Dear Sir,
I forget my SBI ATM card in the AXIS Bank ATM centre. When I contact that security he told , the people who used to deposit money will take the card with them. My account is in chennai and presently I am in hyderabad. so it is difficult for me to go to the branch where I took the account. Still I have some money in the account.

So please block my old card and issue the new one.

STATE BANK OF INDIA/ ATM CARD — LOST ATM CARD

sir, i had opened my account in KARANATAKA Dist:-BELGAUM CHIKODI more than 3 months ago.they have taken the details of mine for the ATM on the time of opening my account.I HAVE LOST MY ATM card .so plese accept my request and solve my problem pls lock the card first.

State Bank of India — non issue of ATM card

I had applied for an ATM card for my single accoumt at SBI Mandi Branch at Mainpuri (U.P.-205001), as well as a joint account with my wife in the month of december 2008.

After the banks officials assurance i waited for five months but did not recieve the cards. The manager suggested me to file another application and i did. I have not recieved the cards till date and I've been asked to file yet another appliation for the same.

Dear Sir,
Presently, I am residing at Singapore. I am having the NRE account ([protected]) in SBI, Oddanchatram Branch (09588). I request the concerned branch to Issue an International Debit Card (SBI Gold International Debit Card), regarding this Issue, I contacted the local LHO Chennai as well Chairman office, they generated the card for my name and account and dispatched to some one else (The card having name and account number is mine and rest of the details are someone else). Regarding this issue, I went to concerned branch office and explained them, they accept and agreed me to block that fraudent card and issue the new card. After getting the assurance, I left India. Now, I contacted for the same, they are telling you should accept the card...So, kindly help me in this regard...
I was so tired to send replies to the officials, still, they are not able to understand my problem and I never seen such a work service providing bank in my life...

SBI Chennai — debit card

i had went to a jewelery shop and purchased for rs 20000 i used my debit card of sbi , actually they swipe my card it become declined and no paper copy came then i gave cash of rs 20000 and i came of after one week i went to the bank to see my balance there the 20000 is deducted i asked the bank manager regarding this issue he told u must approach the shop , i took my pass book and i went to the shop there they told the amount was not credited to their account and also they gave me the accont statement of that day and they gave me a letter consisting that the amont was not credited in their account, after that i took the letter and statement went to the bank but the manager was not answering properly he is telling to wait for 45 days and also this issue must be done in mumbai i need help how i can come across this problem kindly help me thank u

I am Deepak Sharma have a SBI card from Jan 2010 when SBI sell me the card they told me that we are providing you a card with 10000 rs credit limit but you have to make a FD of against that credit limit first and you will pay that amount by 900 rs per month installment & your card will activate after 3 month. i was paying my installment as per the credit card statement one or two time i am late to pay my installment by some reason but the SBI charged penalty for that and i was pay the penalty. till now i am purchased nothing from this card and SBI deactivate my card and say your card will not activate at any condition as per policy and no reason for that but as per my side i feel that they are selling me a FD and also charged int. from me please give a right opinion to this matter i want to reactivate my same card

they will ask for your personal details and they will give complaint lodged no... WIth this number your can't get another card ..

    On Date 7 th June 2013 i Had purchased an item through Card Payment and my account was Debited Twice Transactions Id[protected]&[protected] out of which One Transactions was Failed but the amount was Deducted. I Had Registered a Complain on Date 15 June 2013 and ticket no was G[protected] & on date 24 June 2013 i got the replied that ur complain has been attended and closed after resolution,but still after 2 Month i didn't recieved my amount.     I am issued a cheque in favor of x. amounting R.16,000/- after three day I receive a message from my bank your cheque is dishonor. But in x A/c amount credited. Same day amount debited in X A/c . next day my bank was reflected cheque again in X a/c same thing happen. Third time my bank tried again on X A/c this time XA/c credited 16000/-Now x A/c Holder withdraw the amount on after 3 Day. My bank not debited Rs16000/-. Bank Employers told my x A/c holder you submit the amount. Because its my Mistake .

