Regarding recharge failed

This is selvi M I had done recharge on 29.12.2020 at 10.36 A M of Rs.200/by Net Banking. It is not reflected in my card, whereas my amount is debited in my account. This is first time it had happened. Please help me out what was the problem...

Respected Sir, I'm GURUPRASAD from Rajajinagar, I daily travel from Rajajinagar to Peenya industry has I've noticed that the trains for yelachenahalli are more compared to nagasandra... And also during Morning hours for every 4mins a train towards yelachenahalli are passed whereas for nagasandra during mornings 12min delay for the next train is provided so kindly, please look after the problem and provide facility

    Hi Team,

    This is to inform you that I faced a very unprofessional behaviour with one of the staff in Peenya Metro station named thriveni.

    I had my online recharge done on[protected] around 10:30AM in Google pay and the amount is deducted. But it didn't reflect even after 2 hrs. Hence no checked with staff they said there is some server issue and will reflect on[protected]. But when I checked today again. It did not reflect. Hence I approached the staff for my issue. She was not polite and rude while responding to my questions

    Also she asked me to log a online complaint. Only when I asked to call her manager she gave me the book to log a complaint.

    I feel they are too lazy to answer the quires and work. We being a passengers will not have time to all these dramas while travelling. Please educate them on how to respond to the customers and resolve my issue ASAP..

      I was doing metro reacharge of 500rs at 20/12/2020 already completed 2days but card status showing recharge pending please make correct it.and card details is [protected]

              There are no basic facilities like restroom facilities available on majestic metro station even though its a big station ..! Everytime you think to use it, , you find it closed with the board 'work under progess'.., !
              If you ask for the other wash room in majestic metro station they say once you enter you cant access to other wash room which is on exit side..!
              If there are only 1 washroom on entrance and exit each why should they carry with the progress work on week days they can do it in week end..!
              And with great difficulty you find rest rooms on metro station as there are no sign boards and once you reach if its closed what will be your reaction for it?
              Just requesting you to complete your work relating to toilets during week ends..!

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I would like to inform you that on 22nd of nov i purchased 3 no of smart card for 300 rs with recharge of 150 rs but from my account 900 rs deducted.

                Request you to kindly check and refund 450rs to my account since we are going to settle down in my native place further we will not travel by metro train.

                      I have recharged of 200 rs the said smart card number [protected] on 31st October 2020 @01:56PM and I do have screenshot but there are no details mentioned..but it says transaction success and when I check in station it was not reflecting and the staff there asked me to raise online complaint .. please check and refund the amount or recharge it to the card.

                            On 31st Oct 2020 I was traveling from majestic to yelchenahalli where I had to purchase a metro card to travel because of the new rules n had to recharge it for 100
                            So the total was 150.
                            N after that while returning the balance in the card was just 21 .n I couldn't return back home because of the mistake of the cashier.

                              On 23/10/2020 rain is continuously falling from afternoon to night so more people decided to travel through metro in banglore,
                              when passengers who have less than minimum balance going to recharge their metro cards the ticket issuer denied to give ticket or recharging card through money, instead he said recharge by downloading namma metro app and and recharge through so,
                              even after paying so.
                              my complaint is
                              1.they not informed clearly about recharge only through' mamma metro app' otherwise you are not eligible to get ticket its sudden implementation lot of people who in hurry to go home face a problem.
                              2.its kind of denied/ delayed service even paying the amount

                                    I was stopped by an senior authority of BMRCL for using 3 layered/folding of cotton scarf instead of mask and that officer was rude to stop me and to hear my concerns.

                                    As I am aware there is no restrictions on mask type to wear in the journey time and also not stopping other passengers and staff personnel for those using the cotton mask.
                                    So in this complaint I want to inform the authorities to be sensible and be clear instead of demonstrating their powers.

                                      We have recharged travel card id... [protected] on 06/10/2020 but card didnt get recharged. During that time in web page transation details were empty and we didnt even get mail about the transation but amount got deducted from account. Kindly suggest us how to get the money back.
