Myself Nirmalya Goswami I am the credit card holder of your Bank due to some unavoidable reasons I want to close or deactivate my card for that I have send mail to them, they already deactivate my card but they are not pay me the balance amount. I have cleared all my duest after I have already paid another Rs. 870.46 excess to the Bank and I have already send my Bank details to them but they are not bother Kindly release my payment immediately my Mobile No-[protected]

    SBI — non-release of pension

    My father Mr. J PradhanEx-serviceman has expired on September 2008, he was getting family pension through SBI, Nagaon, branch. After his death my mother G. Pradhan haven't get Family pension till date. we have submitted all the documents required by SBI to Nagaon branchon November 08".
    So I shall be thankful to you if you look into this matter personally and Do the necessaryb action as soon as possible will be a big relief / support for me in absence of my father.

    My Father was Late Shri N.K Abraham and he had a pension account with SBI BANSWARA RAJASTHAN
    327001,

    He was a Ex Service Man before death CRPF at least 10 years,

    My Father was getting pension without any delay from SBI till his Death 13 Oct 2007,
    Butd after his death on 13 0ct 2007 we submitted all the documents/ Files to Transfer His pension in to family pension in the name of my mother Ms.Saramma Abraham SBI a/c - [protected] with same Branch BANSWARA RAJASTHAN 327001,

    so we Submitted all the Files /Documents and So the SBI Banswara Branch and the same branch also Dispatch the File to DELHI CPPC Cell Chandani Chowk Submitted that on 13/01/09, still pending ?

    so sir pls do the Need full urgently,

    We are trying to this procedure not from 13/01/09 but from the 2007 so we know that govt work will take time but i regret to say the SBI and CRPF DELHI BIKAJI CAMAPLACE are delayed[protected] Dec ) and Further delayed from SBI BANSWARA and Delhi Branch, (Jan 09 till March ) there is no Coordination within the Organisation and there is no Feed back to Customer/ Family person,

    It was also i would like to tell you that we both mother and my self visited delhi 2 times for this purpose,

    We know that this work is not done in one day but at least 3 month but here
    it was Delayed to 19-20 Month so pls do needful,

    My father (Late Sub Maj Sabal Singh) expired on 14th Aug 08. My Mother have submited all the documents along with his death certificate to SBI Bank Garur, Distt. Bageshwer, Uttranchal in the month of Feb 09. They forwarded the papers for process of family pension on 24th Feb 09 thru file no 974 to pension cell, Chandni chowk. But till date my mother didn't received her family pension. So, you are requested to do the needfull. All the Details are as given below :

    Through this application , I want to draw the attention of concerned authority towards inconvenience caused to me due to delay( 1 year) in release of my family pension.Firstly, my family pension papers were sent on[protected]file number-4536) from branch of SBI(faridabad).Again, my family pension papers were sent on[protected]file number-2452) from SBI(faridabad) to chandni chowk office of SBI with the hope of release of my pension .but still it was of no use.Then,officers of SBI(faridabad) sent repeated reminders to them and I also made several visits to chandni chowk office in delhi but still staff of their office refuses to talk about my papers and very rudely replied me that we are not responsible for your family pension.I request you to look onto this serious matter as soon as possible.

    I, Rohtash Kumar Jain S/o Sh. Moti Ram Jain, have resigned DMW Patiala on technical ground. My parent organization is accepted my technical resignation on dated 10/10/2007.

    vide referred (i) above, Diesel Loco Modernisation Works/Patiala has been issued PPO regarding the pension as per revised scale. Detail of pension is as given in table below.

    Monthly Pension w.e.f. 11.10.2007 as per old PPO:
    Rs. 2907+Rs. 4845 x 47%= Rs 5185/-
    Monthly Pension w.e.f. 11.10.2007 as per revised PPO:
    Rs. 4676+Rs. 7793 x 22% =RS. 6390/-

    Till now I have not received the revised pension and pension arrear.

    May please review the monthly pension & Pension arrear as per revised PPO and arrange to pay revised Pension & pension arrear as early as possible.

    Dear sir
    This is regarding pension account no. 1750 ( PF index no. 0571237) of SBI. The credit of pension is irregular since Jan'12. I did not receive pension for six months i.e. from Jan'12 to June'12. After lot of persuasions with the branch, 50% arrears was credited in July'12. Pension for July'12 was credited on due date i.e.27th july. Again pension for august'12 has not come. Therefore as on date, pension amount for four months is pending.
    Personal visits to the branch have not yielded positive results except assurances. I am a widow aged 73 years( wife of Late Sh. L.N.Goel retired from SBI) who is totally dependent on pension amount. I am having my savings account for deposit of pension, in SBI kavinagar branch at Ghaziabad ( branch code 3279).
    I would request that matter may kindly be looked into at the earliest for regular credit of pension in my account on due date every month.

