I have deposited a cheque for rs.6000/- drawn canara bank, burari branch, delhi on dated 04.08.16, i have received one sms from ban k this amount credited in my account. After few hour a have also one sms the amount debited in my account and few amount also debited my account. But canara bank manager say to me no cheque through clearing in our branch. When i go to bank of maharashtra, mukherjee nagar branch the cheque is return to me. No memo is enclosed with this cheque and no satisfied reason for dishonour this cheque.

    I visited bank of maharashtra wadgaon branch chandrapur for asking loan procedure but the branch manager talked very rudely he even didnt asked to sit and said we did not give any loan go and complain against him... So i have complained and i want the feedback because the manager did not have any talking sense with the customer. What kind of attitude does he have dont know he is only a branch manager not a prime minister

      Hi, i am complain bank of maharashtra bicholi road branch and kanadia road branch.

      My account have in bom (Bank of maharashtra) bicholi road branch and on data[protected] i had applied for transfer my account o kanadia road branch. The account was transferred online to kanadia road branch but an employee of the kanadia road branch told me that my account was not in the bicholi road branch, it is somewhere else.

      I don't know why they told me this things even i have passbook and proper address of bicholi road branch.

      After this i asked to bicholi road branch employee, he told me that my account was transferred to kanadia road branch after that i asked to transfer my cif also to kanadia road branch one time. Afte the when i was called to bicholi road branch then never response correctly and in proper way, they pull me in trouble. So finally i have decide to close my account on bom.

        Muje samaj mai nahi aa ra ku yah samsya kaha se aarahi to sir aap se please requst hai ki meri sammashya ka samadhan jaldi kare

          There is no atm service at all since last 2 month at ahmedabad, naranpura branch of this bank nor any where near other branches of this bank. i have to withdraw cash constantly from my account but thanks to this bank that i am paying extra-money only to take out my own cash. this bank only allows 5 free transactions from any other atm and sends text message that i should be able to do transactions through bank of maharastra for free transactions. but please fix your atm machines first. i also had my word with bank manager of naranpura branch last month regarding this issue but here we go today the atm machine is not working no where near where i live and i am compled to take out cash through other bank's atm. and all your staffs are not concerned about this issue as they have same answer from last few months "technical issues" and i am pretty sure that your staffs are not really sorry for this because it is "technical issue". i really do not understand that all the atm machines of every other banks are working except for this so called bank of maharastra. if this kind of service is continued quite soon i will be closing my account from this bank.

          Ps: don't dare to send me funny text message saying "kindly use nearest bom atm for cash withdrawal and save charges" because i have already kindly been to your bom atm but unfortunately your atm doesn't work at all since last few months.

            I am facing problem in login my internet banking. it shows 198 error on login. i had been contacting in my branch (sultanpur, up) for several times but they can not solve my problem. sir this to inform you that i need to pay my college fees and i need to pay much more then the fees as they are charging me for the late fees too. sir, please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                My account no is [protected] i have account in vidhyadhar nagar branch of maharastra bank since 1 feb 2016 bank change the minimum balance requirement from 1000 to 1500. bank didnt inform this by any way..i also have a sms alert facility but didnt get any msg from bank and they charge penalty for this from four months..even they didnt msg in 1st month after deducting the penalty this is clearly a fraud..i want my money back 137 rs deducted four times from my account...

                  My father is paralysed and bank officials visited my place for his signature on FDs for closure 2 months back. but since then i have not received my fathers money which i requested them to transfer on his name in another bank. they are not responding just saying we have to take our legal dept. opinion. Since last 2 months they are telling same reason .probably they are expecting money from me.Please help

                    This is very very disappointing things from such reliable and renowned bank which we are observing and experiencing. We are eagerly waiting for your action.
                    I Am opened this account in 2007 on zero balance deposit basis. Near about about approx maximum unnecessary deduction from my account 2007 to 2016. I am waiting for your solution on this complaint. We have to take necessary action. Make a decision on this as early as possible. This kind of attitude and nature nobody (client) will tolerate. We thought this bank is very much reliable.
                    Hopes for the best. Let us know your action and decision.

