Less amount received at Kotak mahindra atm

I had withdrawn 5.5k with my SBI Atm card at Kotak Mahindra ATM but received only 4k..
I had raised complaint at SBI but ticket has been with message"Your Complaint has been routed to Branch:ATM SWITCH CENTRE for immediate redressal".
I did not get the amount lost in the transaction.

My SBI complaint ticket no. AT[protected].

Please look in to the matter and help to get back the lost amount....

SBI insisting 100 Rupees insurance for new account opening

Last week I went to SBI to open an account, and all staffs there insisted to fill up 100 Rs insurance form which they said it was mandatory for new SB accounts. I checked details of insurance and below were key high lights.
