Hey.. I came across a fake profile i'd number mus3070269, bismi latif, uk citizen ship but actually from kottayam, kerela... He made all arrangements to come india, after a week chat and took alternate number, when he reached delhi, i get call from airport stating he dsnt have yellow card, and he cannot enter india without his yellow card, n his card is not working to pay, so i have to make payment of rs 35500, to name:lalremsiami. A/c:[protected]. Ifsc:psib0000927. Pan:bdipl4535m. Branc delhi. Punjab and sind. Amt 35.500rs

After payment, after half n hour i recive other call from same lady stating he has lot of cash in his hand, so we have seezed it, for security reasons i shouldn't disclose this matter to anyone and pay rs 95000 in the same account, so that guy will be sent with security.. I got doubt and my dad told he ll send his friend look into the matter and then if required and if its genuine he ll pay... They request to pay at least half amount... My dad and me kept saying our family member will come and look into this matter and then pay, they were only u can meet him and no one else for security reasons... And then lady says we are talking even to uk embassy if they can help so please wait and dnt share my details with anyone for security reasons u can try to pay as much as u can then we will send him... But we didn't.. He deleted his profile from matrimony too

    2 weeks ago i attended interview in matrimony.com guindy branch (Rr tower). Before starting the interview process, they asked my resume approximately before 20mins. Afterwards one girl recruiter called me asked several questions and self introduction. I told all the thinks. After completing 10-15mins of interview, she simply telling, they are not currently recruiting be graduates so you are not eligible for the position. But in job notification the notified the position for any degree. My only question to that company is why such a times pass they are making on unemployed peoples. It seems like exactly insult. Actually i travelled 3hr for this interview from my native but they insulted me. I didn't prefer your service to my relatives and friends.

      Sir i got paid service of your company on the assurance of mr deepak garg sr officer mobile no [protected] for providing 5 profile covering more than 90% of my daughter profile and i deposited a sum of rs13, 300/-. Sh sudershan joshi was appointed as relationship manager who’d not provide even a single profile. Hence company had made cheating with me.

        unable to upload a new pic and showing error (no proper guidance)

        Whenever i am trying to upload a new pic. Its showing error as try again. I have tried it from other devices also. I have raised the ticket and the issue still exists. There was no proper solution and its almost 4 days over.

        Even out of 9 pics. Suddenly one pic got deleted now its showing only 8.
        Kindly look into this on priority....

        Recently i created a profile on bharat matrimony website and was provided a trial period of 30 days.
        Soon after creation of the profile (Within one day), i started getting calls from customer service for offers, upgrades etc. I told them that i am in trial and would consider the options in some time. The calls did not stop and there were multiple calls each day made from different numbers. This was even after clarifying to them and these disturbing calls continued. After i stopped responding they blocked my access to my profile and i got mobile number not registered message on login even though my mobile was already already registered and verified with them.

        Now i am not able to access my profile nor change/delete it.
        This is a fraud and scam service and i want access to the profile or its deletion as it is against law for any company to hold personal information without consent.

            No customer enquiry about their service, availability of profiles etc. They contact me only when they want payment. Its better to go for robbery. Executive called me min 5 times per day for payment. After the payment no enquery from their side.. I activated with paid membership on may 2019. Executive continuously

              elite matrimony and other premium services

              I paid 1300 usd for the elite matrimony services. The service is very disappointing and it's a sheer waste of money. They don't get suitable profiles and they don't understand what you need. They source the profiles from the general category and present it to you in their web format.
              The relationship managers are not worthy enough to talk to elite people, lack knowledge of proper english or the regional language. They don't even do...

              I have enrolled for 3 months membership and paid 3700/- and executive told me that daily you can see 5 new profiles of your preference but here im continuously checking the profiles i can see only repeated profiles which is not relevant to my preference.

              I spoke to customer care executive Swati, she is really unprofessional and continuously repeating and asking me to check the profiles. But im trying to explain the issue that im not finding any profiles of my partner preference she is not understanding and denied to refund the amount.

              Please note: I want to cancel the account and want refund, i just dont want to waste the amount .

                Few words from my experience an research. On my reviews from the day one on list of sharing profiles from rm to us an to our family members we were able to find that those profiles was not "elite profiles" but to move on service with my bro profile an to show the service level on business view. Which was picked from a normal telugu matrimony. Which my bros profiles would be enrolled for 7 thousand ra package an by our self would picked the contact numbers an reach to bride family members. On my family memebers view was really disappointed on this an felt that we had wasted money paying 50 thousand on elite an which did not helped us till date an family has loses hope including my brother too an wasted his time on this elite from past 6 moths. Which would happen on helping us within 7 thousand on getting enrolled with telugu matrimony. For more information : local matrimony are helping for profiles within 5 to 10k.

                Second point - i hardly get one or two profiles on every alternative week after contacting my rm on multiple times. Once the profiles been shared which would not be related to elite or our profiles matchs. For example previous profile which clearly says they there are looking for doctors profiles only still those profiles has shared to us which we would come to know that this girls profiles will not accept my bros profiles i did understand why this is happening on every time an wasting our time

                Next once the profiles been shared to us we do not get any response from rm follow up. An we get response only after two weeks on point of sharing others profiles. On this view i did understand that this is just business game which one of the family loseing hope has waste lot of time an money on this research.

