I am not interested in receiving any subsidy on the cylinder. My gas distribution agency is Ravi Gas in Gurgaon. I spoke with three different people there are each one said per their orders they cannot give a cylinder unless I provide by bank account details. They said even if I want the cylinder at the market rate, I will still have to furnish by bank account details. I smell a scam here. Why do they want my bank account number when I am not interested in subsidy?

    my name is Roopak Mittal, consumer no 20535, BPCL, distributor - M.D Enterprises (Vishal Market, Bhai Parmanand Colony), : Aadhar Card no.[protected], bank details - IDBI bank a/c no. [protected], I have submitted all the details to get the account linked on 23.12.2014 via acknowledgment slip no 785, but since then 2 months gone have done every thing asked by the agency, still not able to get my accounts linked and get subsidy pls. look into the matter,
    Also not able to find correct agency through whom can lodge complaint,

      I am kusum yadav, wife of Mr. Jawahar lal yadav, customer of bharat gas. My consumer number is 53794516. I have booked cylinder on 12tg february 2015. The delivery man of oorja agency came to my home on 17th february 2015 in the evening near about 5:30pm. He delivered the cylinder of 28 kg by weight with gas. As the cylinder is not fully filled. Some amount of they have taken out from this cylinder. So, i told to replace this cylinder but he refused and talked so ruidly.         Dear Sir/Madam,
        We are the consumer of your Bharat Gas, Kanki, Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal. We are facing daily problem for submitted any official work or like DBTL form submitted. They said you have to come only Saturday.It means if want to work any official work you have to come Saturday. So many people comes from 20 km, 30 km. My qust. is that Bharat Gas any rules and regulation for the consumer that any is any offical work or DBTL form submitted in only Saturday ??? if not please we are requisting that please take action to this Gas Agency as early as possible. They are behaviour is very bad to the customer. We are facing problem and misbehaviour regularly.

          Dear Sir

          I, Vaibhav Singhal, applied for a new LPG connection at M/s
          Dhruv LPG Distributers (153356), Ashok Nagar, New Delhi(110096), as per Waitlist
          ID 14710237. My waitlist number has matured, but Dhruv LPG Distributer are
          forcing me to purchase new gas stove. They have told me that they will not issue
          a new connection without gas stove.

          As per the Orders of Hon’ble Competition Appellate Tribunal
          (COMPAT), it is not compulsory for a customer to buy a gas stove with a new
          connection. Therefore the insistence of the dealer is clearly in violation of
          the orders of the COMPAT.

          This is direct harassment and therefore I plead your
          goodself to kindly look into the matter and do justice.

            Dear Sir / Madam, we have received the last cylinder on 5th Feb 2015 for above mentioned Consumer No. 31697543 in my name K. Murali Shankar (spelling at your end wrongly taken, i think). I did not receive the refund and i got only an sms on 10th feb 2015 stating Rs.202.64 vide cash memo no. 588468 failed. What is the reason for the same? Earlier, i have registed both my Aadhar No. and Bank account no of Punjab National Bank and received refunds 4 times in 2013. So, i was asked not to register again. Then, what is the issue now? Kindly refund the amount immediately without fail. My Gas Agency is M/s. Prateek Enterprises, Banaswadi, Bangalore 560043. Once again providing my Aadhar No.[protected]shifted from Hyderabad to Bangalore in job now since 2013), in the name of K Murali Shankar.               Respected Sir, I booked my cylinder on 23rd Jan.15 But my agency Shriram Gas agency, Sinhagad Rd., Pune didn’t give cylinder because of adhhar no linked. Though I submit adhhar in my bank but agency said we didn’t get document from bank. so he denied. Bank said that he cant stop cylinder. we go by our procedure. Pune collector also give order in Sakal news paper that no agency hold the customer cylinder. Your agency (Shriram gas agency) quarrel and argued with many peoples and denied cylinder.                 Dear Sir,

                My consumer No is 59910748. We are having only single Cylinder connection. For one year, we have not bought any cylinder since my wife went to her native place, to deliver the child. Because of that my account turned as inactive. When I approached the agency, they asked me to give a request to make my account as active. I have given that same. But its not active for more that 10 days. Then I approached the customer care of Bharat Gas with the request that please arrange for the cylinder with immediate effect after activation. I have booked the cylinder on the same day of activation. But till now I have not received my cylinder. When I try to contact the agency and also the customer care, no one is picking the calls. I have tried for so many times. Finally I have decided to write the compliant.

