This is Shelja Ahuja. I applied for a Barclay Credit Card some 2 months back. I got a message saying that I my card has been dispatched by BlueDart.

However, till date (March 10 2008), I have NOT received any card. Well, on an average I get some 15 calls a week about some due payment (plus approximately some 10 messages a week).Even though I have NOT received...

Disgusting customer service

Hi all,

I would request whomsoever read this not to go for Barclays credit card.

Let me start from first. Barclays people called me up and told me that I can get a Gold card and for sure it will get approved within 10 working days and wanted all my docs, hence I gave my ICICI card statement along with PAN card and DL copy.

VERY BAD communication from PERSONAL LOAN Call Center person (Vinuta and Shivani) (040-30522955 and 040-30522954)

I got a call on my mobile number from Vinuta[protected] asking to have Personal Loan from Barkleys Bank; I inform Her that My Mobile number is registered under "National Do Not Call Registry" so do not call me for any offers.

Non receipt of credit card but received pin number

About 1.5 months back i have given my documents for the platinum credit card of barclay bank, but so far i have recieved nothing and no information regarding the process has been communicated to me so far.
