As i am relocating to a different city i went to the distributor to check the procedure for surrendering the present connection. I was informed that i have to bring the cylinder and regulator to the distributor own my own arrangement and surrender the same. When the connection was taken the security deposit was collected and regulator was given by hand. The cylinder was delivered at home at a later date. I can't understand when i am surrendering my connection why can't the distributor collect the cylinder from my home. It is very disheartening to see such a customer service from a reputed organization. The distributor expects the customer to carry the cylinder and return the same at his office. If this is the case then why keeping people for delivery and collection of cylinders and laying them wages. The loyalty to the customer should not end if he is surrendering the connection, after all i have been using the connection for past two years. The actual face of the organization is only revealed when i am about to surrender my connection and ask for the refund of security deposit. I want some serious desicion to be taken on this matter and the issue should be resolved. Such kind of policy if though exist should be reviewed for better satisfaction of the customers.

    My consumer number is 67827877 and contact number is [protected].
    I had a poor experience with mangalmurti gas today due to their mis-communication. I had to finally take my bike to bring home my cylinder from their office due to urgency. The delivery people are rude and they do not hesitate to fight with customer. The office person do not bother of their customer problems and they are careless at their work. They do not communicate properly with their delivery persons.
    In their office it is displayed that for them customer is god but in practical it is totally different. They dominate their customer and do not provide a single help to them even when the customer is in need.

    Thanks for forwarding my complaint ant it was resolved within 2 days.

    After a long time I had to face another difficulties by my agency, Mangalmurti Bharat Gas, Thakurli East.
    My consumer number is 67827877 and contact number is [protected].
    I booked a number to refill my cylinder. The booking reference is 3277 and the refill ID is [protected]. The paying amount is Rs 626.00 and an image is also attached here for your reference . As per this I should pay Rs626.00 only but the delivery boy forcefully charged me Rs640.00 and told us that the rate is increased. I did not argued and paid him Rs640 but he issued me the bill of Rs626 only. The remaining 14Rs seems to be his personal delivery charge.

    This is not the first time. This has become their daily habbit. Earlier people used to give tip as per their comfort but now this has become mandatory for the consumer here as personal delivery rate and if any person refuse then they start arguments which later turns into fight. I dont want to be part of any type of corruption and raising my voice here seeking your help to stop this ASAP.

    I am already paying too much for cylinder which is out of my budget. Every month the rate is increasing and we are suffering due to this. I want my Rs14 back . It is my hard earned money.

      I, g. Narender, consumer no is 20712854 submit that i have changed my address to h. No.5-3-28/81/1, plot no 81, sai nagar, veda patashala back side near rns dream homes, boduppal, hyderabad, pin 50092, and intimated vide complaint no 1905350 dt[protected]. I booked for lpg cylinder vide booking order reference no 31542 dt[protected] but cylinder not delivered. The same is intimated vide complaint reference no 1985925 dt[protected]. Till to day lpg cylinder is not delivered by distributor. Kindly change my distributor from bharath gas to hp gas distributor at nacharam "x" road.

      I have new filled cylinder which regulator not fit but same other Bharst gas cylinder its working fine. Please solve this as soon as possible. My address is Flat 35 A Ridhi Tower Sante Majra Kharar Punjab.

        Habeeb - petrocard no:[protected]. I had redeemed my petromiles at mohsin motor needs, hyderabad. On[protected]. This was successful after trying for more than six months. Earlier whenever i tried with the help of staff at outlet., the system was not accepting, the outlet staff requested me, to try next time. Recieved sms to contact on[protected] to verify the registered address for dlivery of the redemption voucher. Since 22/06/17 tiil date this no: is busy. Today on 25/06/2017, i got connected, but after few seconds again got disconnected. I am furnishing my address, habeeb mohammed, h. No:8-2-178/18, akbar darbar, ground floor, panjagutta, hyderabad, telangana, -82. Plz send the redemption voucher and oblige me.

          Hi,

          The "sai bharat gas service located in wagholi, pune," has overcharging for the gas transfer two new address. I have two cylinders on my name as now i have moved to the new address so i have surrendered gas regulator and cylinders to existing bharat gas agency and collected the required transfer documents. I have been told that i just need to give the deposit amount and cylinder filling charges at new bharat gas agency. When i went to the 'sai bharat gas service, wagholi, pune, with all docs, the agent said that need to give addition amount of of regulator + cylinder charges + deposit + document charges + registration. But i am not applying for new connection i am just transferring it to new address, when i just ask sai bharat gas agent to give me the details about the cost you are asking, he arrogantly said these are our charges if you want to take then take or go elsewhere. The agent dint want to talk any more and just ask me to leave.

