Greetings
I would like to place a complaint about the petrol bunk operating by ar dhamodhar mudiyilar and co. At trichy trunk road in villupuram town, tamil nadu. Today evening at about 5.30pm i went to that bunk to fill nitrogen air to my two wheeler. No staff was available at the nitrogen machine to help me with it, and the machine is not user friendly to operate. None of the vendors helped me with it even though they were seeing my inconvenience of operating it. I was standing there for about ten mins at last a vendor came i requested him to fill air for me in my vehicle but he deliberately said me that no air is there in the wheel so the machine could not fill it. I don't understand the logic reason behind it. I said him that i came in by riding the vehicle and once the wheel was connected to the machine the air was sulked and the wheel was deflated. He deliberately refused to fill air to my vehicle and i was forced to take my vehicle from the bunk by walk.in this connection i lodge the following complaint:

Why a vendor was not appointed for that machine.
Is there and reason to fill the air by the customer itself.
I feel it is a pure service deficiency
I asked for the complaint book to write to a complaint but the staff refused to give it.
There is no display board depicting whom to complaint.

I request you to reply for my complaints with in seven days

    My surname spelling is wrong as per your record. My surname right spelling is vaghela but as per your record mention is vagehla thatswhy i have lots of complain race by on line from my bharat gas login id. But not a solve, than i contact to ahmadabad office and discuss with manisha madam and share to him all details so she advise to me like contact to mehsana office. Than i contact mehsana office by phone to mr, rakeshbhai so he say to me coming on office than i goes to office and written application given to him according to my quarry. (26/8/2017) but yesterday mr. Amit bhai and rakeshbhai say to me like pay rs.1000 something than solve your problem. So i told to him why i am paying than thos are tell to me like submit your subsidy refind than solve your problem. And say to me your surname spelling change in your old connetion during your transfering from ankleshwar to mehsana. So again i tell to them, like when i issue bharat gas at that time i submit my election card and as on my election card my surname spelling is right. Like vaghela not a vagehla. Than why i am pay. So till date my problem is not solved so agian i request to you please try to undersatnd and solved the quarry. This is only request not a complaint for any perticuale person. (My concern is one and only like as on my document my surname is correct than why i am pay extara money for that)

      Sir, with due respect i shri harekrushna bej, a consumer of bharat gas ltd bearing - consumer no[protected] want to inform you that since last two days my gas subsidy has already stopped coming due to my mis entry/wrong entry as option out of subsidy in your bharat gas app.
      Therefore i request you to activate my gas sibsidy so that i shall grateful to you

          Respected sir
          I have been to kulwant filling center at paragpur jalandhar cantt on this evening and got filled up my scooty with the bp for rs.150. They refused to accept a single 10 rupee coin as i was holding other currency in notes, saying that it is not acceptable any more and with a rude way they told me to complaint about this anywhere we want. I hope u understand that 10 rupee coin is also an indian currency and if they refuse to take this there should be a valid reason on this.
          Kindly make a note of this and besides this i would like to mention that these people doesn't have the air filling station attached to this centre as a result a stranger has made his own air filling center near this place which is paid.

              Yesterday (28th august, 2017) i went to bpcl petrol pump at bt kawade road pune, maharashtra for refueling my bike with petrol. I asked the provider to refill petrol worth inr 300. He filled it until inr 200 and the meter stopped. I asked him again to fill petrol worth inr 100 and he proceeded by pressing some buttons next to the display. He put the injector into my fuel tank and on the display, 100.00 started blinking. There was no rolling of digits from 0 to 100 but just a blink of 100.00. He asked my for my credit card for payment as he said it was done. I was aware of the situation and removed the injector to show him that no petrol was being poured into the tank. He said he had not started filling in and he would do so now.
              This keeps happening at this petrol pump very frequently. I have been a victim once and have seen many people being victimized.
              I told him that i would lodge a complaint against what he did. He conveniently answered "do whatever you want". This is how people are robbed at public places and since authorities are reluctant about taking appropriate actions, common men have to keep facing such troubles everytime. Its offending that we have such visions for a magnificent india but at grass root, such filth takes place everyday.

                Petrol pump in nagpur on the way of hingna road, electronic zone pump named sushila gas agency always refill petrol improperly. When a customer say that please set the meter and then fill it accurately, they wont and misbehave.
                As bharat petroleum says they have accufill policy and system and i can't see it any where here. The sushila gas agency is always a fraud petrol refilling station.
                And where the petrol refillers have no manners how to behave with the customers.
                I hope you look out to my following complaint and take the required actions.

                    There is a petrol pump situated in kalyanpur crossing kanpur nagar. Whenever i go for air he always refuse to do and he is doing there own business he has opened his own puncture shop just next to the air machine he always says baad me aana abhi time nai h as he is busy in his shop i also complaint the manager but nothing happened.. Pls take some action as each petrol pump must have air with services. Machine h air man nai h to kya machine ka achaar daale hum log?? Pls kuch kariye bht baddtmiz h vo air wale

                      Yesterday i went to refill my activa 4g of amount 300rs. I went of my vehicle and said him to refill the tank of rs300 twice or thrice. But he pretended that he has mistaken in hearing and filled petrol of 50rs. And when i asked him that i wanted petrol of 300rs. He said that he will fill petrol. And started from 50 and reached 250 and said that he have filled 50 before and 250 after but he actually filled amount of250 only they also keeps to distract people..

                        Dear team,

                        I fuelled my vehicle with 6 liters of petrol and 60ml*3= oil on 19th august, however cost of 60 ml oil is 16rs after recent effects but this bunk charged me 18rs as they claimed that they have old stocks.

                        The service representative was so careless in answering my concern and shooed me away

                        Since i never asked for old stocks, i deserve lesser charge to be paid. Kindly resolve my concern to give justice and i request serious actions to be taken against the gas station.

                          Your employees are deceiving the customers by manipulating them while filling their tanks. Today, at your service booth near yamuna sports complex east delhi, i went to refill the petrol tank of my scooty but they somehow manipulated me and didn't let me look at the meter. When i realised and asked him to check if he has filled it properly. He again disappointed me with his misbehaviour. This is really intolerable. Please look into the matter

                              Today I went to the petrol pump at Masih Automobile(Dealer Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd.) Road No. 75B, Vikas Marg Etxn., Anand Vihar, Delhi -92
                              to fill petrol for the amount of 1500.00

                              I was vigilant to check the ZERO before the attendant named Jignesh start filling.

                              However, while filling the petrol another employee named Vijay Pal keep trying to distract me by telling about frivolous offers on some payment method with intention of distracting me so that I remove my eyes from petrol meter.
                              And in an instant once it approaches Rs. 1000.00 Jignesh quickly reset the meter to 0 claiming that 1500 has been filled.

                              I have asked them why they reset it and I clearly saw them reset it while it was at around 1000.00. They feigned ignorance and even claims that petrol rates are raised now hence your tank not filled as it used to be.
                              Also they refuse to give me printed receipt and gave hand written one [ as attached].

                              It is a clear fraud of absolute value of 500.00.

                              Please check into it as this cheating behavior reflects very bad on you as a company.

                                        I have consumer no - 7185 from distributor code - 117645 (Bharat gas). I have submitted my adhar no & bank a/c to gas supplier and bank as well.
                                        Till 2015 i have recieved subsidy in my bank a/c but from last one year subsidy does not credited by govt in my a/c.
                                        Distributor is not providing satisfactory reply, plz do needful to credit my subsidy.
                                        Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
