Hello Sir,

This is Roopa Ganguly on 24th of aug a lady named Kavita banarjee (bengali bharatmatrimony) called me someone who is your customer care representative and she told me that we have found 250 matches on our premium profile so plz upgrade your profile to U till marry so she guided me how to upgrade that and by the time we already discussed with her that we need 50L and above salaried person from india. And she agreed she told us that we already have matches sir. So we agreed to pay after we paid we were getting the same results as before so we called her again then she told us wait for 24hrs so we waited nothing happened then she started ignoring my calls not picking it up. So i called your customer care and complained abt her so she called me and rudely spoke to me that i[censored] want to complain do it nothing will happen and hand up my call. Then i called your customer care again they just use to say go to advance search and all .. and they all giving me US salary results if you convert it is lower salaried. I'm very disappointed with your service sir. As a advocate i'm so fedup and request u to see to my case and give me my refund back. Other wise i'll case against you this is so frustrating and i don't have that much of time. This is clearly fraud case as the lady gave us false commitments and also said she will refund us. And now she refuses to do so. Kindly reply i don't have any other options. Plz don't disappoint me or disturb me i request you. I want my refund back. As this is clearly a fraud case you committed something and after i've paid the amount you are not fulfilling it.
I hereby request you yo refund me my money or else i will have to unfortunately escalate this matter to higher authorities and other people.

      Last three months i am getting continuous call from kerala matrimony cochin office and they offered rm service for my brother in law, mahesh e (E4787064). They prmised 95% assurance in rm service.in june, 19 one executive contacted me and inform3d that.. Kerala matrimony will accept fee for rm service only if can find out suitable case... At last after hearing executive word i opted rm service and paid rs.14k on 3rd august 2019. But till this time i have not received any suitable cases from matrimony. Rm service is completely waste of money.. Executive also promised that company will refund customer money, if company can't getting suitable cases. Five days before our rm called and informed that " sir we are not getting any suitable profile for you and last 5 days i am not getting any response from our rm... Its feeling as completely cheating.... So i have done big mistake after opting rm service...

        I battled something similar last time when i had my matrimony profile with them few years back but was able to call the bluff then. This time i was completely caught off guard. Fake profile, says doctor from stanford university, ms orthopaedic. Resident ny buffalo, only child stays with mom dad no more. Photographs attached bank detail seeking money transfer attached and whatsapp number used to make calls also attached...

        I got a call from Anju Rawat, he said that according to you, you will be given a profile, your profile will be made separately, take your member ship when I took the membership, we do not have any profile according to us.

          I have been forcefully subscribed to the emate services by one of your sales consultant name shalini. She made all the wrong promises and i have them in email as a proof from her official email. She pushed me into the wrong services and over committed and under delivered. She has also represented the profile in unethical way and presented wrong information to the future prospects. I am quite disappointed with the the services and professionalism shown by such a big company.
          I also requested the sales person that i would like to pay from my indian card and she pushed me to pay through international card. My bank has also charged me international transaction fees. She has made false promised on a-z things. I would appreciate if your refund my fees to my indian bank account. If matter not handled appropriately and soon, i would complaint to consumer court and also share my experience on all indian and international consumer forums so that no other customer get screwed up by you unethical sales person. I look forward to your reply asap. I disagree to proceed further due to false commitments made. I would like to withdraw from my subscriptions.

            Many fraud nri profiles are there on this site. If we complaint against one profile they suspend that profile. But next day same person creates profile with different name or details with same photo. So is it our duty leave our work and keep on searching for the fraud profiles. Why cannot they take action against such fraudster. How do they allow the person with same photo make again profile on their site if they have suspended his earlier profile. I came to know this after i got duped for money. So i i am posting photos o all the profiles which i have made bharat matrimony to suspend. I am doing this so that i can save some innocent girls from this fraudsters. Please girls be careful from this fraudsters. I am also adding contact numbers. So be careful and verify if you have been contacted by them.

            No matter how much we complaint against fake profiles
            Every next day their are new profiles of this fraudsters
            Sometimes there are profiles with same photo but different details on site at one time only
            How many times should we keep on reporting Bharat matrimony people about fake profiles

              Assisted matrimony - a division of bharat matrimony charges a huge fee but only provide standard profiles that are already available on bharat matrimony! They just provide the same profiles but in a different format. Their relationship manager provides you one profile a week that is already available on bharat matrimony. None of the profiles that they have e-mailed to me meet our requirements. I have asked them to refund the amount paid to them and shall follow up with them regarding the same. Please do not go with “assisted matrimony” that is part of “bharat matrimony”.

                I want inform about person name aakhya sagar who claims to orphan and makes stories o[censored]ncle is sailing ship and he is working with undp syria. He first gains trust and then ask for money citing various reasons
                He has made so many times profiles with bharat matrimony and every time i have to keep reporting to them. Why can't you do something to block such people. Bcoz they not only take money but also affect mental balance. I got duped from this fraudster for being a paid customer. So how can we trust and be paid member at your site. Atleast make one id proof verification compulsory.

                  Non availability of specified candidate.Whenever I try to find a specified candidate, after trying for a few minutes all the candidates photo vanishes & request photo tag comes in the photos. It appears relationship managers wants to get involved with some extra payment & press for the same. This is creating a lot of problem in finding candidate Also many times matches are full of non- specified candidates for example, specified candidate should be a brahmin but the matches are full of non- brahmin candidate.

                      Bengali or any other girl beware of this bharat matrimony profile i. D. (B2415361) name sagar mukherjee.

