But even till date I was fase the problem of cibil by your side only because of outstanding dues shows in online process.

    Subject: regarding the cheating by barclay card service call center about barclay card payments issue

    Dear sir,

    I, (Mr. Jagadish aiholli.) hereby informed that my barclaycard no is [protected]. I had received call from 022 code for payment issues. Many times such calls are coming but due to charges,
    The worst system and service eversince i have heard is followed by barclay card. They ask me to make my payment through a cheque in the name of "barclaycard plc" and the ccno behind and to put in a rusted trash box like drop box situated in some petty shops in pune. Even though i made a payment which was reflected in my bank account but was not accounted in barclay's card account. The very fine next day people from so called barclaybank's customer service asked about the outstanding which i made. They irritated me to the core by calling more than 10 times a day followed by an sms stating that i have not paid my due. Those person who asks me, never update what i tell in their system and so for every call i have to tell the whole story with proof.
    I also sent many mails clearly mentioning to cancell my card to barclaycard.[protected]@barclays.net.in on wednesday, 18 june, 2008, 2:50 pm and on monday, 23 june, 2008, 4:50 pm

    Till now i dint get any response from their side but could get irritating calls and sms. After a long struggle i somehow made to understand an collection executive about my issues. That fine gentleman is no position to explain how we could resolve the issue
    Its easy for me to take them in consumer court with my valuable evidence which i gonna do it within few days.
    I am requesting you to please cancel my barclaycard i am not interested in it at the cost they are asking for &i will not pay any charges.

      My name is anup pawar i have been receiving calls from phoenix arc [protected] for payment of barclays credit card which was used in 2007. I have cleared all my dues then in 2007 and and stopped using the card. Now after 12 years i have started receiving calls from phoenix arc. I informed them the same. However they called my dad who is 70 year old and suffering with illness. Person called him and forced him to make payment if 60000. Same evening he tried to sucide. I will be registering police complain asap against phoenix arc

        relentless collection calling

        My bill is typically due around the 21st of each month. This current month, i mailed it via usps that weekend. It probably didn't start moving until monday. Yes it would be late. First collection call on tuesday september 24th and continued every day thru saturday the 28th. These people are relentless. For this bill my minimum was $79.00... (I pay far more than minimum and always try to pay the full balance.).in any event it's overkill....

        The team calls repeatedly over 25 calls in a day, use of abusive language, do not reveal their true names (Rajesh, bhavesh), inspite of telling them payment will be done next month still pressurizing to make payment right away. They also contacted another resident from my building and are pressuring and calling him for my cc payment recovery. (We both dont know each other) yet bank states that his name is mentioned as a reference in the form. Upon asking them how can they harass anyone staying in my building, they stated that they have the entire building database and can contact anyone. As per my knowledge bank is not authorized to harass anyone third person.

        I would say to everyone who has a complain concerning Barclays bank, Barclaycard or Barclays it self.

        You may wish to ask Jess Staley CEO Barclays plc and/or Sir Ian Cheshire the Chairman of Barclays bank. Why not email them your complaint?

          I have never held or used barclays credit card. Yet some one claiming from you has been calling me and using extremely abusive language and demanding that i pay some dues, i know not how much. When i have never used your card, how can i have dues? The number from which abusive calls come is +[protected]. I will have to approach police if this continues, please help me to get to the bottom of this.

            Barclays Bank Credit card wrongly charged repeated late fees on my credit card in 2009. Bank charged late fees repeatedly for collection delays made by them.
            After clearing all dues including late fee Rs 250/-, I informed Bank in 2009 that I stop using the card.
            However Bank sent Rs 250/- bill next month, which was nothing else but "Late Fees". After clearing this late fees once again, I informed Bank once more that I have stopped using the card.
            However, Bank sent Rs 250/- bill next month as "delay charges" on payment of delay-charges only. I requested them to cancel the delay fees. However Bank refused to cancel the delay charges.
            Bank continued sending me bills adding 250/- every month, till the total came was 4070/-, which I am determined not to pay.
            This has ruined by CIBIL Score and continues to diminish month by month.
            Seems CIBIL is not looking into regular payments of say 20 Lakh per year from my account. And CIBIL is focused on just one small amount of 4070/- charged falsely by Barclays, .
            Barclays have sold the credit card defaults to other agency for recovery, after intentionally building false charges against its customers.

              I am ready to pay for my credit card due amount. I got surrendered the card almost 10 years back.

