amount...

                  On 5th of may ar 9:21 pm i had tried to withdraw rs 1000 from bank of maharashtra atm katraj. I completed the whole procedure and the end it asked whether i want a reciept i clicked on yes and after i received the receipt the machine read that the transaction time is over. After that i saw the receipt and realised that rs 1000 was cut from my account altough i did not receive the cash. I complained in the authorised bank but the person said that it would take a minimum of 8-10 days. Not only me but a lot of people are facin this problem. Please help me out with this.

                    Very regretfully i have to mention that, you have charged me very high interest rate on my housing loan.

                            I was searching for laptop on quikr.com .Then on 28 April i found an Ad selling core i 7 laptop for 7500 rs only .On the ad page it was written that the laptop was only 5 days old .There was written that to buy laptop call on mobile no [protected].
                            I called this number .A lady picked up my phone and said that she is from vadodara and is currently in chennai .And she told me that she is a goverment doctor and got a laptop free from a goverment hospital in chennai.I asked that i will buy laptop from her through quikr doorstep .But i found that quikr doorstep service was not available there.I contacted her and she said tgat she will be sending laptop by courier.i agreed and asked her about the payment .She told me that you pay half amount now and half after delivery .She sended me her address through text message.I agreed and made the payment.i called her and informed her about the payment with bank refrence no.She told me that she would go to bank tommorow and will give confirmation about the payment.And tommorow i called her many times on 1 PM .she picked up my phone and said that i am in bank and i had not recieved any amount.and told me to talk to her later..
                            Now she is not picking up my phone anymore.

                                My daughter has received mails (Trupti. [protected]@gmail.com) regarding process of cheque book and amount of rs.2500/- deposited in bank account mentioned above.

                                As i am not able to trace the account i wrote the mail to your customer care and mayur colony branch regarding the same 15 days back.

                                However, we have not received any response till the date.

                                I am ready to forward the mails received by her if required.

                                Kindly provide the details such as account no, branch etc.

                                On 31/03/2018 at 15.30 hours I have try to withdraw 500 rs from ATM machine mundhwa, pune. ATM machine didn't dispense the amount but cash was withdrawn from my account and not yet debited back. ATM ID-PA013501. TXN no-203752. kindly refund my monye. I have tried calling at mundhwa branch but the number was not valid.

                                  My pension has been revised as per 7th pay commission recommendations vide cpao, delhi and revised ppo issued on 29.1.2018. Cppc, pune confirmed that they have recd my revised ppo in the first week of feb.18 and promised me that in a weeks time i will get my arrears. 2-1/2 month have passed but i am yet to receive my revised pension and arrears till date.in this connection i have requested my home branch bom, yamuna vihar, delhi-53 also through my mails and on telephones but nothing has been done. I should also get interest on the late payment from bom, cppc, pune in this regard. An early action is requested please.

                                    I am the customer of your sawantwadi branch. On 4th april i had presented a cheque of bank of india on clearing to deposite my account. No.[protected]. I had given above cheque on clearing counter. And counter clerks issued me counter slip which is with me. But still amount is not credited in my account. Also your staff is not able to trace the cheque. If the cheque is returned unpaid bank should return the cheque with memo. So look the matter urgently elsewhere i have no option to refer to banking ombudsman.

                                        Dear sir/madam,
                                        Mr. Jagganath tikaram patil and mr. Suni jagganath patil, resident of village bhadane, tal. Sakri, dist. Dhule, have availed tractor loan of rs. 5.50 lacs from your bank of maharashtra bhadane branch on 08.12.2009 with account no. [protected]. They have also deposited rs. 1.55 lacs till the year 2012. But because of continuous drought for three years, they have unable to repay the loan on time. Mr. Jagganath patil is senior citizen and having age more than 80 years and he is deeply hurt by this situation.
                                        Now we came to know that the outstanding of the loan has crossed rs. 12.00 lacs. We must understand here that, they don’t have income source now. Because of recent droughts, no additional income from agriculture. Tractor is damaged beyond repair and cant utilized now. At this moment they have collected money from relatives to close that account. They have approached the bank/branch on 26.10.2017 for one time settlement seeking complete interest waiver and partial waiver in principle amount. Since then they are not getting any positive reply from branch. Branch manager shown finger towards you regional office jalgaon saying that he doesn’t have the authority. When we have contacted jalagaon ro, every other person there given excuses avoiding their responsibility.
                                        Sir/madam,
                                        Following questions remains unresolved.
                                        1. Why bank is still applying interest when account is eligible as npa?
                                        2. Why bank has not classified the account as npa?
                                        3. Loan amount is rs. 5.50 lacs and outstanding is more than rs. 12.00 lacs. How bank is allowed to accumulate the outstanding double than loan availed?
                                        4. Why borrowers are not intimated through recovery letter etc?
                                        5. When borrowers are ready for one time settlement, why bank is not responding positively?
                                        6. What should be the one point of contact for borrowers, when co-operation is completely declined by branch as well as ro?
                                        7. What exact mechanism designed by bank of maharashtra, addressing such issues?
                                        8. Can bank will respond only after honest borrowers will take their own life because of harassment?

                                        Please note that, here in this case borrowers are ready for repayment seeking settlement, because both are honest persons and not seeking complete waiver. Situation of farmer’s community is very grim and pathetic now and suicides are common amongst them, still in such difficult time they are ready for repayment and bank is completely ignoring its responsibility.
