Cannot make payments using net banking. Getting some error saying "350 ..."
and nor is my debit card working. have also complaint in the branch. but they said it was okay, due to demonetization i am basically cashless right now because my bank is not ready to help me out. and now is the customer care given to any executive had to wait 6 mins with no response or answer

Dear sir,
I am client of your bank for many years and hold a joint account in your cidco. N-3 branch aurangabad.
On the date 20/10/2017 at morning I debited 20000 rs from ATM.then I received immediately msg(debited rs 23100) from bank of Maharashtra but as I expected it debited only 20000 rs .today I updated my passbook .it shows it debited rs 3100 transfer through paytm on the date 22/10/2017.I did not any transaction through paytm on date 22/10/2017.
I request you to look into my case and help me.give me details on mvijaykumar.[protected]@gmail.com .

    Dear sir,

    I am bank account holder at bank of maharashtra. I had lost my userid of internet banking. I got it from my branch and changed password but after logging it is asking for current transaction password and new transaction password. I have entered my password but showing an error like "109 internet transaction pin is pending for activation"
    What is it? How should i resolve it?

    Bank of Maharashtra says today they cannot exchange old notes and cannot give money as the money has not come today.

      I am having saving account in badlapur (east) maharashtra. the appointed staff are too arrogant and not respectful to customer as well as senior citizens.
      Worst case experience is getting always when i visited to branch. staff are not working effectively also they are busy chit chating also found on watsup.
      If you want to proff, visit as unknown persons so you will realize the said experience which i received as well as with my wife.
      Latest experience my wife faced during opening of my son's account with your bank. i was not interested but his school kept mandatory for your bank service. i will vist very shortly to my son's school to recommend for sbi bank.
      Hopes your staff may work instead of chating in feature to avoid to spoil your bank name.

      Read details above. Yet not updates from your bank
      Very bad responses of employees . If lunch time is over still they not attend the customers. Bad service. In every case . They are not providing basic documents also on urgent basis.e.g. checkbook. Not attending the customers properly. Very difficult to apply for loan.

            Have opened a business for packaged drinking water and also have registered regarding online banking service at Maharashtra bank Wakad branch the form is submitted on 23/9/2016 but the password is not yet received this request is processed for have registered for cst licence and the payment need to be maid through online banking but the reply received from maharashtra bank is such that we have processed it from our side and the same is taking time if the payment is not been submitted in time additional penalty need to be paid which is an amount of rs 2000/- hence need the help asap

                But tickit is not booked. Redbus gave response as following,

                We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

                This e-mail is in response to your request, for the refund of the money
                That is deducted on www.redbus.in.The money that is deducted from your
                Account has not reached us as its a fail transaction.

                From our past experience, we have seen that in such cases the money
                Normally remains with the bank. This refund will be initiated by your bank.

                Usually in such cases, banks automatically refund the amount, kindly get in
                Touch with your bank.

                Sir, why such repeated failure in online banking???

                On same day, other transactions using billdesk were nice. Please upgrade
                Your service. Refund my money early, so that i can book other tickit soon.
                If i do not got tickit, who is responcible??

                      I Mr Sethuramanuja Perumalsamy retired from Army and having pension account with Bytco Branch Nasik Road . Account No [protected] against PPO No S-024361/2006. As per govt circular No 555 dt 04 Feb 16 i have to receive OROP in the month of Mar 2016. In the month of May 16 i went to Branck office and spoken to Manager Madam she told that nothing ion her hand everything is being controlled by Pune branch. Till it is pending my friend is also having pension account in the same branch and he received revised pension and arrears of OROP. Please look into the matter and consider the same at the earliest.

                            I have a joint account in BOM at Sawarkar chowk, Aurangabad. I need to open a separate account for my spouse. For opening an account, submitted all required documents on last Thursday to the branch. The Gentleman took the papers. When my wife went next day, the lady behind the counter told that the person to whom documents were submitted is on leave and she should come when he resumes. Is there person oriented work in BOM? Is there no system to handle absenteeism of Bank employees? Persons were also seen lethargic and not willing to open new accounts.

                                  Its my humble request to please raise our voice.
                                  I want to bring your kind attention to an unethical criteria of recruitment in banks is going on.60% criteria is not required by rule of govt. 28 year of age instead of 30 is wrong. Recently bob and bank of maharashtra has not used standard criteria for general candidate for po vacancy. It would be follow standard criteria which are following by ibps also.

                                    Bank deducted 1200 rs from my account as minimum balance charges . i am a student and i did deposited the amount of rs 1200 for the online payment of the exam fees online with the help of debit card. but after i deposit money in bank the the sum of 1200 deducted without any alert. and i could not apply for the post i was making the payment of fees. when there is trend of the financial inclusion going on in our country how can a bank behave like this to poor peoples.

                                      I have deposited a cheque for rs.6000/- drawn canara bank, burari branch, delhi on dated 04.08.16, i have received one sms from ban k this amount credited in my account. After few hour a have also one sms the amount debited in my account and few amount also debited my account. But canara bank manager say to me no cheque through clearing in our branch. When i go to bank of maharashtra, mukherjee nagar branch the cheque is return to me. No memo is enclosed with this cheque and no satisfied reason for dishonour this cheque.

                                        I visited bank of maharashtra wadgaon branch chandrapur for asking loan procedure but the branch manager talked very rudely he even didnt asked to sit and said we did not give any loan go and complain against him... So i have complained and i want the feedback because the manager did not have any talking sense with the customer. What kind of attitude does he have dont know he is only a branch manager not a prime minister