                My family memebers or my brother has not gain a single pe on this service & we did not get reject any profiles from our end or accpestes profiles till now even one single profile too.. I was aspecting at least the money which i spent till now i would reach out for one profiles aspects but nothing happen till now. Rm promise 's me that she will call me immediately once i call her or ask her for some response but i do not find that response too. She states that she was busy with other work an other profiles i do understand about office work... But please even i work incorporate filed which gives me too much trouble on my work. But i do not forget to assist my client who pays money for my job.

                I hope this is understandable email which i am going under lose an family depression from elite matrimony an service which was given was not wrothfull service to us which we lost lot of time an money believe this company an trusting mis priyanka who forecly mades to get enrolled an given promised which she did not turn back to answer or call us once the cheques collected from us. She never even pick our call too an stand on our words given.

                On review of elite matrimony on website i did see poor rating an facing issue what i am facing from rm an marketing team.

                I really request for refund an stop service so that we would get enrolled on normal' matrimony who would give better an helpful services an countuine on searching bride for my brother on early base an fix his relationship an give happiness to my family.

                I am hearty requesting for my refund money.

                Note : money can be refunded or earn it back but. Time which i spent trusting elite company never comes back an cannot be earned back your

                    I wanted to report about the following fake profile. Actually he is cheater and he cheated many as i know.

                    Situation: first thing he is not completely divorced and he applied for the divorce and he never mentioned in the profile he has a kid (Girl child - her name myra). I get to know this information later. He told me his mother is so serious he is need of money, so i transferred him money. The he said i need money for the college fees and so many things.

                    He is doing his mba from notthingham university (He ran their to uk) because his wife put the domestic and dowry case on him. Which is actually true he did that.

                      I asked her that I'm not getting profiles which I'm looking from Bangalore, 10+12 education, I told her I'm not option to update the preferences.

                      Then she told to change the partner preference and search for profiles.

                      I did the changes and tried searching it but still I don't found any one new profile of my preferences.

                      Consumer complaint kindly intervene in this matter.

                          At the time of enrolment executive told me that we will get 5-10 new profiles daily but here we are not getting preferred profiles and also they told can cancel ur not getting the profiles. Now customer care executive girl or careless & unprofessional not ready to listen to our issue and requesting for cancellation no one here are helpfull just eating our hard earned money that's all and by name vidya she is disconnecting the call without any resolution. I wanted a resolution on this plz do help...

                              I have registered my son's name in bharat matrimonial site. They share my mobile numbers to everybody from marriage planners to videographers and they keep calling me whole day. I have deleted my profile and still i get calls. When asked the customer care they say my profile has to be deleted by them. They donot delete any body's profile and without our knowledge keep showing our page to everybody and give our numbers. I don't want that my son's personal data should be in circulation without my knowledge. Please look in to matter. Thanks

                              Bharat matrimony is one of the worst businesses in India. They keep disturbing people with multiple calls each day. You get up to 10 calls a day from different numbers each time. As you keep on blocking numbers they call from different numbers. Who gave them the right to torture citizens every day with their un-ending calls ? There must be some means to block a business from annoying with their calls.

                                I have created a profile (E4852784) for my friend on july 2019 (For three months rs 4300/-) and paid the membership fee online by using my credit card. Now on september 07th 2019 without any intimation /information bharat matrimony debited my credit card rs 4300/-without my consent. Please credit back the amount to my account immediately.

                                  I've visited your Kannur Branch to gather registration details.Unfortunately I had a very strange experience by interacting with one of your branch executives Ms. Amrutha. During our casual conversation, she claimed that she's not paid enough salary, No salary hike in your firm and struggling with compulsory sunday workings. With sorrow she requested me if I could help her finding a better job. Also she added due to low salary she's forced to do part-time jobs in-order to meet her financial needs. She asked me to join with those part time jobs. With quite surprise and confused mind, I enquired more about her part time jobs.

                                  She's working as an agent of a Co-operative Society Bank named Indian Cooperative Credit Society Limited (ICCSL). Please note her distributor code of ICCSL is[protected]Amrutha.P.P)

                                  Also She has been a marketing consultant of a Kolkata based firm named Saarvasri Herbs Pvt Ltd. Please find the attached documents for referrence.

                                  It's very happy and quite surprise to see that Kerala Matrimony, being a well reputed Matrimony Portal allows your full-time employees to sign agreements/ work with another firms.

                                    I have renewed matrimonial subscription for three months for my son sathishkumar (Profile id. T2858113) i have paid rs.3949 on[protected] through net using my debit card. This is excess by rs. 349 over the amount they demanded. This transaction was done through shobana of bharat matrimony. When contacted she assured to credit rs. 349 in my bank account within three days. But even after a lapse of 18 days it was not done.in this connection i contacted shobana several times and she repeated the same assurance. But still the amount has not been credited in my bank account
