Very poor service that i received from bharat matrimony.
1. False propaganda of their service and trapped us to sign up for their membership
2. Now after signing up getting call every month from a relation manager stating that "without rm (Relationship manager) no marriage can be fixed"

    Dear sir, i had seen add of bharat matrimony in tv and registered myself at site. From next day, i started getting calls from bharat matrimony almost daily. Initially i rejected it as there are no profiles matching my criteria of location and caste. Even then executives called me almost daily and we're forcing me to subscribe and almost ten days before one madam called me and forced me very much to get membership and said that matches will be shown when i pay 5600 for gold pack, then only they will show me my desired matches. But to my surprise there are no matches matching my criteria even after paying amount of 5600. Before paying there were no matches and after paying also no matches. I called customer help line to enquire, they told me to edit partner preferences and i did the same, but again no matches. Again i called customer helpline, this time they told me that there are no profiles from your caste and location, but when other people upload profiles it will be shown to me. I felt like how foolish i am to believe in words of calling executive of bharat matrimony, i felt cheated and felt ashamed of myself, as being educated i was cheated and robbed. I had seen matches, no matches were from our caste and our locations that's why i didn't upgrade, but was forced by executive to pay amount and get membership... Now tell me what kind of work ethics is this..... Just to get money.. They are cheating... Even though i didn't wish, they made me to join,.. What about my amount of 5600.. Which is my half month salary, as we have sentiment towards marriage, madam has exploited it and made me pay for it.
    It's my sincere request to higher authority that i was cheated badly that i would get profiles when i pay, but no profiles, so please be kind enough on me as i m not the one who can let 5600 rupees go waste, please refund me the fees i paid.

      I had registered for my sister for a package for 6 months, such a fake company worst customer service, rude support center. No help
      And they auto renewed the subscription without notifying and charged me with 7.5k from my card. The package lasted only for 3 months without notifying me.
      Not recommended. Sorry is all you get from them. Yes sorry is the right word.
      I am really sorry for us that we chose that company to scam us.

        Had registered for assisted matrimony services (Kerala matrimony) after receiving solicitation for this business from the company. I had clearly set out what my requirements were during discussions and also given the same in writing. The company had agreed to meet these requirements failing which they would refund the money. Regret that the services were extremely poor and my requirements not met. Mails addressed to them including person in charge of kochi unit remains unanswered.

          I have been a member of bharatmatrimony.com for the past 3 months.

          Without any notification/intimation they have renewed my plan and debited my credit card.
          I can not understand how they can debit my cc without otp.

          This is nothing but fraud. I request competent authorities in india to take action on bharatmatrimony.com as this company is a publicly traded company. Thanks.

            There is a fake profile in bharat matrimony website that has used my details like name and phone number and my friend picture as profile pic. My friend is running into some personal issues with his wife, now this one is addon for that.

            We would like to keep you informed that, we do have our validation process where we do not check the integrity of the profile before addition to the database, only a basic content validation is performed to ensure that is there is no defamatory / blasphemous content.

            Character verification and the profile verification has to be done by the interested members themselves.

            We would like to inform you that since ours is an online service, we require some supporting documents to validate your complaint against the profile.

            Further, we do have provision to take actions against a member instantly on receipt valid supporting document proof.

            My friend (Vidya Sagar) informed me that my phone is linked with Profile: T3865629, phone no: 9493..7491(not providing complete number) and he also said profile named as "Kiran"(My name).

            I unable to see profile in as it asking me to create account to view profiles which I don't have membership in Matrimony. I can provide my documents if you required any. Please let me know.

              Bharat matrimony id is y647790 a/c vandana panigrahi. I've 2 complaints to make.
              #1. Your company has unauthorisedly debited my credit card account for rs.4, 500/- on july 30-2018 for renewal of my membership. I've never given your company authority for auto renewal and auto debit to my credit card. This is a fraud for which i will lodge a complaint against your company to rbi and file a case in consumer court.
              #2. My current validity was up to july 30-2018 till midnight. But you have stopped my facility by 11 am on july 30-2018. Against this unfair trade practice i will file a case in consumer court against your company.

              Before lodging the complaint with rbi and filing a case in consumer court, i'm writing this mail to redress my grievance to my utmost satisfaction. Hope to receive a favourable and prompt response from you.

                This is to inform that under assisted matrimony service of this portal, momita bhattacharya has taken 12k fees, since past two weeks she is terribly harassing us with no benefits.

                We as a customer has to chase her for service.
                She never responds on time.

                    My sister has paid 12k for assisted matrimony services on 7th june 2018. For the initial 3 weeks they sent profiles on weekly basis. However the concerned rm (Sunitha ghosh) did not call even after activation of the services. Just received profiles from her via email. Also, her colleague (Cp reddy) who used to call initially too stopped responding after a week. She then raised a complaint on 27th june post which the manager of rm (Bhavana aneja) contacted and spoke very rudely. As the whole thing happened within a month from registration, we asked for refund of money as the customer service representative advised that it is in their policy but he too refused to send an email confirmation of the same. However they are refusing to provide a refund too.
                    I need community matrimony to resolve this issue asap and provide refund.

                      We have taken a paid profile for our daughter fir assisted matrimony. After taking money these guys do not receive calls. They are suppose to send 3-4 profiles a week but in 1.5 months they sent only 3 profiles who never talk to us.

