    SBI — Delay in issue

    Against the application for Visa ATM Card, SBI informed that the card was despatched on 04-08=2013 but New Delhi-110006 GPO said that the card was booked on[protected]. Nevertheless the article has not yet reached Chennai as pr localP.O. Would the authorities locate the article and deliver to the addressee.

    SBI — INCREASE IN EMI OF HOUSING LOAN

    Sir, my Housing loan account number - [protected] and my current EMI is 4550/- rupees. It may kindly be incresed to 6200/-. My saving ac no.- [protected] from which EMI has to be deducted w.e.f 30 Dec 12. Sir, please take the necessary action as soon as possible.
    Sir, I Narendra Chaudhary has taken the Housing loan from SBI and my account number - [protected] and my current EMI is 4550/- rupees. It may kindly be increased to 6200/-.     In my last complaint I mentioned that SBI charged me over limit fees in two months i.e in SEPTEMBER AND NOVEMBER.

    SBI — journal number error

    sir i paid rs 100 for panchayat secretary exam fee in sbi bank. at the time of online form filling it is asking 9 digit journal number but journal number given to me in my challan has only 8 digits. my challan number is [protected]. what should i do now?

    I have have done online payment and get journal number to apply for vro post but when entering that journal number it getting error as journal number is wrong and check the journal number and date or consult to ap online center where you are paid

        Good Afternoon!

        I am Rajeev Kumar Living at Baraut Dist. Baghpat (U.P) working as a software engineer at Hyderabad. I wanted to open SBI saving Account in Baraut branch, for which I went at SBI Baraut Branch at 2:00 PM on 26th Nov 2013, I took Account open form from one of the staff members. He gave me only half the form, after filling that form when I tried submitting the form one of the staff member (Name; Rajendra) told me that the form is not complete and threw the form on my face. On Being asked about this behaviour his reply was ”I will do whatever I want and you can’t do anything”.

        After that we received another form from another employee after completely filling the form when we submitted it to that employee(Name ;Rajendra), He said that He will not accept this form and come tomorrow and threw the form again at my face, the time was the 3:30 P.m.

        I don’t think so this kind of behaviour should be entertained, especially in SBI. I want you to take immediate action against such kind of behaviour. also I would request you please let me know how I can get SBI Account now as I came at my home only for 5 Days.

        Hi Rajeev,

        I have faced somewhat similar kind of problem in a SBI branch of a posh locality in Delhi.
        SBI has its headquaters in Mumbai, and the senior most officer for complaints is the DGM, Customer Care who sits there only. He handles all kinds of complaints of every nature of whole of India. The treatment which you have experienced calls for harsh actions against that employee(s) which includes immediate suspension and stoppage of retirement benefits. So in order to get you grievance resolved you need to file/register a written complaint directly to the DGM Customer Care in Mumbai. You may also email your complaint to his official email Id. These days electronic communication is considered at par with written communication. And after registering/filing/emailing the complaint dont expect them (SBI) that they will keep you informed about the complaint. You have to than ask about the action taken and the present status of the complaint through R.T.I querries. But if you do this the bank (SBI) will have no other option but to prosecute and punish their employees as per the policies and rules of the bank. My experience is that initially bank tries to save/cover-up their employees. One has to be firm and determined to make the erring employee(s) pay for their deeds.               I had issued Chq No.000001 amt Rs.10000/- on 20th October 2013 from my HDFC Bank Bopal Branch Ahmedabad A/c. No. [protected] to be deposited in my SBI A/c. No. [protected] with Mithakali Branch, Ahmedabad. The said cheque has been debited from my HDFC A/c [protected] on 21st October 2013 (attached statement for your reference) hence I did not bother to check my SBI statement whether credit has been reflected in my account or not. But last week say on 21st November 2013 when I was going through my statement of SBI, I noticed that the said cheque has been dishonoured with remarks “insufficient fund”. Also I was levied with cheque return charges on 21st October 2013 for non clearance Rs.102/- (attached statement herewith for your reference) I immediately rushed to the SBI Branch Mithakali and met the Branch Manager and apprised him of the above facts along with the statement of hdfc where it clearly reflects debit of Rs.10000/- on 21st October 2013. The Branch Manager is of the opinion that the clearing department is responsible for this for which he is following up. So he told me to wait for 3-4 days and that the matter will be taken care of. It is almost a week and till today I have not got credit of Rs.10000/- in my SBI account. My money which has already been debited and credit has not been reflected even after a month. I don’t understand how such a mistake did not come to light till date by SBI bank? Along with the credit of Rs.10000/- my credibility is shaken by showing dishonor of cheque which is actually mistake on the part of clearance dept for which they have charged me Rs. 102/- In fact they are responsible for paying interest to me for this gap period for which they have not given credit to my account. It is also really shameful to say that such financial issues which should not take more than 3 days to get resolved in today’s techno savvy world, the SBI Bank official is not able to give me any convincing answer and/or clearcut picture on this issue. The Bank Manager says that the clearing department is not responding which is really a disgusting answer. Hence I request you to please take look into this matter urgently.

