The following happened on 14th september, 2018 for the profile m3897009.

The mobile app lead me to believe that there was no payment to be made for renewal.in fact, when i unchecked some add-on (Astromatch), it said that i need to pay an amount of rs.-347 (Minus 347). So i thought this was some promotion offer to let me view already viewed phone numbers or something like that. Further i was thinking that i will cancel payment...

My daughter id is p1685693. On monday 10th sep 18 i got a call from ms aarti that i should get profile updated on discounted price of 2800 and upgrade in 5-10 min. I did that but she deducted 4500+ for the same. Since that day no call from her, i called ur customer care number n no. Of times but they r promising to call bk but no call rcvd so far, one lady also told me that my extra deducted money wl b refunded but action so far.

Hi had never seen such fraud company.

I was promoting bharat matrimony website since last 2 month.

As per their policy i should be get my commission after end of next month.

Now 4th month has been gone and they still didn't give my payment 38000 rs.


When i asked for my payment through mail. Initially they are ignoring my mail but now they are refuse to give my promoting...

Id 1975157 - one namely pinky chaudhury who knocked me over mobile repeatedly for assistance of my daughter's id. Assured me the on going services which is for 3 months she will provide me extra 1 & 1/2 months more i. E. For 45 days but she did not provide me same even she blocked my mobile. I signed up for a 3 months plan before this. Ive already managed to find a match for my relative in the past 3 months.

Just today they have auto renewed my account and charged usd107 to my card without my consent, this is fraudulent!

I need them to refund my money, the charge took place just few minutes ago. Paypal sent me a receipt that they charged me!

Recently i have take a premium subscription in bharat matrimony with an amount of rs. 4600/- for this they have provided me that 80 contact numbers & 100 sms. So i have searched and picked two matches in that i find the numbers also but those two numbers are fake for this i made a complaint in the web site till now they haven't respond & while taking the subscription they offered me 1 month extra but till now that also not provided.

Very poor service that i received from bharat matrimony.
1. False propaganda of their service and trapped us to sign up for their membership
2. Now after signing up getting call every month from a relation manager stating that "without rm (Relationship manager) no marriage can be fixed"

Dear sir, i had seen add of bharat matrimony in tv and registered myself at site. From next day, i started getting calls from bharat matrimony almost daily. Initially i rejected it as there are no profiles matching my criteria of location and caste. Even then executives called me almost daily and we're forcing me to subscribe and almost ten days before one madam called me and forced me very much to get membership and said that matches will...

I had registered for my sister for a package for 6 months, such a fake company worst customer service, rude support center. No help
And they auto renewed the subscription without notifying and charged me with 7.5k from my card. The package lasted only for 3 months without notifying me.
Not recommended. Sorry is all you get from them. Yes sorry is the right word.

Had registered for assisted matrimony services (Kerala matrimony) after receiving solicitation for this business from the company. I had clearly set out what my requirements were during discussions and also given the same in writing. The company had agreed to meet these requirements failing which they would refund the money. I have been a member of bharatmatrimony.com for the past 3 months.

Without any notification/intimation they have renewed my plan and debited my credit card.
I can not understand how they can debit my cc without otp.

This is nothing but fraud. I request competent authorities in india to take action on bharatmatrimony.com as this company is a publicly traded company. Thanks....

There is a fake profile in bharat matrimony website that has used my details like name and phone number and my friend picture as profile pic. My friend is running into some personal issues with his wife, now this one is addon for that.
