Dear Sir
I have taken new gas connection from M/S Sai vinay bharat gas sector gamma 1 greater noida they charge Rs 7250 for one cylinder including charges of stove cooker &non stick tawa they issued only stove at the time of connection other items were not available in their store they told me that within week they will issue other material since than one month is over they are not picking up phone
It is only haressment Agency is giving items which are not required than they haress
Please advice them to supply me my left over items or they should return my money

    Dear Sir, I had booked my cylinder on 10 February 2015. My booking id 30073. I live in Dilshad Garden, delhi and the agency name is Gautam Enterprises. I have been calling customer care since 10 days no one has picked the phone so far. I also went to the agency and they informed me that they have cleared the deliveries till 8 Februrary. I dont know what to do as my previous cylinder is empty and i have to cook food in microwave due to which electricity bill is shooting up. I am being mentally harassed as well as physically because i also have to visit the agency. As i am a working woman i specially have to take leave to just go to agency and still i get one answer that it will be delivered. So, please help me out with this. They are never taking our complaint seriously. I will be very thankful to you if you can please help me out with this. I have given up all hopes, you are my only hope.       Sir I am a owner of a petrol pump in odisha sambalpur district.I have got a message from Sales Office on[protected] regarding dealers selling below 100 KL will not get load on Saturday and Monday.I want to know why this type of partition between above 100kl and below 100 kl seller which is not justify.The dealers selling below 100kl get no facility from the sambalpur depot such as one day credit facility and also the new rule of no supply on saturday & monday means the dealers get only 4 gays to get supply indirectly the depot wants that the pump should dry at least 2 day in a week or in other sense they want small dealers should surrender their dealership.

        I was registered my Bank Account number at Dealer. After taking cylinder on 2 FEb 20145 SMS came from BP about " Transfer of Subsidy of Rs. 173.44, cash memo No. 4112 Failed" .           Hi .i am Esuraj ..today i went to Sandesh Gas Suppliers, Pimpri, pune, Maharashtra ..Dealer no is - 112239 . First time when I had visited to distributor point for purchase new LPG connection than they forced me for purchase non LPG products (pressure cooker, solar lamp and hot plate). Singl gas conne 6000 rsAfter ignoring by me for purchasing such type of non LPG products they said, this is a government rules and if you will not purchase these products than we will not provide new connection for you. I said, Bharat Gas have not apply such type...so plz sir solve this problem .i need new conection ... Thnk u .. Esuraj [protected]

                Hi have booked a cylinder on 7 Feb from Alok Gas Agency, New Delhi, but till now (25 Feb) its not yet delivered. When i contacted the agency, they are asking me to first submit the Aadhar card then only they can deliver the cylinder.My aadhar is already linked with LPG Id, its yet to be linked with m bank account. When i talked to BP customer care, they told me that there is no such compulsion to submit the Aadhar card but still the Agency is not ready to give the cylinder. I have already raised a complaint for the same(487066, 487071) but till now i havent received the cylinder. Please help.

                  Hi!My consumer no is:53684.My connection was blocked due not used from many days, since i was temporarily out of country.I contacted my Gas agency, which is situated at (Shop No-1, Gole Market)T-6, Armamant Colony, Ganeshkhind Road, Pune-411007 and the name of agency is R & DCOS LTD.I have paid the money for unlock on 13th Dec 2014 and the receipt no is: Sr.No-3128. They asked me to contact them after a month and many times i have called them. No one pick the calls and always busy.Went personally more than 5 times to get it transfer to Kharadi, but everytime one same answer is "My Connection is blocked today and will be unlocked tomorrow.After unlock we will wait for 24hrs to take booking and if not booked again we will lock it". How can they lock within 24 hours o[censored]nlock the connection and each and evry time the same answer.I really don't know, wheather they will give the cylynder or transfer my connction to Kharadi.I requsted them that the 5-times, i took leave to went the agency and every time saying locked, even i paid the amount for unlock as i mentioned the details above. Cansomeone please help me on this?

