Myself registered in bharat matrimony. On 13th june i got the call from mr kiran saying that he has shortlisted 15 profiles of master graduates of my area and he called their parents as well. They are ready to accept my profile and only thing is i should become paid member to get their number. I was not aware o[censored]sing paytm and kiran used my phone otp and took the money rs. 3800. But immediately when i login there were no such profiles and i asked for refund. So he agreed finally and told i have put it for refund and you will get it within few days. But after waiting for a week when i called he scolded me saying why you are calling now, i said you will get refund, wait for few more days, its the big organisation so it will take time to refund. Then i did complaint in customer call even mailed. I have given mr bibin's number by saying that he is the manager of kannada matrimony. I called bibin and told the stories and bibin immediately called kiran and kiran told he is refunding the amount. I waited for another week. I didnt get the refund. I mailed about these two managers fraud business in customer care and even in feedback. I used to get the reply regularly that it will be refunded. Daily i have been made to wait about half an hour in customer care and they say ill get call back. But never i got and again i started asking kiran about refund, he is telling that bibin has put the signature for refund, if you do not trust me you can ask bibin and you will get tomorrow.. So many tomorrows over. Bibin is not recieving my phone call if i call from different number then he says ok madam i'll enquire and call you back. But he never revert me back.
Now its not only the question of my money rs. 3800 and phone call charge ; it's also how much i suffered along with waste of my precious time and patience, how they gamed emotionally, how much i suffered, its the kind of harassment which is beyond tolerable level. So i want the refund along with their apology of being gamed with my patience and time
Bharat Matrimony customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
In got my profile updated a with a three month paid pack. But I feel cheated after doing the same. Following are the reasons :
1) I was being called up daily and was being told that we provide the best services and have the best matches. Leave aside good matches, I can’t find people on your website which satisfy my criteria.
2) Onebof the reasons for not initiatially taking up the paid facilities with Bharat matrimony were that I found it expensive. One of the advisor used a line to convince me about the price was and I Qoute ‘Apple or doosre brands mein jo Farak hota hai wo difference hai humme’ Comparing Bharat matrimony(BM) with apple. But sadly I don’t see any difference, rather BM is worst Matrimony site I have being using.
3) Now regarding services, I was being followed up daily to buy the paid services of BM and see for the difference. Not once but sometime twice thrice in a day. Some time through WhatsApp & sometime through text, to buy the Paid services. But once I did it, I haven’t received even a service call. When I received the same I was in a meeting, so I asked them please call after sometime. But that sometime hasn’t ended up according to BM team, highlighting the poor service of BM.
4) Now the most important reason for my disappointment, anger and frustration is that the brand with which your team compared yourself with, is the brand your App is worst upon. I am talking about Apple IOS. Following is what happened
It’s the worst app I have ever used, because it not only has half the features not working compared Android app but also misguides the people, as it did it my case. As everybody does, I bought the paid services since I found one profile really matching the criteria. We both mutually accepted the interest. So take it further I wanted their number to contact them. By the time I got my profile paid Clicked on to the view number, I was shown that ‘Sorry. Member has protected the number’. And here came the confusion as I came under the impression that member might have done that in case the marriage got fixed or talks were going on and they didn’t want to get contacted till the time any concreate result came in first place. I kept trying to get the number by checking for update in viewing of number. But got the same message. Also seeing no update for my side, they came under impression that my acceptance wasn’t a serious one they decided to move on. But recently after using android app I have come to know that it wasn’t the case. That family/girl had never protected the number as at the same time I was able to see her number on android app when it was showing protected on IOS app. Thanks to this misguidance by IOS app, I missed a good family and her Marriage is fixed somewhere else. .
There are many other features IOS app which either don’t work or are misleading and let me not go into details of it. I have the proof for the same.
If BM couldn’t provide services and special IOS Services they don’t have the right to compare there services with the best. I am really frustrated with this and I want my refund for the payment I have done.
Don’t make me go to social platform or Consumer court as results will be very bad.
Need a quick revert on this.
