#1I had booked one refill on 06/02/2015, but till date the same has not been delivered at my home by the concerned distributor. This is happening every month since Oct'14. When I asked the distributor regarding the same, their representative told me that 'You have to take delivery from our office or godown". Surprisingly, their delivery van goes to houses of high profile customers. Is this a rule ? Do I have to go there for getting my refill every time and spending my one full working day ?#2Today, I went there to get one refill of my neighbor, who is a single lady - aged about 65 yrs (Sr. Citizen). Consumer ID - 7449. Her refill was booked some 30 days ego. It was undelivered till today. I went there at about 10:30 am and the refill was handed over to me at about 1 pm. (Order no. 221675 dtd. 13/02/2015 and Cash Memo No.710125 dtd. 12/03/2015). I have spoiled one working day for this cylinder ! Is this a RULE ?Why this is happening to me every time? Who is answerable?

The distributor has delivered my refill cylinder at home on 14/04/2015. It was almost 2 months fight against BPCL, and I am happy to won the tussle.

    Hi, I am T I Narayanan having Aadhar no[protected]. I had linked my Aadhar no with my Bharath gas LPG distributor (Mariya Flames, Ernakulam, Kerala) customer ID: 11477.and with my bank account, but it was not updated in LPG website. As per the advise from the distributor i opened a new account in another bank (Linked my Aadhar with that account), but the same problem exists. I had checked with the bank and they confirmed aadhar is linked with the bank account. I have registered 5 complaints in Bharath Gas website, but there is no response at all.       Hello Team Please need you to take action on the Navjivan Gas agency in Byculla. Customer name is Balbina who is 73 years old. Gas number 1018676. The Gas connection is on her husbands name who has already expired. She had to go 5 times to the agency and bank but still her problem is not solved. Do want to supply gas by harassing a senior citizen. I would want this problem to be solved without her being travelling to the agency as she is not keeping well.         I want a new LPG Gas connection for Domestic purpose. I currently live in New Sangavi, Pune, Maharashtra. My concern is one of the Bharat Gas LPG distributor (H.M Gas Center, Bopodi, Pune, Maharashtra) says he will give a Gas connection (1 cylinder+Stove+Regulator+Pipe) @Rs. 5100/- and If I apply for 2nd Cylinder then I have to Pay Rs. 3500/- in addition to the above mentioned amount. Another Bharat Gas LPG distributor (Shreenathji Gas Center, Bopodi, Pune, Maharashtra) says he will give a Gas connection (1 cylinder+Stove+Regulator+Pipe) @Rs. 5500/- and if I apply for a connection with 2 cylinder then I have to pay Rs. 2000/- in addition to above mentioned amount. My worry is, is LPG connection really that costly being one of the basic needs of household. Even the FAQ's on the website does not mention such high charges. In addition to this how does the price vary so much when the parent company Bharat Petroleum remains the same.

          Dear Respected Sir/Madam, Please consider my case on priority as my old mother is living alone with no gas connection to cook her food. She had bharat gas connection from 2001 in Pune, kothrud (gas no 27725). But due to medical problems she came to live with me in 2012. from 2012 till now she has not used any gas cylinder. now after her treatment she has shifted to a new house at Balewadi and i am not able to transfer her gas connection since the "natraj gas" distributer are not able to find any record on her name. Please, I request you to activate the connection at the earliest since it is very difficult for her to live in her new house with no cooking. Thanks and best regards, Mrs Padma [protected]

            Today we have received refilled gas cylinder at the cost of Rs 630/-. Till last month we were paying Rs 434/- as subsidy cost. We have received Rs 568/- in our bank a/c. Since the LPG prices are fixed at Market rates @ Rs 640 + I am not getting the subsidy amount credited to my Bank Account. On inquiry with the distributor, I got info that amt has been transferred to my bank account. The same has not been credited at my bank account. Message received on my mobile : On22/01/2015 Subsidy amount of Rs. 308.09 is transferred to your Bank A/c by BPCL under DBTL Scheme for LPG cylinder delivered by Cash memo 245584 of 22/01/2015 On09/03/2015 Syndicate Bank – an amt of RS INR 207.59 has been credited to you’re a/c ********027010 on[protected] by DBTL 21BZ1SBBLPGCM264156DT[protected] As per the above messages both the amounts have not been credited to my bank Account.                       dear sir,
                      i am resident of jaipur rajasthan with consumer no RG 19512 .
                      i did not recieve gas subsidy for gas cylinder delievered to me in first week of january 2015.also no amount of advance subsidy was deposited in my bank account. although i have recieved subsidy for cylinder i got after that . now the problem regarding my bank acount is resolved subsidy should be deposited to my HDFC bank account no [protected].