                    I, R.Kumar from Adyar, Chennai. I have recd cylinder on 26-1-15. I don’t have Aadhar Number. Earlier I was given TNSC bank, Adyar account details to avail subsidy. But Later they have informed me they don’t accept this bank. Hence I was given new bank account details (Union Bank of India, Adyar) to them on 7-2-15. But still I have not recd my advance and subsidy to my new account
                    I want to book next cylinder during March. Pl help me to resolve this issue

                      Dear Team, please help me and guide me how to cancel opt out subsidy . i have approached Gas agency and Bharat Gas Customer relationship center, they are stating its selected by you so you don't get any other way to get subsidy.but also they advised to check this option in april 1st week.                         My Name is Raghavendra Kumar Gupta and I am a customer of bharat Gas LPG from Kamla gas service, Ghaziabad, (U. P.) Since 18th October 2014. My LPG customer ID is[protected] First time when I had visited to distributor point for purchase new LPG connection than they forced me for purchase non LPG products (pressure cooker, solar lamp and hot plate). After ignoring by me for purchasing such type of non LPG products they said, this is a government rules and if you will not purchase these products than we will not provide new connection for you. I said, Bharat Gas have not apply such type of any rule and here are no any such type of government rule also. I also said that I had received a email from bharat Gas and there are not mention such type of any rules. There are clearly mentioned that customers are independent for purchasing non LPG products. After 1 hours of discussion finally they had not become agreed for providing new LPG connection without non LPG products. So That time I had been purchased a new connection for Rs.6800.00 with non LPG products (value Rs. 4500.00) in very typical conditions. Further When I have visited to distributor point on 11 feb 2015 for booking 2nd cylinder. Further they was forcing me for purchase non LPG products (solar lamp and pressure cooker etc.) After ignoring by me for purchase these product they done misbehavior. They had not been provided me 2nd cylinder till right now but on the website showing cylinder has been delivered and you have already hold 2nd cylinder. I had register many complain in customer care but no response received from there. Respective complaints numbers are, 460416, 457051, 460675, 468466, 469327, 475378. Customer care provided me a mobile number of a sales officer saurabh shah [protected] that he will resolve your complaint but when I called this mobile number than he replied '' I am not saurabh shah and I do not know any saurabh shah''. Finally I am feeling a lot of frustration. Kindly resolve my problem as soon as if possible because I am depending on market for my daily gas requirements right now in absences on any other 2nd option. Thanks, Raghavendra.                             Dear Sir, This complaint regarding to GAS company to not giving the subsidy. Company wrongly update my connection in Non -Subsidy List. After that i had raised the Complaint, They have told me that you have opt the non-subsidy option. But I am not select any option of non subsidy. Bharat GAS CRC are also not receiving the Calls. Already lock the Complaint on Bharat GAS :480619 Request you to please resolve the issue. I am not in position to afford the Gas without subsidy .                               This is to bring to your kind notice that I have LPG Gas Connection No. 3075 at JAI MAA GAYATRI GAS SERVICE, KATRA, GOSHAINGANJ, FAIZABAD. At the time of submitting my KYC I produced my Bank A/c. No.[protected] of ALLAHABAD BANK, MAHILA MAHAVIDYALAYA, KIDWAI NAGAR BRANCH, KANPUR (IFS CODE NO. ALLA0212164. It is submitted that once I got subsidy of my booking of LPG on 5/2/2015 Rs. 237.18 and 568.00. Since I have left Kanpur and am residing in my Village named Khemapur, District - Ambedkar Nagar, U.P. and the nearest Branch of the above Allahabad Bank is Shahzadpur (Akbarpur), Ambedkar Nagar, hence I transferred the same Bank Account to Allahabad Bank, Shahzadpur Branch (Akbarpur), Ambedkar Nagar, being its IFS Code No. ALLA0210767 and now wish that all the future subsidy transactions may please be made in the this branch. Having got the passbook from my new Bank Branch, I contacted to my dealer, who could not be able to change the IFS Code in the records of my connection. Will you please advise me how this problem can be rectified, so that I could avail the facility of subsidy on my LPG Connection.                                   Dear Sir, My BPCL Consumer number is 36969551 and my distributor name is Ratnakar Gas Agency to Basti (UP) .I am not getting the cylinder right in time and there is much delay in delivering the gas .Agency is providing very poor service to the consumers.Even the above gas agency delivers the cylinders in more than two months from date of booking .In this situation, it is very difficult to manage the LPG cylinders for cooking . Secondly, there is no any response from the gas agency on making any queries through phone. All the time, I have to go all the way from my house to the dealer place to get the queries answered. I am not facing this for the first time but this is a perennial issue .Please look into the matters and rectify the problems

                                        Dear sir/madam. I wish to draw your kind attention towards not delivery cylinder at home. I am consumer of Bharat gas. My agency name is Ratan Enterprises gas agency located Pune Wakad. My consumer no is 54739353. As I shifted to the waked area I have this distributor as an default option, I have been linked to this distributor since last two years in this period I have booked for the cylinder 10 times only in which 3 times only home delivery has been made that is also after several times of complaints and 7 times I have taken the gas from the go-down (the place where they are distributing cylinder). This agency people are not responding to your call as well even if by mistake you got connected they will give you the answer that today you will get the cylinder. This is worst distributor I have been connected, this is also affecting the Bharat Gas good will.
