I have made imps transfer of rs.8000/- from my bank of maharashtra saving account - [protected] to my sbi account [protected] account on 1st april 2018. Till today the online transaction status is showing pending. Neither the amount got credited in my sbi account today. The amount rs.8000/- is debited from bank of maharshtra account.

14 days has passed for transaction.
Bank of maharashtra showing imps transaction status – suspected.

    Dear sir/madam,
    Mr. Jagganath tikaram patil and mr. Suni jagganath patil, resident of village bhadane, tal. Sakri, dist. Dhule, have availed tractor loan of rs. 5.50 lacs from your bank of maharashtra bhadane branch on 08.12.2009 with account no. [protected]. They have also deposited rs. 1.55 lacs till the year 2012. But because of continuous drought for three years, they have unable to repay the loan on time. Mr. Jagganath patil is senior citizen and having age more than 80 years and he is deeply hurt by this situation.
    Now we came to know that the outstanding of the loan has crossed rs. 12.00 lacs. We must understand here that, they don’t have income source now. Because of recent droughts, no additional income from agriculture. Tractor is damaged beyond repair and cant utilized now. At this moment they have collected money from relatives to close that account. They have approached the bank/branch on 26.10.2017 for one time settlement seeking complete interest waiver and partial waiver in principle amount. Since then they are not getting any positive reply from branch. Branch manager shown finger towards you regional office jalgaon saying that he doesn’t have the authority. When we have contacted jalagaon ro, every other person there given excuses avoiding their responsibility.
    Sir/madam,
    Following questions remains unresolved.
    1. Why bank is still applying interest when account is eligible as npa?
    2. Why bank has not classified the account as npa?
    3. Loan amount is rs. 5.50 lacs and outstanding is more than rs. 12.00 lacs. How bank is allowed to accumulate the outstanding double than loan availed?
    4. Why borrowers are not intimated through recovery letter etc?
    5. When borrowers are ready for one time settlement, why bank is not responding positively?
    6. What should be the one point of contact for borrowers, when co-operation is completely declined by branch as well as ro?
    7. What exact mechanism designed by bank of maharashtra, addressing such issues?
    8. Can bank will respond only after honest borrowers will take their own life because of harassment?

    Please note that, here in this case borrowers are ready for repayment seeking settlement, because both are honest persons and not seeking complete waiver. Situation of farmer’s community is very grim and pathetic now and suicides are common amongst them, still in such difficult time they are ready for repayment and bank is completely ignoring its responsibility.

      My name is bhavin sanjayrao kawane, my account no. Is [protected]. While dealing with bank of maharashtra badlapur (E) branch i request to fill my passbook to bank representative as the kiosk machine is not working, afterward he said my transactions are too many so take statement from counter no.2. After i gone counter no. 2 she said it will take 59rs to print, i said its okay to me and i filled application for the same.. After she give the print command and said to me that it will cost 2000 rs and it will deducted from my account. This is very bad for the customer like me bcz she didn't say the total amount and after printing she told the amount. Kindly help. This is unfair to me and not to deduct any money as bank representative refuses to fill the passbook just bcz the transactions are too many. Do needful action and reply to my query.

              On 28 march i transferred the amount of rs 300 in my maharshtra bank. A/c no - [protected] from my paytm account. I enquried to the paytm they said that they have already sent money to the bank but the money is not credited in my maharashtra bank account and the issue is in your bank and please contact there. They have given the proof of reference number through which they sent the money to the bank. The reference number is 74766518087812408849879. Thre are only one cash counter and the cashier also handicap person. For all customer there is one cash counter and bank employee also mis behaving to customer. Most of staff is bihari person they can't manage properly.

                        I have purchased some shirts from flipkart but because of size i have returned. Flipkart is refunded my money but still i didn't get credited to my account from bank of maharastra. I worte 7-8 mails to bank of maharastra. I have purchased on 22/02/2018 and today its 19/03/2018. Also i have sent all details to bank of maharastra. Last year also i have lost 799rs. Finally i have stopped to mail them.

                              My self asha savaleram khaire, i had submitted documents for a/c opening on 19th dec, but bank raised query on improper address, i resolved same query with submitting electricity bill and they told me we will call you on bank account opening status asap, but still i have not received any feedback on same, almost two month gone.

                              Also written mail to [protected]@gmail.com but not any response to me.

                              Request you please confirm a/c opening status on give me 500 rs back which i had deposited, we will open account in another bank.

                              On 09/03/2018 I effected three oayments of Rs.144 each being recharge of three prepaid mobiles of BSNL through Bank of Magarashtra Bank net banking account. My account is debited but bsnl has not recharged the mobikes. Probably the amt not received by BSNL. I want to know status. If I now make payment it may be paid twice to bsnl.

                                We have received sms to surrender existing debit cards and obtain new secured emv chip debit cards before[protected]. When i approached your naupada branch for getting my rupay debit cards exchanged they have asked me to fill new forms issue of mahabank visa card. I told them that i am not asking for a visa card a fresh but surrendering my rupay debit card for exchqaning the same with emv chip debitg card s per rbi instructions, but the branch official is reluctant and wants me filll the form, there are thousands of rupay debit card holders it is the duty of the bank to reissuue the debit cards with emv chip debit cards as per rbi guidlines.

                                  I have done online transaction. On eBay.in website on date 13 march 2018 for the purchase of mobile case cover. Money has been debited from my bank account but eBay did not get payment so I'm complaining about giving my money back to my bank account.

                                    Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    The Bank of Maharashtra has provided me a new emv chip technology rupay debit card but when i m using for online buying transactions, the site says, "your card issuer noticed previous fraudulent transaction on your card and would like you to return the card to them".The problem is such that i m using this card for first time & showing such answer.

                                      मी एक शेतकरी असुन मी शेळीपालन या शेतीपुरक धंदा करिता आपला बॅंकेकडुन कर्ज घेतले आहे, तरी सदर कर्जाचा बोजा ७/१२ वर चढवला गेला आहे. जर commercial कर्ज असते तर ७/१२ वर बोजा चढवला गेला नसता त्यामुळे हे शेती कर्जच आहे व सदर खाते कर्जमाफी मधे लाभाऱथी झाले आहे. तर यावर सदर शाखेचे असे म्हणणे आहे की तुमच कर्ज माफ होऊ शकत नाही. तरी आपण मला योग्य ती माहिती दयावी ही विनंती.

                                        Dear sir
                                        Last february of 23friday 2018is presented on bom chhindwara in opening of new account and the staff of clear on your account number and pass book on 26 february 2018. Again present on 26 february 2018 give the a/c no & pass book but your staff is not clear on the basis of a/c no. Your staff is again visit of bom chhindwara, i am again visit the bank day by day but not clear the account number last day of 5 march 2018.
                                        My humbel request sir so i need you my opening of account because issue my seleary. My is pending issue of not opening of account so please clear the notification of msg in account opening of branch manager.