                Dear Sir, My Name is T.N.Blessin, I am a SBI credit card user since February 2012, My Card no. is [protected]. I have taken an encash loan of Rs.3, 03, 000. for 46 months and I have taken this loan by October 2012 and I have paid 11 emi at the rate of Rs.9860/per month. This 11th month falled in my September month bill and I have paid fully. My statement date is 15th of every month. So before October 15th I called up the SBI customer care and asked to close my encash loan. For the balance 37 EMI, the principle amount pending in my card is 256444.51 for that 3% foreclosure charges is 7693.34, service tax 12.36% for the foreclosure charges is 950.9. So adding all these it comes 2, 65, 089. I have taken a Jewel Loan and paid the following amounts. The reason for 5 days delay after the first payment is due to the diwali festival and bank holiday. 12/[protected]HDFC online) 17/[protected]SBI online) 17/[protected]HDFC online) 17/[protected]Dropped a cheque) Total - 2, 65, 088. And since the payment crossed the statement generation date. You have generated the 12th month EMI and an amount of Rs.4749 is been shown extra in the October month Statement. I have been writing to your SBI customer care and nodal officer since September month end and still they haven't listen to my concern. They keep on sending me a mail stating that they have charged correctly and I have to make the payment. Now the November month statement is also been generated with an interest on the interest as Rs.5696. Am I done a wrong thing using your credit card?. In anyway have I tried to cheat you?. Then why you are pressurizing me with the extra interest on me without considering customers issues and after I have paid the entire amount without any dues. After all my mails for the 2 months follow up. I got a reply stating that, you can not reach me and you are cancelling my CARD and asked me to make the payment. For your kind information, I will not switched off my mobile any time nor my mobile will go to not-reachable state. Is this all about customer care. Please dont say that you care for customer. There is no care for customers. You all work as a machine. Where the frauds can make use of you to the most not the genuine customers. If you can do me a favor please activate my card and cancel the available outstanding of Rs.5696, which is nothing but the interest which is been levied on my card. Regards, T.N.                     sir, my name is kiran. i registered my sbi visa debit card for vbv secure password long ago. recently online transactions through my card stopped working. when i tried to login in vbv it says "your card has been blocked by acs and will automatically unblocked at midnight." after two days it says my login password is wrong. when i clicked forgot password link it asked my card number, but when i typed my card number it says"your card already registered with vbv, please use forgot password link to change it". it's like never ending loop. also the registering page asks OTP with out any instructions on how to get it. this is completely unacceptable. fix this fast.!!!