          If this kind of behaviour is from bharat gas services then no buddy will like to go this service from bharat gas..

          I request to take correct action to this " sai bharat gas service, wagholi, pune, for taking additional / overcharging for gas transfer process.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I am regular customer of bpcl from last 20-25 years.
            I filled rs. 1000/ petrol in my car on 20.06.2017 at bpcl petrol pump athwa gate-surat from athwa automobiles.
            I had observed during the filling of petrol that person pressed nozzle's switch twice or three times even auto cut-off function is working
            When i asked why you are pressing the switch he denied and neglected my query
            Then i went to office and asked for complaint register but nobody provided the register and due to that i could not registered the complaint
            This is a serious issue to do the manipulation during the filling of petrol/diesel and due to that customer do not get their desire quantity.
            So you are requested to investigate the issue at your end and do the needful.

                        Disel was filled in my ford figo car from erode auto service bpcl pump on17/5/2017. The car speed got immediately reduced and stopped on the road at bangalore. The vehicle was taken to ford service stn. The problem detected was bad fuel. They charged rs.19900 for repair/replacement of spares. I had registered the complaint at bpcl portal and compensation to the loss was also claimed. Complt no 1921722. On 31/5/2017. Sales officer of bpcl called me to convice me that no adulteraton is possible either at pump orbpcl and immediately he sent a message noting my complt is resolved. I told him that i use bpcl fuel. My dissatisfaction was conveyed on their mob [protected]. My claim holds good.

                        I am k a ramakrishnan from virar east, it has being a delay of receiving LPG subsidy for over 8 months, we have registered the complaint over here in bharat gas virar branch, they are telling the delay is due to the field manager has not visited here
                        Bpcl petrol bunk not give correct quandity petrol . In tamilnadu vellore iraivankadu petol bunk its worst .

                            Dear concern,

                            This is to inform you that from the last 3 months, i am requesting my gas agency to transfer my account to the nearest vendor (I. E. Vinayaka bharat gas), and every time they are not delivering the cylinder to my house even after many follow up, the connection was given from bharat gas only and one person came and collected the doc for the new connection, i have not chosen for this service provider (Prateek enterprises), and want the same to be transferred to the nearest bharat gas agency without any hassle. Please look into this and priority, as its not our fault that they have given the connection for different. I request you to transfer the same to the nearest bharat gas agency (Can fetch the address through my customer id[protected].

                            I spoke with the manager mr manju for the same but he is disconnecting the call, please refer my old complaint.

                              I have booked refilled cylinder on 10/06/2017 but still refilled cylinder not delivered to me. Regarding this i have lodged complaint vide complaint no 1966027 dated 10/06/2017.

                              Still not action taken and complaint has been closed.

                                  We booked lpg to hlrdc bharat gas, 40 days before but despite of many requests the delivery man does not give the delivery to us all the time saying like...'kal le kar aaunga". Given contact no also busy every time and if by-chance it connected they people stay hold and disconnect after few mins.

                                    I mr barada kanta ray bacl consumer no 57999839 had already deposited my adhere card xerox copy when they intimated me. After that i have received cylinders. But i have booked for a cylinder dated on 03/06/2017and my booking no is 17484. Still now i have not received. As i started following them about my cylinder they said monday but i did not get then today i asked about my cylinder they said without adhar you are unable to get. My job is at jajpur but my wife who is a housewife and a baby are residing in the mentioned address

                                      Very very wost service of bpcl petrol bunk near medahalli bustop hoskote - kr puram main road. Petrol not filling for plastic bottle and there is no alternative service for shifting the petrol for emergency conditions and service is very very wost. Manners less staff working that petrol bunk. There is no complaints register and there no basic needs.

                                        This is to inform you once again that in the past I have made 11 complaints, and I am complaining for 12th time for non-receipt of gas subsidy. The entire history is as follows - Order No.236825, CM No.289463, Consumer No.14328, DGCC No.10522831, order dt. 12.2.2017 and delivered on 14.02.2017. Till today i.e. on 08.06.2017, i.e. after a lapse of more than four months, I have not yet received the subsidy. You are also requested to send me the details, if I can complain to the higher authorities, or finance ministry for non-receipt of the subsidy. This is very ridiculous and I am wasting my time for complaint, for each and every fortnight. You are requested to look into the matter and transfer the subsidy immediately to my bank account.