    I am not using my ATM card in anywhere except for for withdrawl of my money from ATM but when i check my bank statement yeaterday , i found that from dated 11.12.11 , some amount is deducting from my bank account over a time of inetrval under CCAVENUES.PLEASE CHECK IMMEDIATELY otherwise i will take action at my end.Reply on mail [protected]@rediffmail.com

    this is inform you that this is Bhirgunath prajapati having A/c in SBI,
    I have saving A/C no.[protected] this . I had open my ac in up. ia coming in mumbai with my debit card.
    I doing transaction in Mumbai Sakinaka i had done transaction on 03/03/2012 in bank of baroda, punjab national bank, HDFC bank and ING vysya.and doing another transaction on 04/03/2012 in axis bank. I doing each transaction for Rs 10000 in each bank ATM. but at that time I dosnot got money from ATM. I got error from each ATM unable transaction and come out shlip . when I check my A/C in nashik I got 50000 debited from my SBI A/C.

      Hi,

      I went to this SBI Branch to open a PPF account on 10th August, 2013 (Saturday), the person in the Govt./Pension counter(some Mr. Rao) asked me to come down on Monday(12th August, 2013). He just asked me to bring a address proof document and an identity proof document. I went to the bank on Wednesday(13th August, 2013) with the required documents, on that day even he could not process my request and he asked me to bring a witness(he didn't tell me the other day to bring a witness and only asked me to bring the documents). He asked me to come down in the second half the next day. So, the next day I went to the bank with the required documents and a witness. I filled up the form and verified the same from him. That guy verified the form and told me that everything in the form is Ok and asked me to come down on Saturday(17th August, 2013) and collect the passbook. Now, when I went to collect my passbook today(17th August, 2013) that guy told me that there was some mistake on my part in filling up the form and I have to bring the witness and fill up the form once again. How can he tell me that there's some mistake in my form after he himself reviewed the form and told me that everything is filled up fine?

      So, for opening a simple PPF account I already have visited the bank 4 times and the account is yet to be opened. I am very much disappointed with SBI's service.

        Sir, I am Ex Indian Air Force, Name: Ram Singh, ( Group-X, Photo Fiter) No. 761527-B, retired on 30/11/2012 with pension. My PPO No. is 08/14/B/14600/2012 and Pension Account No. is [protected] in SBI Ghosi City , Mau (UP) code No 12475. My PPO was released on 10 Jan 2013 by JT CDA (AF). After submitting the all necessary documents to my Branch, my pension has not yet started nor I got my other pensionary benefits

        It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter so that my pension can be stated and other pensionayy benefits released to me . It is leading to huge financial loss to me. The reply may be sent to my Email id - [protected]@yahoo.com

        State Bank of India — not getting my pension

        sir /mam.
        i am a pensioner in state bank of india kateya branch .gopal ganj .bihar.
        i was getting pension since last 6 years but since last 1 year i am not getting my pension .
        when i contacted bank they told me that during putting data in computer they put wrong account no.
        so my pension is going in other person's account .
        i did everything they told me to do but still no improvement.
        what should i do now ?
        i am hopeless.

          This is for your information that our nearby SBI branch denied to open a new savings bank account with SBI. The reason for rejection what they telling is they have got many application for opening a new savings bank account .so they accepting applications only from ward no:17 & 8 only. so please do the needful and help me to open new SB account with SBI.

          Sir, I Mr.Mahesh kumar, i went to State bank of India on 21st,january 2011 for opening an account..I asked for the account opening application form but they told me that today we don't take any new account applications you come on saturday. Again i went on saturday they told me, today the concerned person did't come so you will come on monday. But monday also repeated the same thing. they said come on tuesday. I said this is not the correct sir i will complaint to the higher officer, but they said do whatever you want..

          Sir, please take proper action.

              I had mail to SBI credit cards many times for asking the calculation against the Interest charged in the bill, but they are sending me the rates and other things....

              some of the issues i am facing with SBI cards
              1) IN news paper there were advertisment that if we purcahse the apple phone by using the SBI cards than no interest or procssing fees will be charged, so i had purchase the mobile phone from apple and coverted into EMI but the SBI bank had charged me intrest and procssing fees both and when I had inquired than SBI spocs told me we don't have the approval on the same.

              2) they charged the intrest on unbilled amount also which was not told at the time of taking the SBI cards. (HDFC credit card is good than SBI i am using this from last 4 years and SBI i had used last 6 months).

              3) They don;t have phone no so that we can talk with executive directly, you can only mail it.

              My request is that please look into and provide me the solutions.

              SBI Credit Card — wrong collection of interest amount

              An amount of Rs 30, 000/- was deposited in my credit card account with out giving me ant access to with draw the same. But every month they are charging and collecting with out fail the interest amount.

