I have taken the SBI internet banking Kit on 28.09.2013. Whenever I tried to login into my account with the kit's username and password it says invalid. My Bank's account number is [protected]. Branch is Delhi, C.R. Park IFSC code :SBIN0015281. The bank's assistant manager is very inefficient. I have called him several times. He is just following the old methods not accustomed with the updated internet options. These are very much humiliating I want to open a ppf account and previously they told me to shift my account from West Bengal IIT KGP's SBI to this branch but now they are reluctant to do it. I have submitted all necessary documents like Pan card, Local address proof, Adhar copy etc. The Branch assistant manager Mr. Balraj is really inefficient. I have asked him to verify from my Office my address and all but he is delaying. I really need a PPF account. Do take necessary actions ASAP. Thanks Ananya

    i tried to book one air ticket for hyd cochin flight for[protected] of spice jet flight...booking was not success due to nonpayment through debit card that is sbi debit card...then i cancelled the attempt...evening when i went to atm for cash with drawl the mini statement shows a deduction of 7426 that is the rate of air ticket...please look in to the matter...an early action in this regard will highly solicited atm details...sbi bherampur orissa branch...ac no [protected]...name of card holder santhosh patra -- jayshree

        Respected sir, I am a customer of sbi chhindwara. sir, my daughter got selection in B.E. through P.E.T. EXAM.she is studying in B.E. first year (ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING) in L N C T-BHOPAL. sir, we want education loan according to the education loan yojna of m.p.. we have filled the form for loan. But sbi manager mr.UMESH JAKHOTIYA is demanding some security. we are giving the property paper. Despite of he is not giving loan and demanding some money. we are unable to give money for his own use. We have submitted all papers according to the loan procedure.           Respected Sir/Madam, i am pay my shopping bill 900 Rs. on 5th aug 2013. i used my SBI debit card(domestic type) but fund is not deleverd and because of server problem recept is not print so the saller says it cant be happen so i give him 900 rs bill. but when i see my balance is debited from account. and when i say to shopper he says it not deleverd on his accout. so please refund me the desired amount...i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name POS PRCH POS[protected] G K COLLECTION INDORE deducted from my SBI account...([protected]) so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount Thanking you, Regards Dinesh patidar

            SBI, sector 7, Noida branch is not receiving cash without ATM and pin entry. Also, guard on the gate denies entry into the branch without ATM card even though I am an account holder with SBI.

            Why is ATM card and pin mandatory for depositing even small amount? And showing my debit card to a guard is very "shocking" to me from security perspective.

            On writing to customer care of SBI (at [protected]@sbi.co.in), the response after a few mail exchanges that i get is that they "do not undertake the activity of green channel counter". And they are asking me to contact my Home branch.
            Are branches designated "green channel branches"? Even if they are green channel branch do they hold authority to restrict my entry into the branch to access "MY ACCOUNT".

            Being a senior, a pensioned citizen the hassles in accessing "my account" and "my money" is putting me into financial problems.

            Even I worked as a government employee all my life, but the un-cooperative behavior, mistreatment at the branch gates and not even letting me into the branch to speak to the manager without a debit card has put me through a lot of mental agony.

            I am tired of running around and complaining. Please help resolve this as I am not in a physical state to run around desks to get this resolved.

            We all have faced this with Sector 7 Noida branch. Guard denies entry. even when I visited the branch for getting a bank account opening form I was not allowed to enter.
            The branch operates privately at rules never seen in any of the SBI branches.
            extremely poor service all account holders are fed up with this SBI branch. whenever I go to deposit cheques in my account I am told by cashier to go to any other branch and deposit cheques there, as their machine in which cheques are scanned is not working. This standard reply is given for the last 1 year.
            This way this SBI branch manages to reduce its work load as majority of customers have opened current accounts in other banks and don't use this bank, Imagine if there is no balance in my accounts then I will not go to branch to withdraw cash. So work load is less and you get spare time to gossip and enjoy your tea at expenses of their inefficiency.
            Some people asked me in SBI Sector 7 Noida Premises whether this is real SBI branch, as name is sector 7 branch but it is located in sector 1 Noida..