                      He is good looking, 43 years old divorcee employed in a reputed private firm, but he is only interested to somehow trick a girl, take her whatsapp number, convenience you for video calls, only to see you nude.

                      He will also ask you to visit his jamshedpur residence for sex. No serious and decent guy will ask you to have sex with him without marriage. So never interact with this man.

                      He is mis-using bharat matrimony's platform.

                          One girl named rose priya send me a msg and told me that she have an interest me., and add her in whatsapp...
                          She seeking my interest i told her everything, after 2-3 hours she said that she loves me... Its too early i think...
                          She said that she is from london.. Her mother is an indian...
                          Now she arrived delhi and sje told me that custom officers seized all her luggages dor carrying more pound in india... And requesting me to send money...

                            This is to inform you that we have bitter experience while using bharat matrimony website from my profile (B2327947), had 3 months subscription initially for rs 4400 and i was not happy with the service and then again after repeated calling by bharat matrimony executive enrolled for another subscription of 3 months for rs 3900. I am looking for profile of age between 21-28 years, we are getting age of 31+ year profile which is irrelevant to my preferences. Suppose if you like any profile and try to contact the number. Either the phone number is not reachable or it is switched off and sometimes profile do not even respond. The concern is that why such profile are not verified and removed by bharat matrimony and why is bharat matrimony sending all irrelevant profiles. I am not happy using the bharatmatrimony services. The services provided are not worth to be paid.

                              After repeatedly stating that my number has to be removed from there database and numerous time stating that an fir will be filled still this uneducated run company doesn't stop and call multiple times a day.

                              There has been repeated attempts by me to ask them to stop it and the customer service executives states that you can do whatever you want and we don't care and we will keep harassing you and that is our company policy. Is this how a company scripts its policy, disturbing users at work time for their sale.

                              Why can't this # company adhere to do not disturb?

                                We had been a dedicated customer for Bharat Matrimony for a quite a long time of almost 1 year and had procured Premium membership packages continually for two times. The customer care representative handling our case was during that time was very cordial. We were contemplating extending our membership for the third time when the present customer care person’s behaviour left us with a very bad taste. He was extremely rude and talked in an undignified manner even when he was dealing was very aged persons in the house. He initially offered us a good renewal deal. We said that we will think over and revert back soon. Unfortunately, we could not attend to the offer or his calls immediately due to urgent engagements that cropped up in between. Next day he calls back and talks in a very insulting tone that how dare none o[censored]s were available to pick his calls. He says that we deserve to pay a higher price for membership and withdrew the sops. This kind of dictatorial highhanded behaviour and complete disregard for the other person’s possible engagements is completely unwarranted and unexpected from a decent institution like Bharat Matrimony. The attitude of this representative was such that we as customers should always be available to obey his commandments, irrespective of our important engagements or get ready to be penalized. It is true that we all are using this platform to make one of the most important decisions of our life but that does not mean that we have surrendered our life, dignity and independence in order to get humiliated by some unprofessional individual (Mr. Debabrata Paul, The Bharat Matrimony representative). Bharat Matrimony should seriously look into the matter and employ personals qualified enough to talk decently to customers. I will also appreciate if Bharat Matrimony makes a commendable professional approach so that we can remain associated with it and credit it with our success. – B2143061

                                  I created a profile recently for my sister after which i received some interests some of which i needed to contact. To contact, i needed to upgrade. An agent named sarika jaiswal contacted me saying she will activate a discount for me which is available for ladies. Little did i know that she was only playing with me. First she said it will be done in a day which didn't happen. Then she convinced me saying i should logout & then she will do it in a night which again was only a lie. They are only playing games with customers. They don't intend to actually give any discount. And there is no guarantee that we will even get the required service after paying. They are just big liars. All agents there will be like sarika. She told me that i should not login until she tells me & god knows when she intends to tell me! And she also told me that i should not contact any other agent! Another thing is that the site shows a 2500/- off for ladies whereas she said she can give only 1000/-!! What fraud!! Worst service ever!!

                                    paid membership services, misleading consumer after payment

                                    After creating a profile in their website was constantly asked to make payments in order to view profiles and communicate with matched profile,
                                    After payment of 4300 rs my account was upgraded to contact profiles, as i didn't find any suitable didn't use any allotted view number services from site,
                                    Later i was prompted to use divorce matrimony as to find matching profiles so now i am asked to pay the same amount again which...

                                    I, lokesh. R having id k2045222 has not been renewed my existing combo package but after expiry still the package has been renewed by deducting rs. 4, 300 through icici bank account, gandhinagar branch, bangalore [rpi/bharat matr/[protected]/[protected]]. On 4th july 2019. Moreover it is very unfortunate & painful thing for me to say how the amount has been deducted without my consent!!???

                                    Hence however, i strongly appeal to your concern that please refund my amount of rupees 4, 300 as i don't want to continue such package anymore.

                                      We did not want to take their service at first, then they convinced us to take the service on below terms:
                                      1. The person "Rohit" will pull profiles across all their portals and give us atleast 3-4 profiles
                                      2. Assured us that he will talk to their family and we need not followup.
                                      Now once payment of 21000/- is done, he is not responding and I made sure I pay on the correct URL and their website.
                                      Even he is not picking our call, Next step is to raise a complaint against them in Consumer Forum.

                                      No one is even trying to listen, rohit.[protected]@assistedmatrimony.com is the person dealing with our profile, at first he was just lazy and arrogant, but now he is sending irrelevant profiles which are not even a close match to our requirements. Please consider this as a formal complaint as we will need to take action against the company, it is not about the money but the mental harrassment caused because of flase promises. As there is no written terms for the services Rohit and team is trying to be smart by harrassing us further.
