BMRCL - COVID - Cotton mask

I was stopped by an senior authority of BMRCL for using 3 layered/folding of cotton scarf instead of mask and that officer was rude to stop me and to hear my concerns.

As I am aware there is no restrictions on mask type to wear in the journey time and also not stopping other passengers and staff personnel for those using the cotton mask.
So in this complaint I want to inform the authorities to be sensible and be clear...

Recharge incomplete

We have recharged travel card id... [protected] on 06/10/2020 but card didnt get recharged. During that time in web page transation details were empty and we didnt even get mail about the transation but amount got deducted from account. Kindly suggest us how to get the money back.

treatment to senior citizens in metro stations

It is seen that senior citizens are not cared properly in metro stations.
Lifts are mostly used by youngsters leaving little space to elders
Even in sitting areas seniors are given a second grade treatment as most of the seats are occupied by young commuters.
A raw deal to seniors or would like to know that the complaint is taken in casual mode.
Anywhere in the world seniors are given respect and only in bangalore...

Entry and exit points were functioning till last week on both the sides. Now entry is on one side only and exit is on the other side inconveniencing the passengers by asking them to walk around a big circle. Ladies, pregnant women and senior citizens find it really difficult to walk around. Hence the request for earlier facility to be restored. Thanks...

Tried buying ticket at bangalore metro station in vidhan soudha. I wasn't carrying any cash and just had a credit card with me. The ticket counter staff denied from accepting card payment or paytm for issuing ticket. And there was no way i could have gotten the money as the atm is also very far away. Kindly ensure they accept card payments/ digital payment for issuing tokens as well and not just cards. The ticket sellers and customer care...

It has been noticed that the smart cards are not being re-charged with the requested and billed amount in the station counters. Passengers cannot re-check as they are not given the receipt and also trust the namma metro employees and believe that the amount is properly recharged, before proceeding to the platform in a hurry to board the train. Malleshwaram metro ticket counter femal staff rude to customer while issuing ticket. She shown frustration with customer. This happend many times.
The way she speaks shows uneducated fellow.
She doesn’t know how to recharge card with swiping the debit card . She blaming us for that card is not correct. And she doesn’t try second time if we wrongly give pin one time.

metro security behavior not good

Bangalore metro sequrity trinity station sequrity person not behaving properly he asking to put paper for doing scan and i ask why pepper need to scan response is there is no process but you have to put otherwise i will not allow its only not giving proper institution to security its very very irrespective response i am facing first time in trinity station

restrictions on carry regular items

I have faced the same issue in past and today again. I was not allowed to carry cosmetics in my bag until i questioned back to show rule book for that at banashankari metro station. Today my mom was not allowed to carry instant sticks at baiyappanahalli station. Neither it was a cracker nor anything inflamble. unnecessary problem from the bag check in counter

The lady from the bag checking counter of sandal soap factory metro station (Bus stop side) did not allow the cooked food and made me open the bag. complaint regarding metro card not working

items banned

Hi, is there any portal that we can see the banned items? Because we had travelled in metro wit bulbs before and all of sudden now they are not allowing us, not there is any bagagge counter to collect the item! The security sent me back down to parking telling it will be kept there but at the parking they said ask on top they only ve baggage counter.
This is a very ridiculous way of treatment of a 74yrs old man!...

staff behaviour in majestic bangalore ticket counter

Educate your staffs in customer service ticket counter. On 06/09/2019 a lady in ticket counter asked to give a change for rs.100 when i told i don't have a change she started attending next customer. bad behaviour of the receptionist in the ticket counter

I notice many time their behaviour was very bad because they didn’t take any initiative to give balance to customers. Today i gave 100 rs for indiranagar from national college metro station, ticket charge was 30 so she was like if you don't have change then don't stand here just go.