              Dear Sir, KIndly note that Prabhakar and team ([protected],[protected] and[protected] called every day in the month of apr and may'13 for free gifts, which I usually delay it or otherwise say NO for one montth I never used the card since 2009 which i used for flight travel and not at all used since then. I was called they called me and informed they are calling from SBI stating its free reward points for me. Though I questioned that I never used the card then how can they be giving me the free reward point. They (Prabhakar and team) insisted that its free gift only and said all the discussion is recorded for future use too. Based on that committment of free reward point and I m not needed to pay anything, I said OK. They said that I shall be getting a code which I should repeat in an IVR and also say "YES" only as recommended by them. They would have called me personally an hundred times and said they can be reached at any point in time. When I asked what gift will I be getting, they mentioned shoe will be the gift, which i rejected stating I m a PSU employee and have shoes from the department. Also since I m a heart patient, I dont need the shoe. Later, they asked for the allternate, for which I preferred mobile cell. But I was shocked to see the huge bill in May'13 which had 6399 transactions coupled with others totally 11000+. Later after regular followups they cancelled other except this 6399, which I raised in earlier dispute forum. My submission is that I never used any of the options or rquirements, its only they called me and said free gift. Now a days i m getting interest on the amount pending as per my below statement. 7917.58 - Jul'13 Statement 8873.52 - Aug'13 Statement Pl reverse the transaction as I dont want your shoe and also cancel all transactions as well as card itself. I m 58 years old and disturbing me at this age is not wise. Also I m a heart patient and has been undergoing huge trauma becasue of this . Pl consider this and resolve asap. Pl reach me at my mobile [protected]., as i will not see the mails often and not a regular user too. Recently Naveen[protected] called and promised for reversal but nothing happend. All the people of SBI call me and give confirmation that the same will be reversed but nothing has been done till last three months and the pendalty is geting increased. THanks Thiruvengadam P

                  I've been customer to SBI and hold S/B and Max Gain Home Loan Accounts. I've been facing issue to get an ATM card and Internet Banking Facility for my Max Gain Home Loan Account nearly 1 year, but didn't succeed. My S/B account was earlier at AED Nagarabhavi (SBIN0009050). Once I got the home loan from AED branch, I moved into my new home near Nagadevenahalli. As a result I moved my S/B account to Nagadevanahalli Branch (SBIN0013441). In the meanwhile, I made several request with the AED Branch Manager to give me a ATM card and Internet Banking Facility but it was denied. The reason they quoted to me was - You move back your S/B account to our AED branch from Nagadevanahalli Branch. There could be issue with CIF account, but what I heard was that they could atleast provided me with an internet banking facility for my Max Gain Account. this would have helped me to move any funds parked at Max Gain account to my S/B account whenever needed. AED Branch is too far from my new home, and logically it makes sense to move my home loan account to Nagadevanahalli Branch itself. And the manager even denied to shift my home loan account to Nagadevanahalli Branch either. So, essential, to draw money from my Max Gain Account, I'd to apply leave to my work and personally visit the AED branch. This has caused lot of problems for me. My repeated request with the customer care/RACPC cell/Mumbai SBI offices didn't payed up any dividends and no one tried to help me out and provide me with the facility which I deserve to have. In the proof attached we can see that the AED banks response to my request of ATM/Internet Banking. 1. They are only talking about ATM card request for Max Gain / Why didn't they mentioned about Internet Banking Facility (IBF)request ? 2. They are talking about CIF issue for issue of ATM - Why didn't they provide the ATM card/IBF when both S/B and Max Gain account were maintained at AED Branch ? 3. They are talking about the new circular issue in April 2013 and citing reason that they won't issue ATM card for any max gain account now. My request was pending with them for nearly an year. Because of their lapse, I missed my ATM card facility for Max Gain account.

                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                      Due to some dispute i haven't paid SBI dues, in may 2013 i have asked SBI what is my till date outstanding, an executive Mr. Arvind Verma Called my from recovery department.

                      Mr Arvind Verma gives me 2 options to pay 1

                      1. 1000/- as settlement amount and
                      2. 19792/- as a full outstanding with cibil clearance letter

                      I asked him Can i restart this card, he told me your card cann't be restart you can get fresh card but i have to take approval from SBI Card, I Said okay just take approval and let me know the status in evening.

                      In evening Mr. Arvind Verma called me and said congrats sir your application for card reinstatement and CIBIL clearance has been approved you have to pay Rs. 19792/-, provide us these documents for your new credit card (Pan Card, Voter ID Card, other Credit Card Statement, Front Copy of Credit Card and 2 photographs) I said okay send your executive at my residence address.