                I have already submitted the Adhaar details, to my Agency. But I got the information from your customer care, that my Adhaar details not updated in my account. We are suffering a lot with 6month old child, without gas. Nearly one month is going to complete without the cylinder.

                Kindly look into this matter. And try to solve it with immediate effect.

                  Indane - agency has not delivered the Refill cylinder to till date


                  Sir, I am consumer of Indane Gas Service and connection issued from D.S Gas Service Buddh Vihar Delhi-86 vide C.No 20370 and I have booked the refill cylinder on dated 2nd Feb. 2015 but this agency has not delivered the Refill cylinder to till date and always agency owner and all delivery man always busy for Gas cutting and Gas blacking in the godam and supply in open market and I have not received the any refill cylinder never due period Kindly taken the strong action against agency owner/ delivery man and provide the refill cylinder R-1/52-53 Buddh Vihar Phase -1 Delhi-86...

Subsidy amount shown in the bill : Rs.303.68 and same is yet to be credited into my Bank account. 4.LPG distributor :Sree Gopi Bharat Gas Agency Tiruttani-631209. Distributor Code :140227. 5. My LPG id : 1 [protected]. Kindly do the needful for early credit of subsidy amount into my Bank Account.

Mobile No [protected].My distributor is :Ashirwad Gas Service, SCO-261, Scetor-16, Panchkula.I have not received any subsidy for the last three cylinders.I have received one cylinder on the 04/06/15 for which I have received the subsidy.Please look in to the matter at your end.

                            i applied for the new LPG gas connection on 0701/2015 online with reference id 13210224 with Shiv Shakti Gas Agency Indira vikas colony( now in Burari, Sant Nagar), on visiting the said agency on 12/01/2014 in follow up of my application, i was told by the distributor your application form is lost and convinced to apply again online, the attendant there at agency refile my request again vide reference no.13909411 and assured me that your application will be processed shortly once the survey of my hot plate is done. after that when i followed up the status of my application there was a ready made response your connection cannot be processed till the survey is carried out, when i asked about the survey, they conveyed will be carried out shortly. after all survey was completed by the surveyor of the ibid gas agency on 07/02/2015 and i visited to agency on 16/02/2015, asking about the status of my application, it was startling to listen from the distributor that your request due to lack of deduplication is cancelled( that was also because my request could not be processed within 15 days as time limit prescribed by IOCL) again they convinced me to apply online, the attendant thereat agency filed my request vide ref. no. 14913519 and conveyed for follow u two or three days. would aomeone apprise me how long the process takes to issue me new connection, though other connection are being issued by the said agency with substandard hot plate, that i denied to own from the distributor.

                              Dear all, I sachin shelar visited today 17/02/2015 to Anand gas agency (code 156360 )Ahmednagar maharashtra for apply of new gas connection .Agency owner mr munot was forcefully selling us the 5 products like tea powder pressure cooker many more and also he has forced us to buy gas stove from them . Without buying these things he is not ready give gas connection. I request you to do the needful .I dont want to buy all these .kindly take suitable action against anand gas agency .I want the gas connection. Thanks and Regards Sachin shelar [protected]

                                i Prasad Ramesh kulkarni bpcl consumer from margao goa my consumer no is 4281 and is connected to kadam gas, I did not get subsidy of Rs.586 in my bank A/c no [protected] of Bank of Maharashtra Margao branchIFC code 000083 on enquiry it is learned that the subsidy is credited in my bank account on[protected] at 1200 hrs, but to my surprise we are in Feb 2015, please can your company official will check the details and do the needful so that the subsidy amount will come to my account my LPG ID[protected]..thanks. prasad ramesh kulkarni mragao-goa

On 16/02/2015 of booking no[protected] message come to me that gas booked and delivered to me, when i am not booked any gas, TODAY I CHECKED ONLINE OF MY ACCOUNT AND I HAVE SEEN GAS IS DELIVERED ON 16/2/15, WHEN I RECIEVED ANY GAS.SO PLEASE TAKE ACTION FOR THE TWO TIMES FRAUD BOOKING GAS
