Baad hi cylinder m aag lagni suru ho gai uske baad mene cylinder ke uper badsheet paani m dalkar uske uper daali but aag jyada lag rahi thi uske baad mene usko bahar nikala aur baalu daali jiske 1.00hr baad aag kam hui.

    मेरा कस्टमर क्र[protected] है एस0 वी0 क्र0 -[protected] है मेरे से कनैक्शन के समय 2000 रुपया लिया गया था बोले तेरा दूसरे सिस्टम से करना पड़ेगा ऐसा कैसे चलेगा इसका मतलब प्रधानमंत्री उज्ज्वला योजना का कोई मतलब ही नहीं है
    जब मैंने फार्म डाला था तो उसके 15 दिन बाद मेरा कनैक्शन दिखने लगा था फिर भी मेरे को लगभग 6 महीने बाद सिलेंडर और कॉपी दिया गया उसमे भी नंबर नहीं जोड़ा गया मै 3 से 4 बार उनके पास गया और बोला की मेरा नंबर जोड़ दो पर वो ऐसा नहीं कर रहे है कहते है की अगली बार जब भराना तो जोड़ देंगे तो मै बुकिंग कैसे करूँ

        I am receiving sms from vm-bpclms stating "thanks for fuelling xxxlitres disel for rs. Xxx in car number xxx at xxx petrol pump in delhi. Txn time xxx date xxx" since more than an year. The detail of fuelling are not mine. My mobile number and car number are both being misused by someone. I have made several complains on bpcl customer care number but not my problem has not been resolved by them. Also, no email address is given on bpcl website where i can make a written complain.
        Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I am getting 50-60 messages per day that -

        Thanks to fulfilling petrol/diesel in NEWNEW at...

        I don't know why I am getting such messages from VM-BPCLMS, I think the Bharat petroleum pump registered my mobile number for a new car, and whenever they fill petrol in new car (Without numbered), I get this message.

        I am just irritated with this if it does not solve I am going to place a complaint against it. As I have complained about it much time at my nearby Bharat petrol pumps and to the customer care too, but it's still not solved.

          In that pump, the so called owner narayanan residing in the same pump day and night, because they dont have house

          Night time narayanan treated his pump as a bar and drinking with his friends

          That time they switch of the particular cctv cameras

          If any body come and fill the fuel in night time in his pump with ladies and woman, that time narayanan misbehave with the womens

          I cannot tell in the words what they are doing in the pump

          Please take action severely
          Otherwise please close his petrol pump, before if some thing happening big

          Take action, i am also send this complaint to puducherry governor and primeminister modi

            I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinhaveder on 30 may 2017 at 9:00 pmand made online payment using sbi debit card. Amount ₹ 680/- was deducted from my account but still it showing payment status pending on bharat gas cylinder booking site. Payment made through ccavenue ref is: pos [protected] at cc avenue_ebharatgas. C txn#[protected]
            I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account as this transction get failed.
            Kindly do the needful.

              Non-payment of subsidy since august 2015

              Normally subsidy of lpg cylinder on the date of delivery was being credited to my savings account already recorded with you. But on scrutinizing the account it has been observed that your agency have stopped paying subsidies unilaterally since august 2015 by credit to my account already registered with you while we have not given any undertaking to forgo/surrender with the subsidy.in good faith i need not felt to verify that the subsidies are being paid or not as earlier these were being paid regularly. As soon as i noticed then immediately brought it into your office notice telephonically and i was assured to wait for fifteen days as there is some technical error and subsidies will be paid after due rectifications.

              In this connection i have already requested number of times through telephones/ and during my personal visit to your office to pay my due subsidies. But sorry to point out that due subsidies are not paid so far.

              We again request you to arrange to make the payment of subsidies since august 2015 to till date against cash memos of lpg cylinders delivered to me during this period.

              Please do the needful and oblige.

                      Sir i live in jaipur my address is nai ki thadi amer area 302027.
                      Here are some issues we are facing.
                      The cylinder vehicle is charged highly amount of the cylinder like cylinder rate is 620 and they charge 640, 650 rs. They are not polite in talk to customers. And they are not giving any receipts of cylinders from last six months. This is very frustrating.