              HI,

              I had Credit card of SBI since 2007 card no[protected], i had been using this card and regular payments has been made in lie of purchase infact before the Due date. But Last year i had been sent an adive by SBI credit card Department that there is a Renewal charges of such card, i was not aware of the any such renewal charges infact the sales representative has never informed about the same. Since then they have been charging interest on the renewal charges. Irrespective of my continous followup for reversal of Renewal charges they have not done anything about the same.

              I am been harrased by SBI Credit card Collection team regularly. I am going under tremendous Mental pressure and insecurity as the SBI credit card team has been calling and using slang languages.

              I have just received a legal letter from them for payment on 05th April 2009.
              If there is someone who understand the pain of the common middleclass Female who is goin through this pain, Request your help at the earliest as i am not in state of payment of such charges which was never known to me.

              SBI — interest

              i am studying final year engineering in a self financing college. i sincerely thank sbi for giving bank loan but my father is strrugling hard to pay the interest amount. now i came to know that other banks(indian,iob) are returning interest which are paid after april 2009 but sbi is not offering such things.

              SBI — interest and other charges

              Well i took an amount of loan on which sbi customer care executive aid that you have to pay one time processing fee and mothnly emi.But to my shock everytime i recieve is other charges added to the monthly emi.In the starting i use to call the customer care executive and they said that your charges would be reversed.But till now nothing has been done.I am feedup of all this.Besides this 2 times i also paid late fee,bank people saying that next time you wont be charged anything.My sincere request is that if the customer executive doesn't have clear idea about the policy then why the hell company introduces such policy??
              what should be my next step ??

                I had tried my level best to get connected with the SBI bank but no one is ready to attend my call and no one is even raising the request of blocking my credit card. First in the month of June, 2013 when i lost my card i requested them to block it on the helpline number and when i asked them for the reference of the call the representative disconnected the call. They never give their employee ID neither any details about their profile. After an year they have now charged me with GST and all other charges and i haven't used my credit card for past two years. And finally i have emailed them to block my card with my CVV number and my credit card number but still they are guiding me to register my email ID. Now this is how they treat their customer. Isn't it sufficient that i have already raised the request and what proof they want.Following are the attachment i am enclosing with this complaint because they are sending me letters like this.

                  Pls.note that the SBI card was issued to the managing director of Haware Group for which the application was never made.The card was issued since the other two directors of the group (in relation the brothers of MD) are using the SBI card.The card was never accepted at the time of delivery and sent back. After a year a statement was received askinf for the annual fees.We tried contacting SBI card thru their call centre and had a written communication with [protected]@ sbicards.com. We never got any satisfactory answer and the we kept on receiving the statements every mth which also do not reflect the complete card no. Since we never accepted the card we do not know the card no. We have tried to solve this problem thru the cerdit card agent who is associated with the state bank of india,sector 17 branch,vashi,but he also couldn't help us.We had sent a letter to Mr.Kartik Grover,VP SBI credit cards & Mr.Amit Karla,Asst.VP SBI credit cards (Gurgaon), on 29th july 13 but from there also we have not received any reply so far. We are unable to understand why the statement is generated for the card which is never delivered and after continuous follow-up of 4 to 5 months we are not been able to get the solution.

                  I HAD APPLIED FOR SBI CREDIT CARD AND HAD RECEIVED A REGRET MESSAGE FROM SBI SAYING THAT I WILL NOT BE GIVEN THEIR CREDIT CARD. I HAD APPLIED JUST BECAUSE THEY CONTACTED ME IN MY OFFICE. I WAS NOT IN ANY DIRE NECESSITY TO GET IT SINCE I HAVE OTHER GOOD CARDS.

                  INSPITE OF NOT GETTING THE SBI CREDIT CARD I GOT A SMS EARLY 2008 AND THEN IT HAD STOPPED THEN AGAIN IN NOVEMBER 2008 I GOT A SMS DEMANDING PAYMENT. THIS MONTH DECEMBER 2008 ALSO I RECEIVED A SMS DEMANDING PAYMENT. IN NOVEMBER I HAD REPLIED TO THE SAME MOBILE NUMBER FROM WHERE I RECEIVED THE SMS AND INFORMED THEM THAT I DONT HOLD ANY CREDIT CARD OF SBI AND HENCE SUCH SMS SHOULD NOT BE SEND TO ME.

                  I have applied for credit card of SBI on May - 2007 but the next 10th day i have got transferred to Kerela . So i have not received my card.

