A customer care staff gave me an offer Till you marry. When I asked them to renew my membership as per the offer given on phone, (have all the audio records for the call from customer care staff ) they are keeping silent for my repeated emails. Feels like am cheated and tricked to pay them. I strongly feel they are cheating so many people this way. I had enrolled for till-u-marry membership scheme in bharat matrimony in 2016. The scheme mentioned that for the initial year, i have to pay 9900/- and thereafter 1000/- every year. However at the expiry of the membership scheme, i was informed that i need to pay rs 6900/- as renewal amount.

While one of the departments works better, other is worst. I had to contact video team multiple times for our video, for a whole month, even after making full payment.