                      Next day i had issued a cheque of Rs. 19792/- to SBI and provide all documents to executive,

                      Executive provided me 2 letters, CIBIl Clearance and Card Reinstatement Ref No. [protected]

                      After few days I had applied for a SBI Card, I received a message that your card application has been rejected due to your previous card status.

                      After few month i have generate my CIBIL report,

                      SBI has updated I have settled their amount. I called customer care to know what the hell issue behind that they told me It's true your account showing settlement,

                      I mailed their Nodal desk, Customer Head and CEO as well regarding this concern.

                      following are the emails details-

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      My Card Account No. is #[protected] on 15-May-2013 I have paid SBI Card total outstanding of Rs. 19792/- by Cheque approached by Arvind Verma one of recovery agent in SBI Card Department, I asked him for both option settlement and full and final outstanding.

                      He suggest me to pay total outstanding because according to total outstanding SBI will provide me CIBIL Clearance letter (It means my cibil will be clear within 45 days and your score will be positive), Card Reinstatement Letter(It means SBI will be provide a fresh card to me because my previous card could not be reactivate).

                      I said okay how can I apply for a new card, He told me you have to provide your documents with cheque like (A Cheque of Rs. 19792/-, 2 Photographs, Pan Card, Running HDFC Bank Credit Card Statement and Front copy of the Credit Card).

                      Next day an executive come to residence and collected all documents from me and provided me the hard copy of both letter CIBIL Clearance and Card Reinstatement Signature by Mr. Bheem.

                      I asked Arvind Verma to provide me both documents on my registered email address also; He told me I will provide you the same.

                      Following are the main Concern

                      1. CIBIL Status: I generated my CIBIL Report on 2nd-August-2013 According to CIBIL Record SBI has update that amount has been written off Settled May Know why you have done this great thing?? And who is the responsible person there, and what is your action against him?? And how much time you will take to update true into the CIBIL Report??

                      2. Reinstatement Letter: Should I know the tracking process of SBI Cards, Can you track that really Mr. Arvind Verma taken approval of Reinstatement letter or he just created fraud letter from his end. If it’s genuine why you are creating problems and if it’s just fraud than what is your action against this fraud activity.

                      3. Delay: On 17th-Jul-2013 I have asked customer care head to provide me the both letter CIBIL Clearance and Reinstatement on my registered email id ws.[protected]@gmail.com I received a call from SBI Card she told me that both letter will be received within 15 Days, I Think 15 Days is over now I haven’t received any letter from your side.

                      4. Miss-commitments: Why SBI executives giving miss commitments again or again and what is the SBI Action against them.

                      2-3 years ago i got a SBI card with one time charges of Rs 499.00.due to some miss communication i stop to used SBI card.but they do not decline my card.
                      I have HDFC credit card with 6 lac limit but due to some good option i tried to use SBI card again.but their customer care executive told me that i have outstanding of Rs 1900.00.
                      This is not at all due to any purchase, this is just interest*interest*interest*interest on CHARGES(Rs 499).
                      Actually now at the moment i don't remember any communication regarding close my account.
                      now i just want to tell them IF I HAVE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOU, YOU JUST TELL ME I WILL PAY YOU.
                      but if you will charges me like LALA i will never pay you any fraud amount.
                      i am trying to make new &amp; good relation with SBI, but they are trying to make me fool.
                      I am telling all you people that never go with SBI card, you can go with HDFC credit card.it is far better than SBI facility.

                      Sir, again i want to tell you, if you can sort out the same issue then please take some action ASAP, if you can provide me new credit card then it's very happy for me.

                        I went to STATE BANK OF INDIA SECTOR 17 PANCHKULA depositing Rs.17,000- in cash in my mother account which is maintained at S.B.I sector , 37 Chandigarh.I had mentioned my PAN No. in the slip also but the Staff at the
                        cash counter refused to accept the same and I was directed to send NEFT from my bank.

                        When all branches are computerized and interlink and the amount is also small why the person at the counter refused to accept the payment. He also advised me to get Green card for which I have to produce Identity Proof and Photo. How it is possible that every man should carry always with him Identity proof and photos.