Yesterday I have received a call @ 1.30 P.M from No-[protected] and +[protected]. He told me that I am calling from SBI Customer care Centre he told me why you have wrote a mail to SBI Customer care and please tell me what is your problem? I told him that some credit amount lying in my name against my SBI Credit Card, he told me that your card is already deactivated so if you have any another credit card give that number so that I can credit the same to your account, that time I told him that I have a HDFC Credit card, that time he told me please give me the credit card no I will credit your amount, I told him my credit card number. After that automatically 4 times debit has been came to my card Rs.6352, Rs.18470, Rs.4972 and Rs.1000 @ 1.43 P.M to 4.30 P.M. BUT IN DATED 24/09/13, RS 5708.89 DEBIT IN MY ACCOUNT. I CONSULT THE SBI MANAGER ABOUT THIS TRANSACTION. HE TOLD ME ANY pERSON USED YOUR SBI CREDIT CARD. BUT I HAVE NO ANY CREDIT CARD.                           Today I have received a call from your Customer care Centre @ 1.30 p.m from Tele no[protected], he told me what is your problem I told him that I have some credit balance in your card he told me that your card is locked so give me another Card no that time I have given him HDFC Bank credit card no.After that four debit has been came to card Rs.6352, Rs, 18470 Rs.4972 and Rs.1000 from 1.43 P.M to 3.43 P.M I have identify the number that it was Airtel Mobile service from Gujrat. So this is my humble request that please stop this type of fraud immediately and tell HDFC Bnak not to pay. Tomorrow I will go to the local Police station to FIR.                             Myself Nirmalya Goswami I am the holder of S.B.I Credit card last three month they are deactivate my card but still today they are not paid me my excess amount which I have already paid to them. I have mail to them Ms. rashmi Gupta but no answer has not came to me till today. Last Saturday also I have logged a Compain against them but they are not bother so please see my matter very carefully and send my amount with Interst immediately other wise I will go tothe police station with Statement.                               Housing loan SLOP charges after 5 years?

                                My father Mr. J PradhanEx-serviceman has expired on September 2008, he was getting family pension through SBI, Nagaon, branch. After his death my mother G.                                 My Father was getting pension without any delay from SBI till his Death 13 Oct 2007,
                                Butd after his death on 13 0ct 2007 we submitted all the documents/ Files to Transfer His pension in to family pension in the name of my mother Ms.Saramma Abraham SBI a/c - [protected] with same Branch BANSWARA RAJASTHAN 327001,

                                so we Submitted all the Files /Documents and So the SBI Banswara Branch and the same branch also Dispatch the File to DELHI CPPC Cell Chandani Chowk Submitted that on 13/01/09, still pending ?

                                so sir pls do the Need full urgently,

                                We are trying to this procedure not from 13/01/09 but from the 2007 so we know that govt work will take time but i regret to say the SBI and CRPF DELHI BIKAJI CAMAPLACE are delayed[protected] Dec ) and Further delayed from SBI BANSWARA and Delhi Branch, (Jan 09 till March ) there is no Coordination within the Organisation and there is no Feed back to Customer/ Family person,

                                My father (Late Sub Maj Sabal Singh) expired on 14th Aug 08. My Mother have submited all the documents along with his death certificate to SBI Bank Garur, Distt. Bageshwer, Uttranchal in the month of Feb 09. They forwarded the papers for process of family pension on 24th Feb 09 thru file no 974 to pension cell, Chandni chowk.                                 This is regarding pension account no. 1750 ( PF index no. 0571237) of SBI. The credit of pension is irregular since Jan'12. I did not receive pension for six months i.e. from Jan'12 to June'12. After lot of persuasions with the branch, 50% arrears was credited in July'12. Pension for July'12 was credited on due date i.e.27th july. Again pension for august'12 has not come. Therefore as on date, pension amount for four months is pending.
                                Personal visits to the branch have not yielded positive results except assurances. I am a widow aged 73 years( wife of Late Sh. L.N.Goel retired from SBI) who is totally dependent on pension amount. I am having my savings account for deposit of pension, in SBI kavinagar branch at Ghaziabad ( branch code 3279).
                                I would request that matter may kindly be looked into at the earliest for regular credit of pension in my account on due date every month.

                                  State Bank of India Branch Code-12681 not providing Internet Banking service for my account. In past days it provide INB service for account but later my user id and password are corrupted so i took a new INB kit they activated it but it is not working i consulted to B.Vara Prasad, branch Manager(Administration) not responding to my problem and he said that INB Service is not accepting to your account please take some responsibility for this problem and made me problem free of INB service and the service
