It has been noticed that the smart cards are not being re-charged with the requested and billed amount in the station counters. Passengers cannot re-check as they are not given the receipt and also trust the namma metro employees and believe that the amount is properly recharged, before proceeding to the platform in a hurry to board the train. It has been noticed earlier also, that the recharge is wrongly done (With less amount) in the jp nagar station and i have noticed after reaching the destination station.

This has been noticed today again and i have requested for 100rs recharge each for 2 different cards. I have given a 500rs note and received 300rs back, but the actual amount recharged is only rs50 to each card. i have checked and confronted the operator. They have given a casual reply that system is not working properly, and charged the remaining amount sheepishly. I don't think this is right, when we claim so great on world class infrastructure at namma metro and have these kind of employees with such a cheap mindset. Hope you would look into this matter with deeper thought and in larger interest of public who would lose their money with this loop hole in the system.

Today's incident was observed at the token counter of jp nagar metro station operated by ramya-k at 2:50pm. Fyi.

    Malleshwaram metro ticket counter femal staff rude to customer while issuing ticket. She shown frustration with customer. This happend many times.
    The way she speaks shows uneducated fellow.
    She doesn’t know how to recharge card with swiping the debit card . She blaming us for that card is not correct. And she doesn’t try second time if we wrongly give pin one time.
    Unsupporting lady to customer. Not eligible for that post.

      Bangalore metro sequrity trinity station sequrity person not behaving properly he asking to put paper for doing scan and i ask why pepper need to scan response is there is no process but you have to put otherwise i will not allow its only not giving proper institution to security its very very irrespective response i am facing first time in trinity station

      I inform to security this not good behavior and going to complete response is very bad he told go and complain this is the position now trinity station security position
      And also added security person pic and i carried peppers pic.

        I have faced the same issue in past and today again. I was not allowed to carry cosmetics in my bag until i questioned back to show rule book for that at banashankari metro station. Today my mom was not allowed to carry instant sticks at baiyappanahalli station. Neither it was a cracker nor anything inflamble. I request the necessary committee to take strict action against this and this that people do not miss use their post.

          Yesterday, 28th december 2019, at 4:30pm, when entering the m. G. Road station from the church street side entrance, i was stopped by the female staff that is in charge of frisking. I would like to file a complaint against her as she was disrespectful and totally untrained for her job. She said i could not use the metro because she could smell alcohol. Despite politely telling her that she must be mistaken and without wanting to create a scene, my husband and i crossed to the other side of the m. G. Station and took the metro anyways. We are law-abiding decent citizens and such baseless treatment is absolutely pathetic.

          As a working professional who has been using the metro everyday there has to be some sense of respect for citizens. There has to be standard rules in place and it will be followed. Rules cannot be based on someone’s personal judgment and as when they please.in a civil society you would expect citizens to be treated normally and not like a hooligans or criminals. The jobs are half done, without logic, without reason and for namesake.

          Such kind of harassment is totally atrocious and speaks of the lack of trained and sensible staff hired by “namma metro” and reflects badly on the city. It is sad to see the state of affairs and that rarely no change is made to better train the staff to do their job properly and make traveling by “namma metro” a better experience by normal citizens.

            My card was not readable when i meet customer assistant he told me go to your nearest metro station and submit it. But card has no any scratches and physical damage when i came to bypanhalli metro station i submitted my card which engraved id-[protected] on 29/8/19. As per his instructions i meet him after few weeks. Customer assistant was demanding for card amount for maintain last balance. Why should i pay to him because card has no any damage till it is pending now.

              The lady from the bag checking counter of sandal soap factory metro station (Bus stop side) did not allow the cooked food and made me open the bag. When i said that only eating was not allowed and it was allowed to carry the food in the bag, she replied arrogantly and then let me go. Her behavior was so arrogant. How do they not know the rules and create unnecessary problems. I request to let the securities know the actual things which are not allowed and avoid unnecessary problems.

                I am sachin koli my complaint is i have used my metro card from more than 2year but suddenly card was not working i have visited to jallhali metro customer service i registered complaint regarding same. But very rudely talked by hariprasad station incharge. This person doesn't even understand the problem before that only he was talking rudely. And i hv given complaint on 27th october but after 13 days also i haven't got any reply bmrcl. When visited again today then they are trying to solve the problem that also with rude behaviour. I am not happy with bmrcl regarding customer service. Kindly need full action to be taken so that same thing should not happen. I asked to show the bmrcl rules book for metro card rules but 27 th october mr. Shao station incharge denied to show it. Because that time they don't have the rule book also. Today they showed the rule book. But the are not understanding the customer problem not even trying to solve the problem also. I am frustrated because when i was asked about my complaint they are taken 4-5 hours just to give the proper answer.

                  Hi, is there any portal that we can see the banned items? Because we had travelled in metro wit bulbs before and all of sudden now they are not allowing us, not there is any bagagge counter to collect the item! The security sent me back down to parking telling it will be kept there but at the parking they said ask on top they only ve baggage counter.
                  This is a very ridiculous way of treatment of a 74yrs old man!

