I am from ulhasnagar...I have current account in bank of Maharashtra...branch chembur...today I gone at ulhasnagar branch for depositing cash ...the cashier said we are not allowed to take cash second time...I had spoken to manager he simply said "" GET OUT FROM MY OFFICE"" when I askd her what you mean of that...than he said again to get out...and when i started my camera in tge mobile for the proof than security guard came in and thrown me out of the bank...i expect you are having cameras in the bank and the manager used weird language...is it a service bank of Maharashtra provides?
I want a action against them...please reply asap...

    Some residents had nit been elected but calling themselves as officebearers and members of a GoverningBofy of a registered society. No order appointing them has been issued. They have managed with your bank's brach to operate tooperate the societ's already existing saving bank account. There is resentment among the residents. Can you please advise what should be done to stay this operation of bank account till a duly elected governing body took over charge. Should the bank be given legal notice or thr matter be taken up with the competent authority in the bank and which will be this authority to whom all details/documents would be given. Kindly advice early. Thanks.

          I created two FD in Bank of Maharashtra, on 9th and 10th July 2015 respectively. I created the FD with tenure of 1 year, and as per their website on this two days, the interest rate that was showing was 8.5%. However, when I created the FD, it was created with 8.25% interest only. Then I emailed the BOM officials, and they simply emailed me saying that the interest rates have been revised from 9th July. Then on 11th July I got the email that the revised interest rates are reflected on the website. But now my question is, I have already locked my money with lower interest rates just because as these guys didnt updated their website prior to applying the revised Interest Rates. They should provide the customers the same interest rates on the FD's created on 9th and 10th July 2015, as it is their (BOM) mistake that they didnt update their website first.

          I use mahasecure android app for internet banking. but when i want to add beneficiary account for cash transfer. it dont give me OTP message for endorse.please give me solution for this problem

              Gas subsidy is not coming to my account due to aadhaar number not linked. For the last 20 days I went to bank and agency regularly but to no avail. Gas agency says bank has not linked it and the bank says the agency has not linked aadhaar. Gas agency has given a number( LDM, R.K Aggarwal, [protected]) and said if bank can’t link aadhaar then make a call to the person and make bank employee talk to him. I checked at indane .co.in and it says that aadhaar number is not linked by the bank. It shows that the bank is at fault in this case. The same I have attached in the attachments. Both gas agency and bank has given proof to me that they have linked the aadhaar number and the same I have attached here. Sir, I am a driver by profession and for the last 3 months I have not got my gas subsidy. please rectify the same as soon as possible.

                Hi I'm p.gireesh Nimkheda branch tharasa Nagpur. I'm completed my graduation in Hyderabad now in going to usa for masters I need 18lak of education loan but my branch manager doesn't reply to me what documents they need today in going to bank he tell me I will receive all documents but I didn't gives received from after I will cancle the loan. Plz take action his name is B.L meshram. Plz help me.

                  hello Sir/ Madam I am Mithlesh sharma account holder of ICICI Bank vide account number[protected]. I have swep my atm card on 15.06.2015 your yamunanagar branch, haryana. I have withdrwan 500 amount in our atm machine. But when i put amount afterthat your machine was hang and my amount can not be withdrawn. This amount is deduct in my account but i did not received it from ATM. I have complaint this matter for your manager but no body help me. So I request to you kindly do the needful.                       i visited bank of maharashtra (kasbe vani branch ) to enquire about education loan . butt when i asked to the manager he said that he cant speak about loan with me and he said to leave the bank. i need loan within a month cause within a month admission process is going to complete. also he refused to give loan. i with my parent visited him several times.

                        I am consumer of this bank from 15 years. My saving account no.[protected], bank deducted Rs.200/- for 4 months for maintaining minimum balance of Rs.1000/-, without any notice. Bank has changed rule for minimum balance of Rs.500/ to Rs.1000/- without any notice. It's duty of bank to inform customer before deduction from account.

                        Dear Sir/ Madam,

                        In consideration to above subject, I have account in Kalyani nagar branch ( MAHB0001223) Pune. as per Account number - [protected]
                        Due to some personal reason I was not used this account in last few days and no update about the minimum account balance that how many rupees have required to maintain.

                        In last week, when I was checked through mini statement of my account balance, it has been observed that amount has been deducted from account against the minimum account balance charges and my money has been deducted. This is unexpected like such transaction without information.

                        I was visited to branch about the above concern and deduction on 2nd Dec' 17 but they are not behave properly and not given the solution on the same.

                        Recently our honorable Prime minister has been announced the zero balance account (Jan Dhan Yojna) for all Citizens and specially I was expected that some soft behavior and concession for women have expected in this case.

                            Sir, My ATM card date is expired on 31.05.2015. However after several contacts at the branch I am not getting the card. Due to which I am facing great problem to withdraw money. I dont understand when you know the date of expiry why you dont send the cards to the Branch well in advance. This reveals your negligence & carelessness towards the customers. Hope I get the card immediately.

                              I had purchased the said policy from Bank of Maharashtra Patiala Branch in the year 2013 and it was subsequently renewed during the year 2014 after debiting my saving account by the same Branch. Now it is very strange to point out that ins pite of my repeated telephonic request as well as email reminder till date i have not received my relative cash less card along with the policy documents as one and half year time has already been elapsed.Here, again i fail to understand that haw a commercial Bank is giving such type lethargic services to their customer in this present competitive environment.
                              I had purchased the group Medical policy No 162201/48/13/41/00003669 Dated 22/10/2013 from Bank of Maharashtra Patiala Branch in the year 2013 and it was subsequently renewed during the year 2014 after debiting the premium amount from my saving account by the Branch.Now it is very strange to point out that ins pite of my repeated telephonic request as well as email reminders till today i have not received my respective cash less card along with the renewed policy documents as one and half year time has already been elapsed.                                     on 10/5/2015 i was withdrawing money from INDICASH ATM ID-TAAW0003. Rs. 4000 were deducted from acount but i did not received that. because ATM was low on cash. so i launch complaint but bank staff is not giving satisfactory answers. my amount is not credited yet.

                                      Hi, This is to bring to your notice that the staff pof Bank of Maharashra - Mulund east branch are arrogant & unprofessional Saturday 16th May 2015 I have been to your Mulund East branch -Mithagar Rd, Sachin Society, Patil Nagar, LIC Housing Colony, Mulund East Mumbai, Maharashtra I entered the bank at 9.03 am but the cashier was still not ready with cash as she was busy in arguing with other staff .Finally she gave me cash at 9.25 am even thought there was no Que at all. Then I went to other counter to inquire as I also wanted to deposit my cheque . Being unaware of the process I politely inquired the lady where she arrogantly answered me stating that I should be aware of basic things.When I Told the that I am bothering you but please help me she started arguing with me stating that I am insane . In today's world where customer is God your employees are being rude and arrogant Customer service is awareness of needs, problems and aspirations which this branch lacks Good services make difference If your employe argue among themselves in front of customers & then with with customers .How will we customers recommend your bank.                                       Bank of Maharashtra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have pension account with Bank of Maharashtra, Parnaka branch, Kalyan-West. I have attempt to pay Rs.399/- towards airtel-recharge through my debit card on 12 Feb.2020 but transaction was failed instantly. I had represented this online, many times but instead of refunding back my Rs.399/- to my said pension account, said bank go on asking me details of transaction no.[protected], even after four months passed.