                        I receive regular update on my email address that is upasna. [protected]@gmail.com from bharatmatrimony.com. I never created any account on bharatmatrimony and when i contacted them to delete this account i was further advised to send email to helpdesk.

                        I am married woman with a grown up son; this is so embarrassing. I request ip address to be traced and the case investigated.

                          I am enrolled for till u marry for rs.9900/- for 2 years and the activation fee of rs.1000/- for 4 years. But now they are asking for rs.6900/- which is ridiculous
                          And they are asking for this and they say till u marry is 1year now.
                          They may change the plans as of time and those who got enrollment should be given the said scheme.

                            On 31st of dec 2017, i become a paid member for sending customized messages to members. I have found that your paid service has the following problem: deficiency in services

Their representative didn't disclosue her name. But in Truecaller shows DHIMAN BEN. So, my request to you please take an action as soon as possible.

                              I wanted to bring to your attention that i have been told that i will get a full access to 4 regional sites (Telugu matrimony, caste no bar, reddy and kamma) as part of assisted service. I have made payment £188.90 on 31/may/2018. I don't have permission to send interest/respond on teleugumatrimony, reddy, caste no bar site. Its asking additional payment for regional sites.

                              Key issues:-
                              1. Relationship manager (Rm) not yet been assigned for last 12 days
                              2. User accounts not yet created for 4x regional matrimony sites (Telugumatrimony, caste no bar, reddy) for last 12 days
                              3. False sales pitch or promises to reach sales target end of the month
                              4. Assisted service members (Sravanthi, shashikiran) are not reachable for last 12 days or no response for last 12 days for any email or phone calls.
                              5. Lost the trust on assisted services

                              It’s very disappointing that rm has not been assigned for last 12 days and no access to regional sites. Hence, i lost trust on assisted service. I have been chasing for refund of full amount £188.90 for last 12 days

                                1. Elite matrimony, part of bharath matrimony, agreed to give me a refund. Because they have sent me profile details which are completely wrong, when i compared it with their own telugu matrimony details.
                                2. Secondly, they agreed to give me a refund via cheque and delayed it and postponed it almost 5 times.
                                3. No manager responds when i call for follow - up
                                4. I have shared my address details when they said cheque will be processed through the post. Now they have sent the cheque to some other state than the address i shared and giving me a status that their part is done.
                                5. I can share the proofs of screenshots if this process goes further.

                                  This is regarding a profile i created few months back on bharat matrimony site.
                                  Initially i used free services like just viewing the matches, later i used to get phone calls from delhi customer executives requesting to use paid services by convincing with the benefits, i got many such calls along with many promises to provide multiple services which they agreed will be provided instantly.
                                  I finally decided to be a premium member.

                                  One executive "deepak sharma" from delhi used to take followups on the same and he agreed he will be approachable for my queries or any issues i face to use the paid services.

                                  Damn i didn't knew this was only until i did the payment.. He totally escaped after the transaction was done.. He started dodging my calls on the queries!!

                                  My main issue is : i am not able to view any damn new matches / premium members / daily recommendations in the app... It simply comes out as a blank page with a message (Attached images).
                                  I tried to narrow down or adjust the preferences but it doesn't give anything on the app.

                                  I tried calling on help desk many times still they will just end up asking me to change preferences.
                                  They have already wasted my 20 days out of 90 days membership..
                                  I am so very disappointed with the services not at all being provided except the contact details which i can view but there is a lot of struggle to get the profile itsel[censored]nless you explicitly go change the filters and check "search"

                                  Have a attached a snapshot of my bharat matrimony app home page which is actually a blank page!! Of no use!

                                  I want my money back! It is simply getting wastesd in such false promises.. And i doubt if the contact numbers are real too! Cause i am hardly getting any calls or call backs..

                                  As I mentioned yes I reached to helpdesk couple of times but I wasn't really satisfying.

                                  Because, as per their suggestions I update the profile but it doesn't help at all.

                                  Can you assign an executive to resolve our issue?

                                      Sir, I am the user of ID no. H-6911736 on behalf of my son' Radhey Raman Srivastava' and had the payment according to your demand for the package of 90 days.
                                      It is pertinent to mention that there were so many preferences were being shown on the aforesaid ID according to my choice but just after deposit the sum in your account, the preferences had been diverted to somewhere on your site.
                                      However being aggrieved I had prepared the other ID on the same profile of my son free of cost and the good preferences were being shown on this new ID.
                                      On going through the new good preferences according to my choice I had selected the ID and mentioned in my paid membership by searching ID.
                                      This type of activities shown by you is nut justified .
                                      When I had contacted your customer care, he suggested to mention the preference of bride in 'ANY' then since then the bride preference from only south are being shown on my site.

                                        We signed up for a 6 months subcription after clarifying our requirement of the specific sub-caste to the great bharath matrimony representative harish. He obviously made all fake promises that make the payment and i will send 10 matching profiles everyday. And as soon as we sign up he will send 25 matching profiles immediately, which dint happen. They actually have just 4-5 profiles of rama kshatriya caste. I have paid about rs. 5500 for this. The representative said all fake imformation and robbed me. I have phoned thier customer care and complaint 3 times for the disappointed i have faced and need refund. But they have not got back to me at all. The matrimony service is complete # and nobody should enrol with them. I just need my money back. I'm not happy with thier # service and will never ever suggest any citizen to sign up with them.