                        Please look into the matter so that no one should suffer in future for cash transfer of such amount.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I would like to launch a complaint regarding my unsuccessful ATM Withdrawal Transaction Occurred On 9th of Sept 2013 done from my SBI ATM Cum Debit Card and still till date i haven't received failed transaction amount in my bank account. On top of that there is no customer support from any sbi customer care department, i almost contacted every nearest sbi branch near to me but no help and no cooperation from their side, neither any of the contact numbers are working for sbi customer care. I would like to ask if this kind of service is acceptable from India's largest bank. As the SBI is growing to its peak they forgot the meaning of Customer Service and also forgotten the value of hard earned customer's money.
                          Sir, Please take necessary action regarding the same because its already 15 days gone and still no hope of refund of my failed transaction amount.

                          Transaction Done @ Noida Sector 52 FROM Indusind Bank ATM, ATM ID : SW027601 This ATM Machine was out of receipt at that time so unable to get Txn Id for my transaction.
                          Complaint Status : NO ONE FROM SBI IS LISTENING AND EVEN LAUNCHING MY COMPLAINT SINCE THE DATE OF THAT FAILURE TRANSACTION AND NO RESPONSE FROM SBI CUSTOMER CARE AFTER CONTACTING THEM 100'S OF TIME THEY ARE SAYING THERE IS SOME TECHNICAL ISSUE SINCE 9TH SEPTEMBER REPEATEDLY .

                            i am ritendranath choudhury, my card no is [protected], it is long process, last 6+ month i will trouble with this card, if you see the all previous records you will see all history of this card, last statues is 150 Rs is minimum due, if i pay this 150 Rs be four 25913 the card will activated, as per your customer care executives reference, my payment statusis, bank of boroda's cheque, kharagpur branch,chq no- 010017, dated 19913, debited on 20913, but still my card is blocked, please kindly stop this card and i want to hand over this card because your very poor service,please close this A/C or card,

                                Most humbly and respectfully I just want to bring to your notice that I am suffering from last 1 year due to some wrong transaction done on 18th july 2012. So requesting you to please look into the matter as I have lost my hope from local branch . As every time I have been misguided by them. On 18th july 2012 I tried to do some transaction at state bank of Patiala ATM at bakarganj,patna,bihar. But as the system was too slow, I tried for 2-3 times but every time it ended as not responding. Later I came to know that my account has been deducted by 20,000. I lodged a complaint on very next day at SBI combined Building Branch,Jamtara,Jharkhand. And then my struggle started. As I know it is too late to complain but what will I do? I tried my best, I regularly followed up for three months. but all went in vain. In the beginning they were saying that you will be received your money within one month but later on they changed and start saying that there is no excess amount for that particular date. When I asked them to show the CCTV footage for that particular day they start asking money. So now I am really helpless and seeing your intervention as my last hope. I have complained many time and you can find the details in below attached mail. Please take necessary action as per your convention.                                     Dear Sir/Madam , I am Vinod Kumar Bhardwaj s/o Lokesh Kumar Bhardwaj, residence of D/104 DDA Flat Pocket 3 Bindapur New Delhi 110058. I had a credit card of S.B.I Bank. Credit Card No. is- [protected]. This Card was against on my fixed Deposit (FD). My FD No. is-[protected], the FD is book on my S.B.I Bank A/C. My S.B.I bank A/C No. is [protected]. Total FD amount is 1, 91,000.00 and credit card limit is 1,71,000.00. Now my card is closed and I have made all due payment to the bank now my card is closed and no due amount in my card. but the SBI CARD did not release my FD and still lean on my FD.
                                    FD issue date is[protected] and FD maturity date is[protected].sir I am trying to break my FD since last 1 year.

                                    I Got a Mail SBI CARD Customer Service Desk And Nodal Officers Also They Said That We Are Enable to Remove Line On Your Fixed Deposit , What is the Reason why SBI card team not remove lien on my fixed Deposit. This Is MY Fixed Deposit , My Account , And My Money And SBI card officers told me that we are enable to remove line on your deposit , that's the way of work SBI CARD . SBI card team harassing to me , i am not using SBI card service last 2 years. my card all dues are clear , I need my money back , i am facing some financial problems but SBI CARD team not able to remove line on my fixed deposit . Can You Tell Me What to do now , I have sent many mails to SBI CARD team but They are not resolving my problem. i requested to you please take necessary action against SBI CARD team and resolve my problem.