                      My complaint is given bellow which is already send by me to Bank Of Maharashtra, but no any reply and confirmation contact complete by same.
                      I want to attach more data but the size of data is more than 2MB, so I can't attach full detail with this mail.
                      Please check my bellow complaint against Bank Of Maharashtra, Mill Corner Branch, Aurangabad, 431001.


                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I have a account in your Maharashtra Bank, Mill Corner Branch, Aurangabad, 431001.

                      Name : Deepak Dattatray Nimbalkar.

                      Subject : Unnecessary Cheque Dishonored And Balance deduction of Rs. 688.00 /- without my mistake.

                      I request for cheque book on date 18-May-2016, my account was open on date 16-May-2016.

                      On my requirement I request for cheque book on date 18-May-2016 for argent work. Your employee inform me for argent requirement of cheque book you have to pay Rs. 200 /- for cheque book. And this 200 Rs. deducted from my account on same day.

                      As per your employee guideline I deposit Rs. 200 /- for cheque book immediately in my account [protected].

                      On same day I got a massage "As per your request for cheque book, Rs. 200 /- deduct from your account."
                      After that on next day I collect my cheque book because I want transfer some amount vie cheque from my account. But it's not possible because your bank working system is very slow.

                      In present my form of signature update which is submitted in you branch of Mill Corner Aurangabad, 431001 is not updated in your system.

                      On date 24-May-2016 my 1st cheque is dishonored because my Signature is not showing in your bank system.
                      Cheque No. 00856701

                      And you also know that It's not a my mistake.
                      I got a call on 24-May-2016 from your Bank Of Maharashtra Mumbai Branch. He inform me please visit to your Bank Of Maharashtra Branch and update your signature in system without this procedure we can't approved your check.
                      As per your request I fill up the form for signature update on same day that is 24-may-2016 in afternoon.
                      I give you 1 day for update my signature in your system.
                      On next day 25-May-2016 evening, I give my 2nd cheque (Cheque No.[protected] for the same of Rs. 51000 /-

                      But unfortunately last day I got a same massage once again. And my 2nd cheque is again dishonored without my mistake.

                      At this time you know about all thing about above issue.
                      And Rs. 688 /- is deduct from my account after my 1st cheque dishonored.
                      My 2nd cheque dishonored on last day that means agian my 688 Rs. deduct from my account without my mistake.

                      And please check my points,
                      When I complaint about my deduction without my mistake to Branch manager Of Mill Corner Branch Of Aurangabad. He give me answer like this.
                      1) It's not a bank mistake, it's your mistake.
                      2) Your money will not return which is deducted from account.
                      3) Our boy is not visit to branch from last 15 days because he don't work only for 10-15 documents scan procedure. (This answer is verry harass condition for me.)
                      4) Your ATM Machine is not working of Mill Corner Branch (Branch Code 260) Bank Of Maharashtra, Aurangabad, 431001.
                      That's why I check my bank balance detail using SBI Bank ATM.
                      5) Only 1 counter is working for all types for help. Other counter employee is on holiday, then who are work for
                      I do all types procedure to complete my work as per your requirement.
                      1) I fill up new account create form 100 % complete with signature.
                      2) I give you application for cheque book before 5 days and it's not updated in your system from last 5 days.
                      3) Your bank employee not update my signature update form in your system it's not my mistake.
                      4) Your bank employee depend on that person who work and attach the all types of form in your system after 15 days. This is very bad system.
                      5) My bank balance is Rs. 52, 500 /- and my cheque amount is Rs. 51, 000 then why my cheque bounce from you ?
                      6) Wrong account number printed on my cheque book.

                      Your bank branch manager give 0.25-0.50 Rs. for scan 1 document to that person who attach all 40-50 document with in one day but after period of 13-15 days at your Mill Corner Branch, Bank Of Maharashtra, Aurangabad.

                      Please check my all attachment carefully and resolve my this problem.
                      I want my money which deducted from you without my mistake, If you have little bit care about me then please refund me my money which is deducted by you from my bank account.
                      Otherwise I go to consumer forum and raise complaint about the above issue on you and your Branch of Mill Corner, Aurangabad, 431001.