      State Bank of India Branch Code-12681 not providing Internet Banking service for my account. In past days it provide INB service for account but later my user id and password are corrupted so i took a new INB kit they activated it but it is not working i consulted to B.Vara Prasad, branch Manager(Administration) not responding to my problem and he said that INB Service is not accepting to your account please take some responsibility for this problem and made me problem free of INB service and the service

          Trading in SBICAPSEC.COM is really difficult. If you give an order at 9.15 am it takesplace after 10-15 minutes. also all orders take place at different time. So we cannot buy or sell a stock at the desired price. Nowadays it is either down or showing incorrect data, and trading also not possible. CUSTOMER CARE IS SO WORST. you cannot get the number [protected] even if you wait for 15-30minutes. If you send a complaint mail you will get a reply after 1-2 weeks.             THREATENING & HARASSMENT CALLS FROM SBI RECOVERY AGENTS

As we have policy that unwanted calls or unofficial calls are not diverted to employees - the call has been given to me as HR Head. The call was received from[protected].                 Myself Chirag, I am facing problem with SBI credit card. My credit card detail is account no. [protected] and card no. [protected]. The settlement was done on 25 June 2008 and I got settlement letter from SBI with tracer no. PAN-REC[protected]. As per this letter I have made payment of Rs. 50, 000, receipt no. 12028784, via cheque payment (ICICI Bank, cheque No. 544790)
                Still account is not clear and same is reflecting in my CIBIL records with negative rating.

                Pl. help me out to get clear this matter.

                  due to there internal work load they have don`t print the passbook and gave the reason that the pass book printer is not working. i have go in branch on 8/11/2013 Friday. at the first sight the printer is working all right because the all lights are shown green. but i found that because of the the internal work load they have said me no this is not fair sandip [protected]