                  There is no information from SBI that they have dispatched my card for the past three years through Phone or email .There is no contact from SBI regarding the card dispach or payment due through mail or phone ( iam using the same mail id for past 11 years )

                  Suddenly I have got a call from SBI this month April - 2010 that i have got a due payment of Rs.7082.85 and they asked me to pay it when i denied stating that i have not received my card or information from SBI for past 3 years then they asked me to pay Rs.1716.89 as a final setelement .

                      Request for NOC on credit cards.

                      I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers 39175954 and[protected].When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.

                          On 12 AUGUST 2013, i used my SBI ATM cum Debit card at Indigo airlines in Pune airport for the airline ticket of Rs 31955/.. After swiping the card in the card machine, the indigo employee told me that your card was not working then i had paid by cash Rs 31955/- to indigo airlines.
                          On the same day i have checked my account statement I found Rs 31955/. debited from my account. I contacted the indigo airlines , but as per them they have not received the amount of Rs 31955/-. SBI can trace the transaction and credit Rs 31955/- to my account as soon as possible.

                            After submitting my documents for obtaining the credit card, I came to know from my colleague about the hidden cost and immeidately I called up your representative Mr. Ashish (Cell No.[protected] and informed him about the cancellation of my card. I even written an email to them for which they have acknowledged (refer attachment).                               Sir I had lodged complaint in this column that in the name of one Mega_Traders_TPSL, fradulently debited Rs.7999/- fro my SBI Card informing that they are from SBI Card division. While telephonic conversation, they had created OTP and debited my card. Immediately on getting alert, i had contacted customer care where i was told that that was a fradulent transction and not by the SBI Card. I had blocked my card and and submitted dispute form. As per SBIcard advice, i paid entire amount.

                              Now SBI Card had informed that it is a genuine transaction. hence they closed the case.

                              I would like to state that i dont know the company as it was not found in the google serach. i had also cancelled the transaction when so called Mega_Traders_TPSL called me. since last 3 months, they had not delivered the card. Hence it is the responsibilty of SBI card to see that my money to be refunded by the so called Mega_traders as they had registered with them Further, i emailed SBI Card to send address of the merchant with telephone numbers..

These transactions were happening for the last 3-4 months and I got to know about this when I went to the Bank for the updation of my passbook. Just to bring into your notice that I have never applied or availed service like Internet / Phone Banking. I want a complete redressal for the same & an assurance that no such incident is repeated in the future.

                              On 10-jan-2012 I was in my office, I received a message regarding a transaction made on my SBI credit card at ONE CARD INC. Within 05 Minutes I received 2nd such messages, two transactions made for ONE CARD INC.of Rs 14,548.28 two times.
                              I immediately called to SBI customer care and inform them regarding these fraudulent transactions and asked them to block my card. Customer care executive advised me to wait for two days as those transactions was unbilled. But in the mean time I had sent a fax copy of disput form to chargeback.[protected]@ge.com & mail the same insident also tochargeback.[protected]@ge.com.My "caseID=[protected]' FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION.
                              On 02-feb-2012 i received a mail from chargeback.[protected]@ge.com that I have to .The investigation for these transactions has been completed. We confirm that the transactions are valid as they have been performed in a Secure Electronic Commerce environment and have been validated by your Card CVV and Date Of Birth over the Internet; hence the liability for the transactions rests with cardholder.

                              Since the card is still in your possession, we urge you to clear the outstanding balance at the earliest to avoid further late fee and finance charges on your card account.
                              We are therefore closing the dispute at our end.



                              Kindly investigate into this issue. I am in deep trouble right now. I did notmake any transaction with this card.

                              To me also Fraud marketing persons calling and asking my personal details, I think SBI card is one of the worst card I have ever had. Please Don't go for the SBI credit card, Though they know they were not taking enough action, I think someone might have hacked our details or their staffs selling our personal and card details. For past 6 years I am getting calls. I had 2 SBI cards one is normal card and IRCTC card, I have the canceled the IRCTC card when they charge the annual fee after 3 years and I have to deactivate the another card.

                              till date my problem was not resolved either by SBIcard or Megha_Traders who is using SBI Card. Recently, i got one more call from them.

Dear all, SBI card division is giving repeated same message as don't disclose any confidential details to any one. Here after we have to just display or write these phone number in consumercomplaints.in so that some one by searching number can know these number are fraud. By this innocent people won't get trapped since banks are not taking enough steps to stop these non senses.