                My question put to you is, how is that i had entered barclays bank in king street, hammersmith, london, w6, sorry i don't have full postcode, on friday 5th october 2018 at around 2.01pm and had made a card transaction of £100 at 2.04pm and usually, i receive my bank card before taking monies and receipt. On this occasion, that did not happen and upon arriving home and finding my bank card not on me, i immediately contacted [protected] to report my card as missing. I returned to the bank to get a duplicate and was denied one, also as someone who used to work in a bank, it was uncomfortable knowing that the female manager took my other bank card from me and walked off with it, a security breach right? She checked the cameras in branch and so what if i was on my mobile phone, i needed for her to inform me as to whether my card was in the cash machine, or notice any one who may have took my card. I am now without my bank card, that i need for online banking and i am now not trusting barclays again, as i have searched my bag that was on me upon entering the bank and no bank card, how strange. I know my current acc balances, please make sure that they remain as such as i am not trusting when it comes to security breaches especially as my bank card left me and was in the hands of one of your staff members.

                If someone can look into this for me asap.

                Barclays has no consideration for their loyal customers. Having contacted the 0800 number mentioned above, I was asked whether I had already had a card duplicate and this had been the case when a similar occurrence happened with my card being left in Barclays Shepherds Bush branch. What concerns me greatly is that neither was I able to contact either branches directly, causing me undue stress and panic, I had no other option but to contact a customer service number not connected directly to either branches. Why is this? Clearly if I have left my card within the branch, I should be able to make contact and that also raised alarm bells. I have NEVER until this date found out what had happened to my bank card left in the Shepherds Bush branch, no one contacted me at all. A perfect set up for fraudulent use of my details and accounts. As it occurred again yesterday, and may I add I was in the branch itself, therefore I did not drop my card outside, how is it that there is no evidence of my card being left in branch, yet the female manager can tell me "you were on your mobile" and...I had an important call, so what, I'm here to find out where my bank card is, not some mis trusting claim of me being on my mobile, how unprofessional. Taking my card away from me also, was a concern as all one needs to do is take my security number from the back and I'm not saying that the Manager had done this, however, my concerns are valid and reasonable. I want an apology and and explanation as to why I was refused a 2nd duplicate card, I was told over the phone upon cancelling my card, that I am OK to have one done at the Hammersmith branch and the minimum is 2. I am looking to remove my service from yourselves, Barclays haven't done me any favours other than take from me increased and pointless premiums that I also will be cancelling. I'm expecting some answers relating to my card just going missing like that, and there were No staff on the floor during my entering of the bank. Short staffed I was also told, not good enough.

                  I closed a cc acct with barclays in 2013 due to a dispute in fees. The account was subsequently “charged off”, yet, it is still showing every month on my experion credit report that i “failed to pay”.

                  How can i “fail to pay” an account which they say they “charged off” over 5 years ago?

                  This is ruining an otherwise perfect credit profile. I am now disabled and can not afford to have a negative credit rating!

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              This is with reference to my debit card. Last year june 2016, unauthorized debits were made without my concert whereby excess amount of money was processed beyond the agreed amount by a company called binary book. Instead of processing ksh100000 they processed all of my funds in my card.
                              I have tried to follow up this matter with barclays bank but my efforts are in vain. I suspect some of the staffs of the bank are behind this fraudulent act. Anyway i would like you to feedback me to give me more greenlight so i would be able execute further actions. Thank you

                                Dear sir/madam,

                                This is to inform you that my name is dipak jadhav, i am being pressurized by kotak banks recovery agency numerous time to pay sum of outstanding of barkley credit card. Now recovery agency team telling me they have sent me court notice, but diddnt get even single notice.

                                As per them the amount had been used by me through a credit card of barkley bank.

                                I was holding credit card of barkley in 2008, as so many times it had been informed them via e-mail/phone about the some fraudulent tracsection was there, thats why i was hold the payment/dues of barkley credit card on 2010. There after barkleys bank, not responded me that time.

                                Now a days i getting call from kotak bank since last year, to pay the dues about 15-16k. Even i don't know the card no, where it has been used. Despite my refusal they are creating tremendous pressure and calling relentlessly to pay the same. Due to this dispute neither i am getting any credit card of kotak bank nor loan. It has been effected on my cibil score. These are the few telephone no from where i am getting threatening calls [protected], [protected], [protected]. [ i don’t know the calls are genuine]

                                If its related to barkley credit card [it was having with me on till 2010- i was blocked it due to fraud/dispute transection on it, so i was hold the payment till my dispute not resolved].

                                So, it is my humble request to resolve my issue at the earliest or suggest to redressal the grievance.