                        My brother varinder kumar (Mobile no. [protected]) r/o 1811/4 daulat colony ludhiana is consumer of m/s simran gas service (115603), (Telephone no.[protected], 2609499 & mobile no.[protected], basti jodhewal, ludhiana, vide consumer no.13529 (Lpg id[protected] which falls within the ambit of bharat gas (Lpg). On[protected] m/s simran gas service has delivered underweight cylinder about 1-1/2 kg. This fact brought to the kind notice of m/s simran gas service and requested to change underweight cylinder but employees of m/s simran gas service has flately refused to change underweight cylinder about 1-1/2 kg. Thereafter my brother has visited several times to gas agency in order to get change underweight refill but the said gas agency has flately refused to do so till date. So said gas agency has violated rules of bharat gas.
                        It is, therefore, prayed that stern emergent legal action may kindly be taken against erring officials/officers and be booked under the provisions of law. The underweight cylinder about 1-1/2 kg be changed to the customer.

                        I have purchase a refill cylender from pushpak gas services haridwar today i.e. 13.07.22.
                        When my mother ask delivery boy to weight he replied that, he has not any instrument to weight.
                        After knowing it by my mother, I have weight cylender myself to clear doubt and found that cylender is underweight by 4.5 kg.
                        My mother ask me earlier many times about this issue but, on faith I have not taken it seriously.
                        Now today I am shocked to see this type of scam. It should be punishable hard.
                        Please take appropriate strict action aginst this type of activity.

                          I am a consumer of LPG of BPCL with खाना Gas Center, धुरी Road, SANGRUR (PB), consumer number 24860, in the name of Sanjeev Jindal s/O Pawan Kumar, Punia Colony, SANGRUR. In the year 2016, the LPG cylinder delivered at residents were:
                          Date 19.04.16 सब्सिडी Rs. 106.19 recd
                          Date 19.07.16 सब्सिडी not recd in a/c
                          Date10. 11.16 सब्सिडी not recd in a/c
                          Date 29.11.16 सब्सिडी Rs. 135.86 recd
                          It seems from the bank account पास Book, सब्सिडी on a/c of LPG supply is not credited in bank account linked as per details above.
                          It, is therefore desired that necessary सब्सिडी amount be paid at your earliest.

                            I mr. Anil j godhade complaining in writing about shree balleshwar petroleum on pali khopoli road dist. Raigad, today 24/5/17 wednesday i was travelling towards khopoli i went to above said petrol pump for filling diesel in my vehicle mh 04 bq 0304 i was treated very badly by their worker. I quit from there without filling diesel. This was the first time that i got treatment like this on bharat petroleum, i fill regular diesel or petrol only from ur organization pls take care o[censored]r customers.

                              I have received gas cylinder 30 days ago.

                              Gas Agency said Your Subsidy will credit Within 7 days.

                              Today 30 days completed but the subsidy is not credited in the account.

                              I have already linked the aadhar card to bank account

                              What can I do next for subsidy?

                                  This is to inform you that previously I had made more than 10 complaints in this respect, but no action is taken. You are once again requested to look into the matter. The details are as under - Order No.236825, CM No.289463, Consumer No.14328, DGCC No.10522831, order dated 12.02.2017 and delivered on 14.02.2017. Till today, I have not received subsidy in this respect. My mobile No. [protected]. Afterwards, I booked a cylinder on 09.04.2017, order No.6693, and delivered on 11.04.2017 and I received subsidy of this cylinder. But the subsidy of cylinder delivered on 14.02.2017 is not yet received. This is my 11th complaint. Kindly let me know your higher authorities contanct nos., if I cannot received the subsidy within a time-limit.

                                      Previously I was receiving the subsidy regularly in my A/c No. [protected] with Bank of India, Mumbai Main Branch, Fort, Mumbai-23.
                                      I have closed this account on 22nd March 2017. I am not receiving my subsidy amounts from April 2017. However, I am getting SMS that the subsidy amount is transferred to my bank account. I have not yet received my subsidy amounts of Rs.253.28 for April 2017 and Rs.159.22 for May 2017.

                                      You are requested to transfer the above amounts to my Savings A/c No.[protected] with Carara Bank, Dombivli (West) Branch, IFS Code No. CNRB0000249 and continue to do so. My Aadhaar No. is[protected].

                                        I am sandeep kumar maurya from uttar pradesh as a consumer of bharat gas. By mistake i am wrongly clicked give up subsidy. I am not getting any subsidy then. I kindly request you to deactivate give up subsidy. I want to avail subsidy cylinders. So this is humble request to you please deactivate from out of subsidy.