                              On 11 April 2017 seven fraud transition happened from SBI saving account. Fraud transition were to Airtel Money, Idea money, mpesa and ICICI prepaid card, which was got to know when I updated passbook on 29th April 2017. So immediately I have blocked the ATM card and Submitted written complaint application at SBI bank branch office, Branch Code-10624. SBI ITD Branch, Dehradun

                              We have called customer care team but they were unable to help and generate complain Ticket. Branch Manager send some SMS notification log from switch center and befuddle it with OTP logs and now he is also incapable to help anymore and guide further.

                              ATM Card was never shared to anyone nor the ATMPIN or OTP neither I have received any fraud call . Also after transition I have not received any SMS notification (OTP/Debit transaction detail). So howcome transition happen from account. Sir, this is really unfortunate for this kind of service and security from State Bank of India.

When I went again the bank Manager said you can submit your documents for verification (communicated with tight manner which is not good for a Manager level person) & can come after some days. Then I went again to the branch The Manager said that I have very short time for meet you. So in free time I shall call you.
                                So, Sir this process is try to drop again to again & this manner displays the working & controlling, careless manner for customer of S.B.I. Branch’s Manager .The Manager has not suitable for good communication skill. Another side The Manager tells about only one the wanted documents at a time (not all at a time).
                                Sir my college distance is approximate 120 K.M. from The S.B.I. Branch. So again to again presentation to the branch is impossible & produces distortion in my engg. Study by which I feel very high tension.

                                1) While taking the loan in 2005, duration for repayment was selected 84 months which was to begin at starting of my job or 6 months later after course is finished, whichever is earlier but now i was told that i have to pay remaining money in 9 installments or my account will become Non - profit account?
                                2) I have not been given any Account Sheet in last 4 years.
                                3) Despite of choosing fixed interest rate, I am being told that same is changed, which has major impact on total amount paid and due.

                                In last 4 years, I have attempted no. of times to resort to some better mode of communication as I am stationed in Ahmedabad and there is nobody at Lalitpur, but each time my efforts to access required information have been denied by saying that I should come there physically.

                                  It is very much regrettable seeing the amount Rs. 2333.00 deducted from total MOD balance of my account mention above at SBI Notepress Branch. It was noticed when I draw Rs.1000.00 on 17/07/2013 from Note press Branch ATM.
                                  On 13/07/2013 at 21:11 hrs. my account statement was like that : MOD balance : Rs. 273,476.00 & AVAILABLE BALANCE: Rs. 340.13 but on 17/07/2013 after withdrawing Rs. 1000.00 the statement was like that : MOD balance Rs. 270,143.37 & AVAILABLE BALANCE Rs. 342.13 i.e. total MOD balance difference Rs. 2333.00. But I have not done any transition in between.
                                  Already I have complained to my local branch as well as cms.[protected]@sbi.co.in (TICKET NO.-DA[protected]) but I till I do not received any response.
                                  Therefore, you would highly request to initiate immediate corrective measure for resolving and sorting out the problem.

                                      On 13/07/2013 at 21:11 hrs. my account statement was like that : MOD balance : Rs. 273,476.00 & AVAILABLE BALANCE: Rs. 340.13 but on 17/07/2013 after withdrawing Rs. 1000.00 the statement was like that : MOD balance Rs. 270,143.37 & AVAILABLE BALANCE Rs. 342.13 i.e. total MOD balance difference Rs. 2333.00. But I have not done any transition in between.
                                      Already I have complained to my local branch as well as cms.[protected]@sbi.co.in (TICKET NO.-DA[protected]) but I till I do not received any response.
                                      Therefore, you would highly request to initiate immediate corrective measure for resolving and sorting out the problem.

                                      State Bank of India — Error in Saving bank a/c

                                      I had SV ac in SBI at chandralok building,New Delhi.On 31 Dec 2009 my salary has been transfer to my ac, and on the same date a 5000 has been transfer from my ac, i went to my branch and they told me that i withdraw it from a ATM, but they are unable to provide any proof for that.
                                      I also register a on line complain at SBI website with Complaint ticket no- CC[protected].
                                      But still no action has been taken regarding this.
                                      Please help me what to do with this.
                                      I lost my ATM card. I have called customer care and blocked my card. suppose if i found my card, can i activate that pass word again ?