                        Hi, On 17/02/2015, I have applied for new LPG gas connection in Bangalore Indiranagar. After applying through online portal I got a mail from Local distributor that You can come and avail your new connection by submitting the required documents. But when I to avail the connection they had rejected my application and without giving any reason they told that they are not providing any new connection right now. When I asked that if you are not providing any new connection then why you had sent me the mail, as a response of this they told that the mail was just a formality.                           Sir, I have a gas connection with my gas agency Name Kalika Gas Service at Nimbahera (Raj ) pin312601 Dist.Chittorgarh, my consumer no.is 24655, it is a regular practice of my agency that it cancels my on line booking for refilling . recently i booked my refilling in the month of february 2015 and today i.e.on 11.03.2015 I recd. a SMS from them that my booking order no.[protected] is canceled as it was wrongly booked by the staff . Sir this booking was done by me on ivrs no [protected] . Kindly look in to the matter otherwise I have no other option left except to go to consumer court.                               It is heart burning fact that a renowned company like yours is letting your retail outlets to sell water at the price of Bharat Petroleum fuel known as Petrol. May be it is looking strange to you to read these words but it is true and your retail outlet named Satyam Service Station, Chamkaripul, P.O. Dhundan Tehsil Arki, District Solan in H.P. right on prestigious Shimla Manali National Highway. The very fact that there should be a complaint number of your officer on display at a prominent place, unfortunately the owner of this R/O has deleted one of the digits of your complaint number of 10 digits with the possible involvement of your staff who is responsible to take action to rectify it. The Dealer was so confident that he chellenged the customer to do whatever he can do. He is not feared of any complaint despite of the fact that he has been requested by the customer to provide complaint book he refused and said I have long hands and connections in your company. to cut short the whole incidence My car no. HP 03D 1386 has filled up petrol at this Retail Outlet at arround 10 AM on 9th March, 2015 and Car indicated engine error and stopped after moving 200 meters from this Retail Outlet all of sudden. Driver was shocked to see and immidiately rushed to a mechanic nearby to find out the reason for break down . He checked the car and diagnosed that there is water in your fuel pump instead of petrol and it shocked him he immidiately contacted the dealer for clarification and help. He replied in a very rude manner I have a passed sample of petrol now I am not responsible for anything happened to your car I am selling what Bharat petroleum is supplying. Driver asked for complaint book / Number as the mobile number displayed there was of 9 digits instead of 10 digits When inquired about this the dealer replied again I have already told you that I have good connections and long hands so better you do not waste your time and energy. Accept the fact get your car repaired and go away. The Petrol was sold vide invioce no. 1943 dated 09/03/2015 at 10:05 AM. The car's fuel tank was opened by the mechanic and he gave the driver sample of fuel inside it provided by your dealer on the name of Bharat Petroleum Petrol in the ratio of 10: 7 (Water : Petrol) meaning to say that of 17 litres of BPCL Petrol 10 litres is water and 7 litres of petrol ( What a great product of BPCL) Hats of to you and your dealers for such services. You can collect the sample from me anytime before it is uploaded on social media shortly if no action is taken after reciving this communication and a complaint s being lodged in consumer forum and an awareness campaign is a must for the customers of BPCL for such a creditable deed and looting by your company.                                 My nephew Sh.Sant Kumar is using LPG of Bharat Gas dealer of our area is Sh. Alok Gas Service, B-78 Gopal Nagar, Najafgarh, New Delhi-43. It is intimated that the dealer of this agency does not delivered LPG at Dhansa Village. According to delivered code no. 113545 the name of supplier is Sh. Ram Janak.
                                The Agency has requested a number of times for timely delivery of the LPG at Dhansa, but they have ignored again and again and says that the Village of Dhansa is far away from Agency. As such the supplier will not supply LPG at Dhansa Village. There is no transport facilities from my nephew residence to take the cylinder from the Agency and carrying of LPG in DTC buses is not permitted. There are no other sources to take the cylinder to his village.
                                Please give appropriate direction to Alok Gas Service, Gopal Nagar, Najargarh, New Delhi-43 so that he may start supply cylinder at Village Dhansa. This will be a relief to the customers in rural areas on public interest.

                                  The BPCL bunk situated at Hyderabad saroor nagar tank bund is cheating to give the required quntity of petrol. Yesterday i.e. when I purchased petrol for Rs.100/- it gave only 66 kms to my motory cycle. Same day again I went to HPCL bunk at Chevella and purchased for Rs.100/- now I am at 96 kms and motor cycle is running in on position of petrol cark. I request the authorities to look into the matter and take necessary action against them. Raghavachayulu

I Have Asked So Many Times In my Bank and they said they had done from his side and updated My Adhaar with my bank account, and Its not updated from NPCI .                                       This complaint is regarding Bharat Gas Distributor, Banani Gas, near Ekdalia evergreen club, Kolkata I have submitted my request for name change (Consumer No.:[protected]as my name is Bharat gas account is not correct) on 13th Dec, 2014 but whenever I am going to the distributor office, they are saying to come after 10-15 days but every time this is a practice with no positive answer from their end. Now, in order to submit the Adhaar card details ( with correct name) for DBTL scheme, my correct name should get reflect in Bharat Gas account but the distributor is saying (We'll manage, you just submit the documents knowing that this is not correct). I am a lady senior citizen with one knee replaced, but every time going there for follow ups which is really very much harassing for me.