Plot No.35, Sector-4, Airoli, Navi- Mumbai, Dear Sir, With deep pain, depression and hope we are writing this request letter. Hope proper Justice will be given be given to us. Index of sequential activity Sr Date Activity Attached document 1 09/03/07 Auction was carried and we stood 1st Allotment letter by Bank 2 28/03/07 Bank informed delay in handing over due to court matter Letter attached 3 14/03/07 Loan defaulter filed case in DRT attached 4 19/06/07 Judgment by DRT in favor of bank attached 5 01/12/10 DRAT again redirected matter to DRT attached 6 28/03/11 Notice to SBI SARC asking details of proceedings in matter. attached 7 19/05/11 Consent terms for out of court settlement between US & Loan defaulter was submitted to Bank 8 17/2/12 Judgment by DRT in favor of bank 9 24/03/12 We approached court to be incorporated in matter as intervener 10 05/05/12 Issued notice to Bank & Loan defaulter for our intervener in matter 11 24/07/12 Bank and Loan defaulter had out of court settlement withdrawing matter and depriving us from possession ( Copy of DRAT order ) 12 07/10/12 Our request letter for doing Justice We are senior citizen, have stayed through out our life in hut/Chawal since 1958 in Mulund Mumbai 400 081. Based on advertisement dt. 6/2/07 for Auction of above subjected flat in Free Press Journal we have applied for bidding and were successful bidder in Auction. Based on requested letter from Bank we paid the total due amount on 13/3/07 and were expecting that bank will provide us the peaceful possession of the said flat. On 26/3/07 we received a letter from Bank that due to some court matter in DRT and status-quo order was passed on 14.3.2007. On 19/6/07 DRT has passed in favor of bank. Mrs. Raksha Gosher approached DRAT they again directed matter to DRT on 1/12/10. We approached in High Court for delay in Justice to us, The Honr. High Court has directed DRT to hear & conclude the matter in one month accordingly DRT again has passed order dt. 17/2/12 favor of Bank. Till this time we showed our confidence & solidarity with Bank. Mrs. Raksha Gosher once again has approached DRAT this time we approached DRAT for getting incorporated as Intervener in to the matter and served notice to Bank as well Mrs. Gosher on 21/5/12 ( Copy attached ). Schedule date for hearing was 14th September-12. To our surprise when our advocate when went in DRAT on 14/9/12, we were informed that the matter was settled out of court with mutual consent between Mrs. Raksha Gosher & Bank for about only Rs. 20lac. Now our concern in the matter is 1. If the matter was to be mutually settled why Bank holed us for 5 years. 2. When Bank was claiming dues of Rs. 18, 25, 019/- from Mrs. Gosher in Feb- 2007 (@ 16.5% Interest ) towards out standing from her, What made them settled the matter for about Rs.20lac. 3. Where We go from here, What @ us, Can Bank provide us 1050sft Carpet area in Airoli Navi Mumabi within the budget which they propose to pay us. 4. When We made an honest attempt on 19/5/11 for mutually settling the matter with Mrs. Gosher and agreed Consent was submitted why Bank never supported us at that time ( Detail of MOU attached, with Banks Acknowledgement ) 5. Why Bank kept us in dark all the time and never replied / Communicated to us in the matter. 6. We are senior Citizens and illiterate for legal issues where should we approach for Justice. 7. Who will bear the loss caused of Public / Government due to illegal benefits passed by Bank to a defaulter & fraud who did with bank all these years. 8. We are exhausted of funds and do not have capacity to fight legally with Countries no-1 Bank, Dose it mean any Official/Bank can take us for ride. 9.                           I am Narendra Enamala savings bank account holder at SBI, Kodur branch, my account no is [protected] with Rs.2006/- balance in my account as on 06.11.2013. On 31/08/2013 I visited the State Bank of India (SBI)- ATM WDL ATM 1087 SBI KOHINOOR BNAJARA HYDERABAD AP IN for withdrawing sum of amount Rs.6000/- at about 06.05 PM. After inserting my ATM card in the slot of State Bank of India (SBI) ATM Machine, and given required information which was asked by the State Bank of India ATM Machine, after doing all exercise in the screen there was a message stating that “Sorry unable to process” Unfortunately no amount was ejected from the currency slot of the machine and transaction slip generated. "sorry unable to process" response code 072 But Rs.600/- debited from my account I had ATM generated slips with me. But, still no amount returned into my account I request you to kindly do the needful at the earliest possible to revert the amount.                             Hi Sub: Trans dt 5/9 &10/9 at Super_offus_BD & Super_EBS For Rs 500/- & 6, 199/- I had been charged for above two charges on my SBI credit card, which i have not made.                               SBI card says "for internal reasons for card issuance" they can not issue card. they do not say what is that "internal issue" because it is internal. their site says, if anybody has in possession of another credit card for 6 months or more..." They make it red starred too so that if that column is not filled up u can not go to the next step. writing to Chairperson SBI is of no use....

                              I am sasianand from chennai used a SBI GOLD AND MORE CREDIT CARD NO.[protected].On December 17th 2012 my credit card was debited RS.12, 000 without my authorization through ICIC PRUDENTIAL LIFE MUMBAI.On the same day I have made a telephonic complaint no action was taken by the sbi card.so I made a complaint through email on the following dates with ref no namely 1.march 5 2013-Ref no-caseID=[protected], 2.april 23 2013-Ref no-caseID=[protected] 3.OCTOBER 8 2013-Ref no-caseID=[protected].Till then they are putting the fine for that unpaid amount and they are sending the bill monthly and their collection persons calling me to my mobile and forcing me to pay bill and torturing me regularly.Eventhough the dispute s not cleared .They also not taken any action against my dispute complaint and not giving any information about dispute status .Always the customer care person is telling only under the investigation even some collection person from sbi card is telling that your case is not filed.Sir please kindly take strict action against sbicard on this problem and clear the unauthorized transaction taken on my card and clear all the charges charged because of the unauthorized transaction on my card.If needed please put penalty for SBICARD also for torturing and harassing the customer continuously for more than 10 months.                                 dear sir i rakesh kumar khatri having a sbi credit card a fraudulent transaction of Rs.4905/- done by 3rd person after getting my personal and card details on[protected]:44 p.m. and i intimated to sbi card department to cancel this transaction and block my card after 3 or 5 minutes and they assured me that this transaction will invalid automatically within 8 days now they are saying you will have to pay this transaction amt. now i have no money to pay this transaction amt.

                                  A sum of Rs 5000/- fixed videSBI receipt No- SD A/[protected] dated 05/02/2002 and Rs. 2000/- fixed vide SBI receipt No- SD/a/64 115706 dated 5/2/2002 in respect of my late father sh. Umesh Lal Jaiswal in SBI- Pharenda Branch code 0210.My mother smt Kishor devi claimed to this amount after death of my father with all concerned doc to SDI Pharenda-0210. But said amt not yet paid. Request take direction to concerned branch for due payment