                      I'm not satisfied with your service, staff and working system. With in only 12 day I have to raise complaint on your service. And this is very bad.

                      No any step for my help is taken by Bank Of Maharashtra. When I go to inform about my issue then manager told me it's not a bank mistake our office boy will not come for work from last 15 days, that's why the procedure of update my signature in Bank Of Maharashtra system it's not possible from last 10 days. With in 10 days my 2 cheque are travel aurangabad to mumbai and bounce because my signature is not updated in the system. Bank manager is not ready to get responsibility about the same issue. Bank manager give 0.5 Rs. for scan the all documents of Bank account holder. And this person visit after 13-15 days at this bank. Because he can't come daily at bank only for few rupees. This is very bad system of this bank.                           I, mrs. Monica lalit oswal, have a saving account in bank of maharashtra, aundh branch, pune. My account no. Is [protected]. Recently i have updated my passbook & going through it i have found some discrepancies / fraud transactions in my account on 17th & 19th jan 2016 which are not done by me. After contacting bank of maharashtra, aundh branch they said me that on 17/01/2016 there is an atm withdrawal of rs.20, 000/- at bank of maharashtra, kamshet branch & on the same date there are pos (Point of sales) purchases of rs. 25, 000/- at mayur jewellers, mumbai. On 19/01/2016 there are atm withdrawal of rs.1, 00, 000/- at different branches o[censored]daipur (Rajasthan) & pos purchases of rs20, 000/- at ajantha photo goods, udaipur. Total amount withdrawn / pos is rs. 1, 65, 000/-.
                          As per my knowledge i have not received any atm card till date. My message alert facility is active on this account. Yet i have not received any withdrawal message for the same. I would also like to bring to your knowledge that on 17/01/2016 i have received sms alert as “dear customer you have exhausted daily withdrawal limit for your debit card no. 4214_8232. You will not be able to withdraw for today.” the transactions done in my account is not applicable for the same & on the very next day on 19/01/2016 there was a withdrawal of rs.1, 00, 000/- in multiples of rs.10, 000/- my limit of withdrawal per day is rs.20, 000/- but on 19/01/2016 there is withdrawal of rs.1, 00, 000/-.
                          You are requested please, to enquire the matter in detail.

                                Myself kirankumar shirsath, (Account holder of bom nagapur branch
                                Mahb0000543 ) am using a rupay atm card reguleraly, last week during the failed transaction with bookmyshow.In my 260 rs got debeted by bank side, i complaint about that, but customer support team of bom is very poor an cheap, even emailing the complaint with soft-copy, i didn't get any reply, not even complaint number, ...And now 114.50 rupees are debited from my account without any couse, and representatives also not going to cooperate, ...Bank of maharashtra is very cheepo, cuts money without any cause, and they don, t have a word like refund in there dictionary...I wan my money back

                                  Fraud and negligence by bank of maharashtra ( https://www.facebook.com/bankofmaharashtra ) : today morning i got the mail that your account has been debited by rs 599 by xyz check no to payee bennett coleman co pu. But i haven't issued any such kind of check. It was mentioned in the mail that "if you observe any discrepancy on this transaction, you can contact us on our 24-hour customer care number" so, i called on no[protected] the person on other end said that sir account clearance is going on today we have a holiday in all our branches so, do the inquiry tomorrow in your local branch. I asked him a question that how the amount get debited without my knowledge he was just unanswerable and keep giving me some stupid reason. I don't know whether i'm going to get back my amount or not but i want to alert you all. This are just 600 rs tomorrow they might be 600000 and it might be someone else... For evidence please find the attached photo

                                  while i am doing online payment, shopping, recharge then system is saying your transcation is failed please contact to your bank.

                                    Hi team,

                                    This is to inform you that, i hold saving account in your bank since 5 years,

                                    I can see in my transactions, that there is unnecessary deduction of rs. 137 for two times.

                                    This was not known to us that now minimum balance we need to keep is 1500 in your bank.

                                    I need refund of 274 rs which was unnecessarily deducted by the bank