                    Me and my colleague took ticket from. Nagasandra to banashankari, but the counter person collected Rs. 104. We reached banashankari by 8.05 pm, (02nd October 19)but unfortunately gate not opening u/stood from the lady the ticket was upto jayanagar in a rude way, and she was questioning are you educated, how can she behave so rudely.. Her name is megha
                    Called customer care and informed about her misbehaviori checked with other staff at the station and got info that she behaves, . But no actions have been taken
                    I need to know what action will be taken
                    Why do you employ these type of people and defame the bmrc

                      Please education the employees sitting in the ticket counter regarding the stops/destinations, when a passenger comes and ask for a particular stop rather than figuring the nearby stops they keep cooking stories with the passengers although there is a long queue waiting for the ticket, specially girls at bayyappanahalli ticket counter. Please education them regarding the area's and the nearby metro stations so that they can speed up the process, and also train them on employee etiquettes and professionalism. They just behave as they are at home or some local public spot, easily relaxing and chatting... Multiple times i have faced such scenarios waiting in the queue and the employee at the ticket counter is either slow in her process or spending time with unnecessary talks either with passengers or colleagues. Once a passenger questions they just behave rude with no mannerism.. Please recruite educates and train them before you deploy them to their respective jobs.

                        Educate your staffs in customer service ticket counter. On 06/09/2019 a lady in ticket counter asked to give a change for rs.100 when i told i don't have a change she started attending next customer. I was standing there till her change collection. She gave same amount of change to some other customer then i asked i could have given the ticket for me. She was so rude bloody asked me that u could have asked. If we wait in metro line for someone you guys asks us to leave early. Then i told when you make me to stand here don't you have a courtesy to ask then she told why should i remember your drop point. Please educate the manners to talk. You may get many customers but your name and fame depend on service

                            I notice many time their behaviour was very bad because they didn’t take any initiative to give balance to customers. Today i gave 100 rs for indiranagar from national college metro station, ticket charge was 30 so she was like if you don't have change then don't stand here just go. I can understand they will be not having change at early morning. But if customer have change they were definitely going to give the same. There is no need to behave in that way towards customers. Who will tell the customer to go home and all. So please give some guidance to them regarding how to behave towards customers.

                              Today ie, 08/09/2019 i took metro ticket from attiguppe to cubbon park. The lady sitting in the counter asked me to pay rs.30/- and i paid. She gave the ticket and i got doubt and asked whether the amount is right. She replied yes. I came to entry gate and kept ticket coin on the entry gate, it showed rs.28/-. I entered inside and i took metro rail at 8:20 am and reached cubbon park. While exit again i dropped ticket coin and it showed rs.28. The lady sitting in the ticket counter is charging more than the actual ticket rate.

                                Despite repeated announcements broadcast by the authority also, paid deaf ears by commuters wearing backpack as against to hold by hand, which causing discomfort as well as hurting to the fellow passengers.

                                Pl take steps to implement the same in letter and spirit.
                                The Metro journey becomes horrible and hence request you to look into the matter immediately.

                                  Hi iam an orthodontist by profession my job is to go for consultation to treat patients so I carry my dental instruments. In every metro station I show my id card and tell prior about my instruments. All metro strations allowed me but on 5th August rajajinagar metro said I should not carry and stopped me entering and they not to come again how is it possible without carrying my instruments to go to work. I entered rajajinagar metro around 8.25 pm and they held me in their office room for half an hour I have to go to Whitefield. Iam telling them I have to go Whitefield I reach home at 11. I don't have proper transportation at that night. Dentist travel by flight carrying instruments but when we show our identity card they will let us in. But why in rajajinagar metro?

                                    I am a regular traveller in metro. Today 3rd august 2019, evening at around 8.20pm i was travelling from rajajinagar metro station to jalahalli cross.in the routine security checking at rajajinagar metro station they refused to allow me inside as i was carrying around three eggs in my bag which was neatly and securely packed. They said it is not permitted.
                                    I demanded list of prohibited items which they showed but no where it was mentioned that eggs should not be carried.

                                    No where it was written nor was informed to us earlier. When we raised objection on this matter, the security staff was very arrogant and asked me out move out of the of the station. They did not have the courtesy to talk in the polite way.
                                    Please clarify is it justified?.
                                    Please take necessary action against security staff available at that point.

I showed him my army i card and told him that i was a serving officer and not from karnataka. Still he continued in kannada and kept talking in an abusive manner. Finally he threw 2 ticket coins at me. Very repulsive behaviour from staff.

                                        I entered Hoshalli metro Station at around 5.00 PM in the evening. This is about the frisking guard who is positioned at the entrance. Basically, as you enter you are met with the males' frisking booth, and females are required to ascend the stairs. I'm a FEMALE. I blankly stared at him and walked away.
                                        The next day, I'm yet to set foot inside the metro station and the same guard from the previous day, stops me and keeps calling me! And NOW I KNOW THAT HE IS UNABASHEDLY TEASING! All the spectators around me are also calling out to me: "Oi!", they shout to me, probably assuming me to be a security threat, the shameless guard has managed to ruin my reputation and legally speaking (I'm a law student), he is indisputably liable for defamation and the Indian penal code for outraging the modesty of a female. I continue my way, ignoring all of them.
                                        I hate his behaviour, and if I see him again tomorrow, I will lodge an official complaint with the metro station and the police.
                                        The incident may seem inconsequential, but it is not! And thus, what I've been experiencing for the past 3 days, at the Hosahalli metro station, from same male frisking guard is nothing short of causing harm to others and specially women who have to walk on egg shells to protect themselves. Such behaviour is invariably capable of hurting someone's self esteem. More than that, I was humiliated!

                                        Take suitable action against such pathetic and outrageous male frisking guard.
